I would like to say that on a scale from 1-10. Pleasing me is incredibly difficult. I hover somewhere around the 11-12 on that list..... I have horror stories and trust issues when it comes to my computing needs.I recently found myself in a very difficult situation as to where my laptop had suffered a component failure. I had two choices. I could send my laptop in to Apple for repair (with a possible 30 day turn-around) or go out on a limb and give another small repair shop a shot.I had been referred to them by a friend that had a good experience with them in the past.I called up and spoke to a gentleman that listened to what I had to say. He was very patient and offered me a few options.After a few minutes on the phone, I decided to drive down and take a look around before dropping off my laptop in the hands of a stranger.When I arrived, I felt welcome. It for once, didnt feel like I was an inconvenience to someone that I was about to do business with.I was told that my laptop would be repaired and ready to pick-up in less than a week.I received a call 3 days later that I was all ready to go!Ive had my laptop back for two weeks now, and I cannot say enough about TCTS Computer Repair. They were honest, fast, and professional.I rate this company a full 10+! Five, glowing stars.You will have all of my future business!!!

Adam stayed in contact with me the whole time he had my laptop to repair. He was transparent with cost and timing. I appreciated him and would recommend him!

My laptop died while using it and I couldn’t get it to power back on for more that 1-2 seconds. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and was told they don’t work on laptops that won’t even power on. They did however offer to sell me a new one and transfer any data. I called TCTS and spoke to Adam who told me to come over and ask for Lucas. Lucas was very nice and professional and offered to work on my laptop. When I took out my laptop and power cord, he noticed some loose wires in my power cord. He plugged in my laptop using a universal power cord and it powered right on!!! He gave me the information to buy the right power cord and didn’t charge me. Honesty and integrity at work here and when I have my next problem, this is where I will return!

Lucas underpromises and overdelivers. If the rest of the world were like that the world would be a better place. I was given an upfront and transparent price and in return for that price I received prompt and courteous service. Oh, and yes, the computer runs great now. These people know what theyre doing.

TCTS did a great job repairing my computer. They were able to determine what the issue was and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. I was expecting the repair to take at least a week. They were able to repair the issue within a day. The staff was very nice and kept me updated throughout the process.I would highly recommend them.

I came into this repair center on a Tuesday with a laptop with no display and hopes that I wouldn’t have to buy a new one. What I left with was a smile on my face and a laptop with a working display. I gave them a chance and the reward outweighed the risk. I was told that I would probably get my laptop back by Monday. Today is now Thursday and my laptop is with me once again. I am very thankful for everything they have done for me and will definitely return if I have any future issues.

They are very good at what they do, they sent out a guy named Matt to come to my house and set-up my pc after they removed viruses from it which was done at there office, he also got my printer installed in my home as well, he was able to do everything I needed when I needed it. I went to a you break I restore place to get my laptop fixed and there was nothing he could do about it. When I brought it in to TCTS , it was a completely different experience. My problem was resolved in under 2 minutes, (Lukas, I think his name was ) was very informative and he even helped me get a different perspective on my own business. I came in looking for a better laptop for my business. I had spent hours online looking at over 10 different models and configurations. Mr. Adam interviewed me for several minutes and made several suggestions that I should consider. To my surprise, he had a unit in stock he was using personally, the latest DELL Model with all the bells and whistles. I took the unit for a test drive and was just amazed at this equipment. I’m very happy to have my computer running perfectly after taking it to TCTS Computer Repair Center. My desktop computer was giving error messages about hardware problems and stopped functioning. I brought the computer in, and Lucas wrote up an estimate based on replacing the hard drive. When they opened the machine up they realized it wasn’t the main hard drive. Adam is a great resource. I had an older computer that needed repair, and he explained how it just wouldnt make sense financially to fix it. He gave me some great suggestions and offered to advise me on any future purchases...He said just to give him a call and he would give his opinion about any brand of computer I may be considering and how reliable it is from a cost-benefit standpoint. James listened to my concerns and then took time to walk me through his logic and the process.Although the eventual result was that my computer needed to be replaced (it was only three years old and I wanted to save it if at all possible), James really made an effort to try to find out if the problem was a cheaper, fixable solution. Try County was willing to work with me and take the time to get the job done right, all with my wallet in mind.They saved everything on my machine and built me an external hard drive out of it, which is something I needed anyway. And it was all very reasonably priced. I would recommend everyone go there for computer repair.

This is the best computer repair service company that I have ever used! I had a problem with my printer and wireless connection from my computer after upgrading to Windows 10. After I got frustrated trying to fix the connection problem, I called The Geek Squad to fix my problem. After being here for over an hour, the employee from the Geek Squad solved my issue by stating that I would have to buy new printer or, maybe it was a computer, because there was something internally wrong with it! I paid him a tidy sum, then he was on his way, and my problem still existed. In the following weeks, I talked on the phone for hours with individuals from the Philippines and India from Microsoft and HP to try to solve my connection problem. Probably spent a total of nine or ten hours on the phone with them. They tried hard, but to no avail! Still, my computer would not communicate with my brand new printer which the HP representative said that I needed! Very questionable now! Just about the time I was ready to now purchase a new computer, I remembered talking to a gentleman on the phone named Adam who was the owner of Tri County Technical Services for a previous problem which was taken care of, at no charge, by an employee named Lucas. So, today, I thought that I would give them a try before spending more money on more new hardware. What a good move that was! Within one hour, Lucas made a house call, completely resolved the problem, and my computer and new printer know each other now! Personally, this is the only computer repair company that I will deal with from now on. They actually charged less than the Geek Squad, and actually fixed my problem as opposed to prolonging my agony!

Adam felt horrible that my computer couldnt be repaired because of hard drive issues that he offered me a full refund on the spot even though it had nothing to do with their services. After I picked up the laptop, he called to make sure that everything was running normally.He is a straight forward and trustworthy guy. I visited TRI-County Technical Services as a referral from a friend from National PGA. Lucas and Adam received the laptop and within 3 hours had the problem resolved. I was frustrated by the long time spent with the geeks and other computer companies only to find myself at square one with them, not mention the 500.00 Dollars spent at Best Buy with zero resolution. I HIGHLY recommend Adam and Lucas as they truly are Subject Matter Experts in the business of repairing hardware. By the way, their price was easy on the old bank account. Adam took his time after business hours and helped me with my fiancés computer that could not wait till the next day to be fixed. he sat on the phone with me and walked me through setting the computer up from like the day I bought it to installing windows 10 and adding StopZila anti-virus to it . We mustve spent a good three hours on the phone calling each other back-and-forth. as far as Im concerned you do not get better customer service than that. this level of customer service is what I get every time I call Adam and his team are 100% professional and very knowledgeable.

Adam assisted me with my 2 ipads and my icloud account.I needed to learn how to upload and download pictures from the icloud. Tri County Technical Services came to my rescue!I depend on my computer for my work; so, I was upset when a Windows Update froze my computer on the download...and then (when I tried to cancel the download) the entire system crashed!Normally I would have rebooted in Safe Mode and deleted the last download and all would be fine. But this time the option wasnt available. My Laptops registry was damaged!!! The system was kaput! (And...because of other circumstances… I had not been able to back up my files in months. I know...dumb)So now I was really panicking! I didnt want to lose my newer files...therefore, simply reformatting and re-imaging a damaged hard drive wasnt good enough for me. Someone told me that Tri County Technical Services was better than the rest...so… I brought my laptop in. Adam said they would do all they could to recover my files before reformatting. And, Lucas was the wonderful tech genius who made this happen! This small shop has an excellent team of techies who are willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy! My files were all backed up and they even upgraded my OS to Windows 10 (along with some other stuff). And I was back to work, on my computer, within 24 hours! These guys are amazing!
