This was my experience: It was late one night my laptop fell off the bed and the screen got a huge crack in it and dented the the frame. As a gamer who just thought he broke his $2000 laptop I was freaking out. A quick google search led me here. On an impulse and out of desperation I called and they immediately answered and said to come over. I went over and reluctantly handed over my laptop and charger and said “do what you can”. During the period of time it was being repaired I was able to text and receive daily updates. I already wrote the laptop off and was shopping for a new one. Upon receiving the laptop after I believe was about a week (Business week) I couldn’t believe how well it was repaired and canceled my order for a new laptop. On top of that the price was extremely affordable. So affordable that I am writing my first review ever. If you’re reading the reviews let me just say stop now, this is your place.Side Note: I do not know anyone who works here I am just an honest happy customer writing a honest review. No bias here. Wow what can I say our work computer went down and we were dead in the water found this company online and they open at 9am I called around 8 and David picked up the phone I told our problem and said he will meet me at his shop in 15 min. We assessed the problem I explained we needed to be up and running ASAP no later then 11am and was told that he will have it done. David kept me update all along the way and came though for me I cant thank you enough. No BS just fast and reliable work.

I depend on my Lenovo Flex 3 all day long and into the night. So, it was a very big deal when my laptop made some frightening noises and stubbornly refused to load Windows 10. I randomly called Fast Computer and spoke directly with Dave. He told me to bring the computer over whenever I finished working for the day, regardless of the hour. I arrived around 7 p.m. and Dave drove over to meet me as promised. He told me that my hard drive was hopelessly beyond repair and that I should drive to a nearby Best Buy and pick out a new one while he waited for me. I purchased a 500 GB SanDisk SSD drive for about $100. Dave kept the machine over night so that he could make sure I had all of the Windows updates loaded correctly. I picked up my lightening-fast computer the following day. Its actually faster than when it was new three years ago. Unfortunately, Dave said that he would not be able to retrieve my data from the old hard drive. He suggested that I bring the hard drive to an expensive data recovery firm if I really needed access to my old files. I appreciated that he was up front about not having a very high probability of success if he tried to do the recovery in his office. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave and I already have. Hes also pretty funny.
