The service was fine and the online order was on time, but I wasnt a huge fan of the new Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 10 stars!! My husband and I went into this store 10 mins. before closing, The cashier was kind. The other associate, Ange, was clearly irritated by our presence (at the end of her shift) as she was packing up the store for closing. Another couple came in after us and a woman after them. As the cashier took our orders, she asked Ange to come help make drinks. Ange was so angry that she was huffing and puffing and talking under her breath the entire time she was preparing drinks. My husband and I and the other couple all took a seat as we waited for our drinks. Ange rudely said to us all, The store is about to close, can you all get ready to GET OUT! She then prepared the wrong drink for me. When I brought it to her attention, she became even more agitated and threw the drink in the sink. She remade the drink and my husband and I left the store. Outside, we tasted our drinks and neither of them had the flavors we paid to have added. When we went back to simply ask to have the syrup added to our drinks, Ange ran from the back of the store yelling, DUDE!!! YOU HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE!! WERE CLOSING AND IM NOT GOING TO LET YOU RUIN MY NIGHT!! When we said our drinks did not have the flavors we requested and paid for, she grabbed her head as if she was having a nervous breakdown and started screaming, DUDE!!! IF YOU DONT GET OUT RIGHT NOW, IM CALLING THE POLICE! When we said we would leave once our drinks were corrected, she grabbed her head again and ran to the back of the store yelling, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD! We asked to speak to the manager, and Ange said she was the manager. The other cashier added a squirt of syrup to each of our drinks and we left, BEFORE CLOSING TIME.I was so upset that the next day I left a message for KARLIS JUSTS, the District Manager, to complain about this BIZARRE experience and never got a return phone call. Although this is my neighbor store that I often frequent, I will NEVER go into that store again!IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE TOO!

No drive-thru + Fri morning should result in being over-crowded. But, the staff of 5 stayed in their lanes, kept it moving & had my caffeine & breakfast sandwich hot, fresh & in-hand in less than 10. Word to the wise: order ahead on the app and itll be safely waiting.

This location NEVER gets my order correct. I pay for extra caramel and I never get what I pay for even 4 pumps of caramel looks like they didn’t put a squirt, it’s extremely frustrating. I have to take the extra drive and go to gateway instead

After I accidentally messed up with an online order location, they were eager to help me and everyone was generally nice and polite. Pleasant experience that could have easily been bad.

Absolute WORST Starbucks in Boynton Beach. And I love and patronize Starbucks so much this is the second location I’ve ordered from today. I was too lazy to go to the one closer to my place. Every time I come to this location I try to convince myself that just maaaaaaybe the customer service would get a little better and this time would be different. 🤦🏽‍♀️NOPE!! Hood rich loud worker, order wrong, and just not up to the high quality experience I expect from a Starbucks! Avoid this location at all cost...ALL COST. You will be disappointed 👎🏼😒I won’t be doing this again. Had to take time to write this review so when I come, the app I have on my phone will remind me to run like hell!!

5 stars service!!! For some reason the Starbucks app did not give us stars for our purchase but the manager was so kind and gave us two free drinks gift cards. This is my favorite Starbucks store, always excellence in customer service and in the preparation of the drinks.

They are trying but appear to be very lost. The girl did not know how to make a frappuchino. 15 minutes later they made the wrong size. And 10 minutes later... They forgot the whip cream.. 27 minutes I will not get back in my life.

This is a smaller Starbucks with not a lot of seating. If youre just grabbing a coffee and going it is fine.

Besides having great coffee they give away their used coffee grounds for you to put in your garden.

Register closed again! 4 PM on a weekday, inside a Target. This location has arbitrary register closures, is the register just doesnt work. I wonder how corporate Starbucks feels about this sad representation of their business.

On a Sunday morning, this location had three employees working. The line was nearly out the door. This location is not one to go to if you are in a hurry. On the bright side, the coffee was perfect and met my expectations.

A very nice starbucks that was clean and quite. I went there to do homework and found no shorted of plugs for my computer. My coffee was made in short amount of time and I had no complaints about the drink. The assortment of differnet kind of chairs made the coffee shop feel more a living room then a coffee shop on a busy street. This starbucks was a great little shop that I will continue to use for long homework sessions.

It is awful what happened to those two men at the Phili Starbucks. I havent experienced that at my local Starbucks. The crew at my local bucks are always friendly and for the most part professional baristas. However, in other Starbucks other areas, I care not to mention, I have experienced racism so I just dont go back. Not that it solves the problem but just know everything happens for a reason.

Worst customer service at a starbucks i’ve ever had.

Starbucks is OK but Im loyal to Dunkin. Starbucks Coffee is over priced and bitter. Good base coffee should be smoother with a touch of bitter and soothe without all the fattening add ons. I also notice that Dunkin customers are more down to earth and social whereas many Starbucks customers tend to be wanna bes and want to impress you with how they order their coffee. Just saying...happened more than once. Would have given a three star but I like the story of the Starbucks CEO.

Im sure this location is fine and runs with the same shrewd optimized profit corporate efficiency of any Starbucks. Lets be fair, people of all walks of life drop stupid sums of money for daily or multiple times daily Starbucks fix. 6 friggin dollars for a cup of coffee? Its asinine. Moreover theirr corpoate culture of phony political correctness amidst a profit above all mentality has driven me back to McCafe black coffee at McDonals who are also an evil corporation juggernaut- but at least no apologies for it.
