The person at the self serve was great. We had a return credit card from Walmart. It was not working properly and she spent extra time to take care of us and finally provided our credit. I have already returned and received fine service from this location. Great job. Thanks.

Came for an oil change. Torrezz was very pleasant and funny. I did not have to wait long for service.

I went to 4 different places looking for watch bands and finally stopped at Walmart and bought a nice leather band for $8.88!

I like this Boynton beach store because its bigger than the one in Hypoluxo Road. They also have more handicapped carts which is great because myself and my wife are disabled and need the help.

This is a really nice Walmart, its not the largest supercenter but it really has everything you might need. Always neat and organized and plenty of parking. Convenient locale.

Im handicapped and love the riders cart to get around. Store to large to walk. Didnt have any to use. I waited way to long over half hour for one. Asked for help not helpful. Next time if no carts will go shopping else where.

Employees there are nasty! Asked 1 employee where something was and she said she did not know . No one asked if there is anything they can do to help you find what you need. A lot of prices arent marked on the shelves. It is a guessing game on the price. Half the store seems empty with no merchandise. Been very disappointed in this store.

They always overcharge & the items are in the wrong place. It never fails at check out,very frustrating.

I wanted to purchase some large plants. I counted three associates in the garden center standing around and talking to each other... doing nothing to assist customers. When I approached them after making my selections I was directed to go pay at the front of the store... with several large potted palms. That in itself was ridiculous since there were multiple associates doing nothing. When I arrived at the front registers there was only one cashier working with no sense of urgency. Once I was checking out the cashier was not friendly and made no eye contact. Overall a horrible experience. I will not shop at Walmart again. In my opinion low prices are not worth the aggravation of extremely poor customer service.

Mornings during the week is the best time to do your shopping.

Always understocked, and never has enough registers open to cater to those who simply dont want to self checkout. Especially with a cart full and on the busiest of days. Cashiers and employees arent too helpful and the money center chooses who and what to cash out. Was told i couldnt cash my payroll check if it wasnt over a certain amount but the cashier was on a phone call sitting down and just didnt feel like taking me i guess. I do not visit this store unless its child related because its the cheapest.

I am not a big fan of Walmart, the employees always seems to be disinterested and annoyed by asking questions. That is trade-off you have to expect if you want to buy products that are inexpensive. Having staff that is personable, well-trained and motivated to be there cost money which is passed on in the price of the items. I own a business and I understand this all too well. I go in there with reasonable expectations.

Parking lot is full and have to be careful of other drivers. Store has all necessary items and relatively clean. Staff is just ok in being helpful.

This place is big and always has inventory stocked up. The self checkout is easy to navigate and always busy but someone helps out to manage the lines. They always have fresh fruit and lots of people help to answer questions 👍🏻👍🏻 you’ll always find the parking lot filled but you can find a space for sure

I like the fact that it is one stop shopping, as well as having a vision center! I was there to pick up a pair of prescription glasses I had ordered the week before. I find the vision center to be convenient and quick and easy!

Went in for a pair of jeans, maybe my size is very popular, in which case they should have had more in stock, or maybe they just dont sell much of that size in this store. In all of their styles, I only found 3 jeans in my size. I would have thought a superstore would carry extra supply.

I made 2 trips to get a complete estimate on replacing a tire !!! 1st was $121.00. written ! 2nd was verbal $121.00 but now had to wait ??? 3 days later by appt. Came in got the total charge of $134.74 ? However the receipt showed $126.50 ? Plus I bought a few things which I dont agree with : Golden raisins were $2.82 charged $3.82 ! Cheese was $8.12 charged $9.64. Tax $9.13 ??? After seeing a charge of @ $7.?? Was upset didnt noticed till I got home !!! Called 3 times to speak to a supervisor was put on hold for ever !!! The original estimate which I handed to the person at counter was NOWHERE to be found when I question the tire charge and my estimate was not found either ????

Lines were short and they had exactly what i needed. You cant go wrong at Walmart. This one has friendly staff and great selection. Its in a good location surrounded by every store you can think of.

For those looking for healthy alternatives, Walmart tries to satisfy. Organic Grass-Fed ground beef, all natural Turkey, eggs and butter that are not processed.

They have wonderful breakfasts, empanadas, and cafe con leche. Its a small place, but very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the Lil Piggy special, which comes with two eggs, Cuban toast, crispy home fries, and delicious shredded pork and onions. Alex and Eric take good care of their customers.

Clean, somewhat deserted, very few employees around and no size large underwear. A worker told me people buy up certain things in great quantity and sell it over the internet. It goes like tickets to a Taylor Swift concert. Crazy times we live in.

Over the many years this super store has been around, clearly the company is hiring a more competent employees. Love the online shopping and pick up service too.

This walmart has a wide selection of products to choose from. Thus the name a walmart supercenter. Although it does not have some items such as sparkling iced zero sugar energy drinks that in my opinion are very good. But other than that this store is amazing and Im able to shop here weekly without needing to go to other stores.

Love the Walmart @Boynton Beach location. Shelves always stocked. The items I need are always available and the staff always friendly, polite and always willing to help. Definitely recommend this location to all.

They have the worst customer service possible! Order online and pick it up if you don’t want to end up with the majority of unprepared rude individuals that work at this place.Last time I was at this location their customer service was shut down, and when I ask an young lady why and her name she almost jumped me. Their team is either under a lot of stress or not prepared to help customers.So far I have done online grocery pickup and is a breeze with very nice 👍 pleasant people.

Great place to DONATE BLOOD. The Big Red Bus comes here every other weekend from 10 to 7 on Saturdays and 10 to 4 on Sundays. They are here this weakened!

Tried to return the item, called in advance before coming from far to save myself a trip. None of the departments pick up the phone, not customer service, not deli or pharmacy or electronic department. Ended up driving to find that they cannot accept returns after 8pm, as customer service is closed. Talked to a manger, he said he doesn’t control the phone and fitting room personnel is responsible for the phone: seriously? They are responsible to pick up the phone for the pharmacy and deli? Noone likes to work but likes to get paid for doing nothing. Should be fired. Awful service

The Murphy gas pump station at Walmart seems to be in the pits lately. More tan once Ive encountered pumps with the doors to their credit card equipment unlocked and hanging open leaving the electronic systems open to anyone to illegally access them. Today they couldnt accept credit cards and were requiring cash only sales. Management needs to up their game here & improve the maintenance of their equipment.

My biggest issue with Walmart Supercenter is that they never have multi packs of bai Zambia bing cherry in stock. There is a label that shows multi pack bing cherry on the store shelf, but the spot is empty. You can only buy them in individual bottles. Other flavors ARE available in mult packs.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. I went to the auto center to get a basic oil change and tires balanced. The customer service was horrible. The employees were arguing amongst each other. The dept manager was lost and very unprofessional. Never seen such an unprofessional atmosphere in Walmart. Management needs to address this issue

This location is extremely reliable, as far as inventory. Customer service supervisors would benefit from a seminar on how to speak to clients appropriately. [Surrounded by Karens, I had a direct question. And instead of a direct answer like try asile 18 I was told to get back in my time machine and arrive to the store earlier to ask the prior shifts clerk] The yellow vests walking around are unnecessarily rude, almost always. But, if you dont need assistance and are okay with self-checkout, its a pleasant enough experience.

It is hot in there. Everything else is fine but with masks on, even without a mask, DANG it is hot in there.

Inexpensive, of course, but theres a heavy price to pay for that benefit. If looking for a particular non-food item that you dont remember from past shipping, there are no employees or phones to help you.

Usually I have bad luck when it comes to the auto center but at this location the actual mechanics really took care of me, even though I didnt have an appointment which they usually require and were able to assist me and went above and beyond.The usual closing time being 5:00 p.m. I arrived at 4:30pm unable to turn off my car due to a battery issue that I purchased from Walmart thankfully before its warranty had expired, however the warranty doesnt include installation so its a DIY experience.Their protocol is once youve removed your current faulty battery youll exchange the new replacement at customer service for no charge. But when youre having issues like me where I had to jump start my vehicle every time to turn it on and had never done it before this bewildered me.The mechanics that assisted me were compassionate and considerate, not only because it was raining but also because I never done it before so they allowed me to utilize their garage and showed me how with assisted guidance. Thanks guys!!Dont forget to pay it forward and compensate good service!

Auto center was busy and very short handed. There were no seats/chairs in the waiting area. I have a serious leg injury so the no seats was a big deal. I had a good experience with the employees. They seemed a bit overwhelmed tho.

The shelves were well stocked. Clean & orderly.Customer service is reason for 3 stars. Check out lines were too long. Not wanting to wait l went on self service scan. Plastic bags were extremely difficult to pry open. Toward completion one item did not have a price. I turned to the soap call assistant staff nearby. She suggested that I leave all of the items I had already passed through the register and go to the back of the store to get the price. I asked her for a manager. She responded there were no managers available. It was not until I was persistent that a manager finally came over. This caused the scanning line to be as long as the checkout lines. Not a pleasant experience for me at all. I plan to avoid this particular Walmart.

Store was clean and organized at the time I was there. Check out was quick. I only had two items so went to self checkout and the lady working that area was helping people with everything, even missing prices and such very quickly. I know timing is everything, but I have been there at different times over many years and this store is consistently pretty easy. This year I didnt need the video game section, but past experiences bring back no bad memories, just a few wait times that were really not the end of the world. Every store has moments when you may have to wait for someone to become available when there are other shoppers competing for their time, so just know what you need so when you get your turn they can just grab out what you need and you can be on your way.

Best place to purchase flowers in the area. Best selection and best price. Highly recommend!!!

Nice store how ever they remove all the price check devices because people can download Walmart app,which when you try too use it ,it never works.had an employee do a price check with app too prove my point and it didnt work.so Walmart fail the app test.give them an unsatisfactory for that bad decisions they made for the public .

Shopping here is horrible!!! Horrible customer service. Store Coach is extremely rude and unethical. He says he has NO boss and walks around with a really bad attitude. Online order pick up has no supervision in the afternoons, so if you have questions or concerns, you really can’t speak to anyone. They NEVER pick up the phone. Expired or nearly to expire produce. Store is DIRTY! Employees always look irritated.

Auto center was backed up with 2 cars in line, 4 techs in the garage and only 2 open bays, oil change was by appointment only. very disappointed

What a store! Verrry huge! Comfort shopping and finding someone to get help in-store was good. If you want accessories for bikes they have a variety of items but if you do not find it there? They will order it for you.

This is my neighborhood Walmart. I love it. I especially LOVE the people who work in the Pharmacy. I am always treated in a friendly, amd attentive manner, with the techs going out of their way to make sure that I take advantage of any coupons or discounts that are offered. You have no idea how much I appreciate their kindness.
