Went to Auto Zone, had no clue what I needed, just knew my radiator cap was leaking.Chris was soo helpful. He actually found the parts I needed and help put it on the car for me. He also checked to make sure everything is working great. He gave an A+ customer service . Will definitely ask for him again. Great guy!

I own an auto repair shop in Delray beach and i needed a part pick up from the store on Thursday 11/04/2021 . first i tried calling to see if they physically have it on the shelf , no one answer , i tried several time no one answer . i had sale associate nick from Delray of Linton and congress avenue called from his store phone no one answered .and when the driver get there she asked for the shift manager she was told he is in the back of the store , 15-20 minutes later he approach with a nasty unwelcomed attitude. and when she asked him how come no one answer the phone he reply they are busy . and she recalled when she walk up the store was empty. and she asked him for his name he told her it was jay Viana . he was not wearing a name tag and she asked for his last name he said he didnt have one . i would not suggest anyone going to that store after 5 pm because it will be a waste of time especially if you are a commercial account . district manager store manager please do something about that . every gray shirt should learn how to operate commercial account until closing time

The workers at this store are amazing. I am a healthcare worker who ended work really late at 8 PM one day and had to rush to this location to replace my car battery. Troy at this location took really good care of my car and was extremely nice and helpful. He explained everything that I needed to know for the future in terms of the battery and alternator. I wish I had cash to tip him but I dont carry money on me. I wanted to leave this review to let the company know that Troy is very helpful and an amazing worker.

Chris was great! He helped me find the best wipers blades for my car and installed them for me quickly and easily.

This morning my car hard trouble starting. My neighbor jumped me and suggested I go to Autozone so they can test the battery and alternator for me. I went in and asked for a battery/alternator test. The employee Sam came out and tested my battery and told me it had a dead cell and also told me she can do the installation of the battery on my car. She sold me a battery for my vehicle and installed it within minutes. The entire process took her about 15-20 minutes from the moment I walked in the door. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. This visit exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this Autozone for all my car needs.

Just got my battery checked by Lindsay and he was really helpful. Honda services said I needed to replace the battery during an oil change, but it was good when I just got it checked and they saved me from replacing it.

Johnathon, the manager at the Hypoluxo Rd Auto Zone store, was of incredible assistance to me in my need for new windshield wipers. Not only did he sell me a pair, but he followed through to make sure they fit, which the first pair did not. He went back in the store to search through his inventory and located a pair that did. He spent at least 15 minutes on my problem and all the while was a most pleasant fellow. Theres no other auto store I will ever go to again.

Mr. Rich really took the time to help me out and I really appreciate it. He tested the battery for me and realize I had warranty on the battery. He ended up saving me 169 dollars. I am very appreciative of the Custumer service at Auto zone in Hypoluxo.

I had to get new windshield wipers and Troy was kind enough to assist me with that. I originally picked up the wrong size and he was able to complete a return and install the correct wipers for me. It was all done very quickly and now feel much safer on the road with my new wipers. Thumbs Up!

Auto zone is the place to go if you need anything for your car 🚗 they have knowledgeable employees that can assist you if you dont know something about your car what you need they even diagnose your car if your engine light is on with that charging you I was amazed because this one shop wanted to charge me $100 to diagnose my car not AutoZone it was free

Troy N. at store #1058 went above and beyond to help a female who is not very car savvy. Most times when I go into an establishment which is primarily frequented by males I often am left feeling stupid and inadequate. Troy made me feel very comfortable and assisted with my issue with compassion and professionalism. Refreshing and very much appreciated.

Great experience Christopher and Anthony were very helpful I had a issue at UnAdvanced Auto with a starter they wouldnt help and kept saying it was good or if I wanted an exchange I would have to go 30miles to the store I bought it from. Chris checked it also saw it had a slow drag he sold me a new starter I installed it car started up like new. Now Im back for more parts since they went beyond duty to help me. And Im walking distance from the other competition but will bypass for now on. To come here. Thanks again fellas.

Update to their response:Your team DOES NOT work hard to ensure everyone is dealt with. There were literally 4 people doing nothing hiding in the back. One standing behind the register on his phone. With a line of more than 10 people. And no i will NOT be going back!I hate the fact that this ks the closest parts store to me. Always 5+ people working in the store yet NOBODY on the register.... Doing inventory and who knows what. While a line out the door builds. Have people on the computer finding parts but if you know what you need you still have to stand in the line of people looking for help. You cant simply check out.

Johnathan Hackley is incredible! He even came out ti help me adjust my side mirrors so I could see the blind spots for incoming cars.He’s probably saved my life. I could never see oncoming cars. Needed assistance when the check engine light came on in my daughter’s car. I knew Auto Zone had a free analysis policy. It as late, but Troy N. Stepped up to help. With COVID he was not supposed to come out, but I could not locate the diagnostic plug. He came out and we resolved the issue. Can’t say enough about the professionalism. This was at store #1058 on Hypoluxo Road.
