The hubcap fell off my beloved 2007 Lincoln Navigator, Dana was kind enough on the phone to tell me to bring the vehicle in and see if he had a part. When I arrived he did not but offered to fix and replace the damaged hubcap , it looks great ! Went there last week for a used Mitsubishi door , I tried to get in to the store but he had something blocking the entrance, didnt bother to move it, I ask for a part and the guy keep me waiting outside for 20-25 minutes under the sun in front of a gate, finally another guy came took me inside to see the door and when I ask for the price, this dude at the store ( which was still block and didnt let me in ) came out with the most insane and over priced answer,500 Dollars for a used door .Went to a junkyard in Fll and got it for 75 dollars, better customer service, better price and better shape.😉

I just got off the phone with a man and he was rude then he said he wasn’t interested in buying my car. I understand the car is old and I’m not mad about him not being interested in car. It was how he handled the call, like I was bothering him. That is not how you do business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 1 star is too much to give this place.

Today was a amazing day. I still cant believe what happened to me. I was first at Tilden for brakes car care center where my sons truck was for repairs. Dave the owner has been very caring and supportive and a great person to do business with. Dave tells me to go next door and look for a man named Dana who owns Astro Auto Salvage. This is where my story begins. Dave says I will go with you and introduced me to Dana Karklins the owner of Astro auto Salvage. Dave explains that I need (4) rims for my sons truck. We go out to the yard and he has (4) rims. $100 each which is a bargain to begin with. When I explained to Dana it was my sons truck Michael who recently passed away and for sentimental reasons fixing his truck and keeping the truck. Next thing shocked me. Dana gave me (4) rims for FREE. Yes for FREE. The man truly has a huge heart and such a nice person. Turns out the rims belonged to his son Cole who is almost my sons age so I even felt even better. I cried and just wanted to hug Dana but do to social distance we did the elbow shake. Im so touched by today. I always helped people all through my life and my son Michael too. Called this morning looking for replacement door panels for some minor wear/tear damage. Dana quoted me a legit price for the pair and asked a few more questions including asking for a photo. After viewing the photo, Dana said that I dont need new panels, theres a type of paint that will fix my problem. Dana could have easily said I need the panels, I wouldnt have known better, but his honesty and integrity saved me $500! Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a mass air flow sensor for my Ford F150. I got the sensor and the whole plastic unit it sits in for a very fair price. They even took mine off and put the new one on for me. Took about 10 minutes total time. It works awesome. Ill definitely be back when I need more parts.Dana showed me a trick to put some shine back into my grill and took the fad off my headlights all for free. Very cool people.

I had a pleasant experience. I was charged 1/2 the price of a new part, and the part I received looked new. They also installed the part at a fair price. Their service was fast, efficient, and polite. The part I needed was the side mirror for a Cadillac Deville.They stand behind their guaranty, because the first mirror I got gave a double image. Dana saw this, and he immediately ordered another one which came in a week. They installed the second one at no charge to me. There was no charge to me except for the original purchase. Dana said that the parts they sell must be in excellent condition.In short, this is a place that sells good parts at a fair price (about 1/2 the price as new, but the quality and looks of new, they stand behind their guaranty no questions asked, and their service is fast, efficient, and courteous. It doesnt get any better than that.
