Great sales people, helped find part my honey needed

I love this dealership. This group is like family every time you walk in the door. This is my second new bike purchase and the team went above and beyond to find what I wanted and go out of their way to go get the bike.

I took the rider class at HD of BG. It’s a great class. I wasn’t going to buy a bike right away. A couple of weeks later, they had a used fat boy. Exactly what I was looking for. Landon and the whole crew made me feel welcomed and answered ever question a new bike owner could have. Great staff from door to door!

I stopped in last week to browse, as I always do when Im in KY. Upon arriving, I saw a Heritage Softail that I was interested in. I had been looking for one, but wasnt planning to buy one that day. After seeing this bike, I decided that it was exactly what I was looking for. I waited for about 30 minutes, but only the girls at the clothing counter were interested in helping. I saw 2 men sitting in the corner who appeared to be salesmen. I approached them, but neither seemed eager to assist me. The younger guy, who I believe is named Landon, finally got on his computer and tried to look up information for me. Since the bike was just brought in, they didnt have it listed in their system yet. I understood that, but still wanted information on it. I asked if we could at least get the year model and try to run down a price. I walked outside and the young man followed. I assumed he was going to help me further, but to my surprise, he did not. Instead, an hour before closing, he walked away and started taking bikes inside the building. At that point, I went back to the clothing area and purchased my sunglasses, then left. The next day, I returned to try and find more information on the bike. This is when I met Steve. Steve was very nice and eager to help me. He told me the bike was not in the system, but he would get the information and call me, as the manager was currently in a meeting. A few hours later, Steve did just that, called me and gave me all the information. When I returned to the store the 3rd time, Steve met with me, took my information, worked on pricing for me, set up the test ride, and I ended up buying the bike. Steve was very polite, very professional and I was happy to work with him. At this point, Evan took over and prepared all the paperwork. Evan was also very nice and professional. While we were waiting on insurance and such to come through, Steve walked me around and introduced me to people in every department. Everyone else was super nice and congratulating me on my purchase. Outside of the first 2 salesman I encountered, this was a great buying experience. This store has great inventory, and great people, so if your in the area and looking to buy, go see Steve and Evan, you wont be disappointed.

Harley-Davidson Bowling Green went above and beyond for me when I purchased my 21 Pan America Special. I saw they had one in stock on their site, went to the dealer, and was test riding within 10mins. The test loop they planned out gave me a bit of everything to feel the bike out and I was hooked. They even stayed late to ensure that we got the deal done.Ill definitely be back for more, they make you feel at home.

I didnt go in with glazed eyes I went in multiple times over a long period and did research I then asked Sales Crew members ..Multiple cause Im thinking used car dealers right ..gonna sell is what they do .Not just the case .Not saying they wont sell ya there t-shirt but I asked each one on different days cause I kept showing up at different times it wasnt my intentions but I was getting information even parts dept .When I decided to pop on the 2012 road king within less than Id say 3hrs doing paperwork title tags ect ect .I was cruising home ..Im guessing if you dont see what you like there or a style im sure you can ask they seem to be constantly recieving newer stock from used to new and probably can get in what your wanting..

First experience here. New to motorcycles and spoke with dude named Steve. He answered a million questions for me and helped tons. Feel bad because I didnt buy anything this trip. In the next month Ill be back looking for him to purchase my bike. Appreciate the help Steve! Awesome guy!I went back two weeks later and bought a 2014 soft tail heritage classic. Great place.

Tonda was amazing! We specifically waited on her. She was helping us and let us shop and was helping someone else so we waited till she was done. She went above and beyond! You got a gem with her.

Wanted to look at new sportster s because I was interested in buying. Went in once didnt have it. Called and left number for when they had it. Never called. Went in after work after they got it and sales person asked if I wanted price. I stood there forever. Finally I left name and number again to call me with a price. I leave and the guy is outside sitting on bench. Never got a call back about price. Ive always wanted an Indian but thought I would give Harley a try. From my experience with Indian and others experience, I can see why Harley is a dying name.

This has to be one of the best and friendliest Harley Davidson Dealers I have been to. Customer service was outstanding....just stopped in on a 1400 mile ride and I felt like it was old home week....I highly recommend this dealer.

So typically I would leave a 5 start review when I feel like service went above and beyond, and it was in fact above and beyond within the sales department where I did was looking for certain items and the lady helped me extremely well. The problem came about in the parts department. I’m new to the motorcycle game and was looking to either rebuild or replace my carburetor (edelbrock quiksilver) and knew it was a long shot trying to find parts. When I spoke with the employee and told him what I needed he was very short with me stating “we only deal with Harley stuff” in which I was pretty aware of. Not only did he shut my question down almost immediately he didn’t even make an attempt to help me with my issue. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with a local motorcycle shop that was very helpful and went through him to get what I needed.

The Service Team and Sales Team are great, they made me feel like family, I purchased two bikes from them and am very satisfied. The last bike I purchased I did not buy from them (we could just not make the numbers work) but that is not taking anything away from their Staff. I recommend anyone to this dealership. I gave a 4 because a 5 would indicate perfect and there is no such ting.

I drove from Fort Worth Texas to pickup a One Of A Kind CVO Breakout. The staff before my travel communicated all my options and understood my needs. The salesman Chris is a Great Guy answered my questions , Evan offered options and always made himself available. And another shout out to Casey in the business office ( A Fellow Texan), on her handling of the finances and making this Dream Bike a reality. And a Big Appreciation for parts department for explaining the features of this Bike.And finally Chris again, for doing a safety check on me to make sure myself and bike made it back to Texas Safely. Great Team Effort for everybody at this location.

We absolutely loved this HD shop. Lots to choose from Bikes, parts, clothing and accessories. Loved seeing service dog too. Family friendly staff.

Wonderful experience so far! My wifes learning to ride and were getting her kitted out and making sure shes trained up. Chris was great today with his instruction on the jumps start bike. Looking forward to the classes next weekend.

Place is a joke wanted to sell me a salvaged title bike on trade with 2000 dollar of my money and bike

I went for their Riding Class and it was Excellent! Id never rode a bike at all & was riding in 1 day. The staff are super nice and worked with me 1 on 1 to make it easier for me to learn. Im going back in a month to continue better skills. I highly recommend to any beginner riders!

Most of the employees are great and will help you in anyway they can. However, not all employees. I would have given 5 stars but I have had issues for 4 months getting one part, that has been reordered at least 6 times. Still dont have the correct part. Also the parts manager, Herb, was very unhelpful and even rude while assisting me to resolve an issue with one of their parts vendors. I had to call Drag Specialties myself after getting the part number and purchase number from Harley Davidson. Thankfully, the lady at Drag Specialties was much nicer.

I do not like this place. I spent a whole day here just looking around. This place is addicting. The sales reps were great and the place was literally spotless but $18 grand later with an awesome bike, Im sure I will be back. All I can say, if you have no interest in purchasing a bike, dont come here because you just may leave with one. On the other hand, if your looking for one and wanting a great deal, this is the place to be.

Good group of people

Jake in the service department is the man to see. We were on a long trip and got a rivet in our brand new back tire. Harley was closing in 15 minutes when we pulled in but he and another staff member helped us locate the rivet, allowing my husband to patch it. Jake even let us use their air to pump the tire back up. Outstanding service. Great guys.

I recently took the rider course at the Dealership in Bowling Green, KY. I am a Driving Instructor for a commercial truck carrier by profession. The Instructors in your course are at the top of their game coming from one Trainer to another. I got to learn how to ride a motorcycle but also I got to observe Training from the students perspective. I had the same fears, questions, and yes even the excuses that I deal with almost daily. The Instructors in your program were some of the best I have observed in our line of work. Through watching how they taught and managed the issues on the range I got the added benefit of learning a few thing about dealing with students and identifying some areas and methods that I can change in how I teach to better help my Students become good Drivers just as they taught me how to become a good rider. You have a top quality bunch of people running this course. They listened but were not afraid to call me on things I thought I was doing but they knew I wasnt. Theyre focuse was safety of the ride and not making a paying customer happy. I would highly recommend your facility for anyone who wants to learn to ride the right way the first time around.

Awesome dealership!!! When I walk in, theres always someone saying something nice to welcome me. The staff in general is habitually friendly, and the ladies in the clothes department are SO pleasant! Theyre always willing to help me find what I need (or just want). Ive been to other dealerships, but none compare. This is my go to Harley dealership. Cant say enough good about them.

Experienced & Knowledgeable professionals in every department. The Motor clothes department keeps up with new items and if they dont have it they will find it for you!!Service department by far has the best mechanics who always take the time to explain each maintenance or upgrade i have done.Great dealership to deal with for all your motorcycle needs!!!

Pretty disappointed with the service I received. About a week after purchase I checked the oil and realized it was well below the full line. I was assured this bike received a 5k service so I called the dealership and ask for proof of the complete 5k service. I was told the bike was serviced by an outside shop prior to trade in so they had no proof and obviously just took the guys word because he was a previous employee.

By far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and was treated with disrespect and profanity towards my wife from BJ Wilborn who happens to be the sales manager of this business. Tried escalating to the general manager Evan who also seemed to have zero interest in assisting in the matter to rectify the problem and the poor way this individual represents their brand and franchise. It appears BJ has a long track record of a bad attitude and disrespect towards customers and we will definitely be notifying Harley corporate in Milwaukee on this matter !! The guys/ladies that work here go above and beyond! I work for Signature Healthcare of Bowling Green and these guys showed up on their bikes to participate in our Christmas parade, even though it was freezing outside! Nice selection of bikes and merchandise but make sure that you get everything down in writing before you purchase a bike because they will not honor their verbal agreements. I will not make another purchase at this store again.
