I cant place my review on Amazon so I have no choice. Dont order anything from them over the Amazon! I needed 2 bottles of coolant for Honda CBR, I paid for 2 and they sent me only ONE! I tried to contact with them and they never answered! I had to pay another $14 for return! I could buy it in half of the price locally. Big mess on their Amazon store! They show two bottles and you have to choose quantity 1! Illogical! Because they want to screw up the customers! I still didnt get my money for return!

I typically don’t leave reviews but I thought my salesman deserved some recognition. Chris Isenberg was great to work with. I had checked with severalother dealers and big country had the best price on the unit I was looking for and had one in stock. Chris was very prompt in answering all of my emails and when I showed up unannounced he was able to get me in and out, and loaded up very quickly. If your in the market for a new toy I would highly recommend you check out Big Country Power Sports and ask for Chris.

Customer Service along with a smile goes a long way. The parts gentleman and the older service gentleman both made me feel as If I was bothering them. Trust me I will be taking my business else wear. I was in there last week ready to order a brand new side by side, man Im thankful I didnt.

Called them to see if they balanced motorcycle tires and they said they do. I told them it was off the motorcycle it would just be the tire and rim and they still told me it would be until next week before they could squeeze in a 5 minute tops job.

This place is a joke. By far the worst service Ive had in my entire life. I honestly wish I never gave this place my business. I do not recommend this place to anyone just save yourself the headache.

Update****Sammy was my salesman, I liked him he was a straight shooter. Rebecca or Rachel(I cant remember) she handled all the title paperwork was super friendly and helpful. There was also a lady working the parts counter that was fantastic as I had my daughter with me and she talked with her while I was working on a “deal”. All the staff I worked with was pretty friendly. But for most of the staff they could work on their level of professionalism. I had multiple employees make jest at one another and put it each other down behind one another’s back to me. Clearly there is a lack of leadership in that building which stinks because the people there have a lot of potential.I am mostly satisfied with the ATV that I left with. Although when I brought up some service interval questions they said “oh no one does those” let’s hope that plea works if we run into a warranty issue down the road. Also yhe ATV had been outside for a while and was dirty and the cap had been left open on the USB port so it was all rusted out. I brought that up and was told it would be fine(Note, it wasn’t fine. It wouldn’t get a connection so I spent about an hour trying to clean all the rust out to make it work Picture below is after spending all that time trying to clean it out.) Once I got it home I went over all the nuts and bolts, oil was low, multiple bolts in the suspension, racking and even one of wheels had loose bolts. I know this might sound picky to some but this is where the level of customer service is clearly lacking. We pay a lot for these machines, it isn’t too much to expect everything be as it should.I went in wanting a Polaris and ended up with a CFMOTO(which I did have a general interest in). Nothing against that brand and I hope it lasts me but they weren’t willing to work with me at all on the Polaris ATVs.I would have called Managment to discuss these issues if I thought it would have helped, but comments from multiple employees lead me to believe it wouldn’t.If you want to pay MSRP for a machine and have fun cutting up with Sammy while waiting around for “numbers” then this is a place for you. I personally do not think I would give any more of my business to this dealership I wish the best for this company and hope that some strong leadership finds its way into that place of business.***The store manager called me the day after I posted this to ask more questions and gain a better understanding of what they can do better in the future for their customers. So I hope he stands by what he said and again I hope for growth within this company moving forward.

Ive been working with Sammy and the rest of the crew at Big Country for close to a year now while I decided on a vehicle, and couldnt be happier with the experience. Multiple test rides, never any pressure, just real friendly people. They even called around to other dealers to find me the perfect ride when I was ready to buy. You can really tell customer satisfaction is their priority!

Walked in, there was only workers inside and not one of the two guys greeted us or got off their cell phones.

I was on the look for a 2020 Ranger XP1000. I originally was interested in the crew cab they have. I talked on the phone with a salesman about the crew cab ranger. He informed me they were “demo” units, and told me they were in good shape. I was attempting to take advantage of the Hero’s Advantage that Polaris has going on and they just seemed really confused and didn’t know what was going on with it. The manager never talked to me or called me back when I was asking about it.I drove from Owensboro(a little over an hour) These demo units were in horrible shape(plastics broke, water in battery compartment, axles popping, etc) they were just beat up. I then switched my focus to a three seater Ranger. I test drove it and liked it but did not want the color(matte military tan) I asked if they had any other ones and the salesman told me no. I literally walked in the showroom and there was a Matte sage green sitting there.Now the show room was in pathetic shape as well. All the units were covered in dust, dirt, and pollen. There was no pride in how all of the units were being up kept. There were employees sitting around while the showroom looked like that.I ended up putting a deposit down on the Sage green XP1000 and was told that my deposit doesn’t lock in a price so at the first of the month the price could go back up(doesn’t make any sense to me). I paid cash for the unit, the gentleman I filled out the paperwork with rushed through everything and felt like he didn’t want to be doing any work.I wasn’t given any information about break in time or anything pertaining to my new purchase.All in all, the employees have no drive or desire to be working there and it is very clear of that. I should’ve just went to Newburgh Powersports. But, what’s done is done. If you want very poor customer service and a dirty unit, this place has it.EDIT***I need to focus more on the fact that Thomas did do his job and did do his job good. The first day my family went there, he was the only salesman at work and the finance guy was off too. He was working multiple jobs instead of being able to focus on the issue at hand. I think this business has good employees, but the lack of leadership has created a less than desirable place. It starts with the management levels. AGAIN, Thomas did his job and more. He did call me to clear things up about it and to me that shows an effort to bring back customers. Thanks Thomas.

Refused to return calls and make a sale. Tried to purchase a ranger with cash/wire funds directly to complete purchase and have it shipped, but wouldn’t put forth the effort on their end.

Ive had bad experiences at the other 2 big dealerships (stealerships) in town, they just dont respect other peoples bikes.Big Country is DIFFERENT!!! They CARE! They treat your stuff like it was their own personal property.I bought some race wheels for my Yamaha R1 that were almost $3000, I had wanted them for years and finally bought a set. I was extremely worried about letting a shop touch them because some shops will scratch/damage your stuff up and then deny it. The guys at Big Country looked at my wheels with me and found every blemish BEFORE AND AFTER mounting tires, to verify that they did an A+ job with no damage.I havent had them do any mechanical stuff, but the fact that they treated my wheels like their own gained my trust. They also charged less than the two big stealerships in town for my tire mounting. $60 for both wheels if you bring the wheels in removed from the bike.A+++++++

It would be no star or a negative star. Took my Artic Cat there to be fixed(carborator and choke cable and gas tank put on, which we bought all parts) and they siliconed my carborator and didnt put the new choke cable on and told me the motor was blown up. Charged me 225 just to not fix it. So we go get it thinking the motor has to be replaced. Wrong someone there tighten my values down to where it wouldnt crank. Needless to say I have parts missing on the carborator and choke cable that we bought and paid for and also had to pay a man to fix it from where they messed it up. Also forgot to mention it was running when we took it up to them.. So dont allow them to work on anything for you. Also called them and they said its all on you. Yep it is thats why yall have my new carborator and choke cable laying somewhere up there or on someone elses. Not happy at all. But on a bright note its running thanks to a wonderful atv mechanic in TN.

Spoke to Harry the Service Manager about servicing my motorcycle tire... Told him I will bring only the wheel & new inner tube (just bought)... $40 to service it.I drive 35 miles to their repair shop....Oh, Harry is on vacation, I cant write a service ticket. The fart popped in his brain when I said Harry told me to come on down.Bottom line... This service shop should be a port to piss in... Total ignorance!

Parts girl is horrible I have called three times trying to find a rear sprocket. The girl that works in parts never answers or will ask you to hold. Spent over 2 hours on hold. Called back and was back on hold again.
