I really liked my mattress and frame! Greg and David was really nice and they went beyond and back to make sure we were satisfied. My frame was held back because of COVID 19 and he let me take another frame till mine came in because he knew I was so excited to sleep on my new mattress! I posted a my issues on their Facebook page and they deleted them. Very rude and unprofessional manager/salesman. Berated my wife and I after telling them politely they didn’t have what we were looking for. Began to insult me because I previously worked for it his biggest competitor. We were treated amazingly by fords furniture. Better prices and extremely friendly staff.

I needed a new mattress immediately and Jordan did a good job of putting me into the best mattress for my budget. He showed me all the options and patiently waited while I tested them all out. They didnt have the mattress I wanted in the back so he gave me the floor model and discounted it slightly since it had been laid on. He also helped me me wrap it in plastic and helped me load it into the truck. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
