Overall very grateful for my experience with this Mattress Firm location. Ive never bought a new mattress before and am on a very tight budget. Aaron was super helpful, friendly and just enjoyable to be around. The guys delivered the mattress today did a great job, found my weird to locate apt with no issues. Overall great experience. Enough for me to leave my first (and probably last) google review.

The overall experience was good. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful. Was not at all pushy. Took a survey of all our wants and needs for the mattress, asked questions about our sleeping habits, such as, were we a side sleeper, back sleeper, etc.He educated us about pillows being such an important part of the sleep experience.After all the facts were plugged into the formula, he made some recommendations and we were actually allowed to lie on and test the firmness and softness of various mattresses.We appreciated the fact that he was genuinely interested in what we wanted and needed, and wasnt there to just try to sell something to us.Would have not received the mattress yet, its going to take about 4 days to have it delivered so we cant say how we like the mattress yet, but overall the experience thus far has been great.

Zach was very knowledgeable and helpful. He inquired about our needs before recommending mattresses. He was patient and did not pressure us. Very satisfied with the process.

Small showroom but has plenty of different mattresses to try out. Helpful staff, pleasant to chat with. Seems engaged and not aloof.

Zachary took the time to make sure my partner and I found the perfect mattress for us, not just trying to sell. We didn’t really know where to start and he explained everything with detail. We can’t wait for it to get delivered!

Overall great service. We paid for them to take our old bed and setup the new but because we put it outside to clean under the old bed they would not take it. We were not told that.

Well laid out easy to check out mattresses. The one we ordered wasn’t readily available due 5 days and the two pillows were out of stock so went with backups. Zac was helpful

Ordered a Sealy mattress with a adjustable frame. Around March 5 here it is April 7 no order wont know nothing till tomorrow April 8th , if were still getting it on the 9th.Not very happy with this store. I was told it would be 10 days.

The salesperson helped us to quickly find a mattress that I liked at a decent price. It comes with a 120 day return policy, although the money involved ($99 + a 10 - 20% restocking fee, depending on whether you swap for another mattress or not) seemed a little steep, but hopefully I wont have to deal with that. Overall, a good experience.

Had great experience at the store plenty of info and got to lay down on mattress to experience the comfort . She was very knowledgeable of the product and it’s extras that go with the beds, we my wife & I visited the store 3 times and did comparisons but Mattress Firm did it for us ! In the end if it does what we are expecting it will be worth every penny ( dollar ) spent . Very courteous staff well informed thank you very much.

Do yourself a favor & stay away from this place! We financed a mattress with 6 months free interest & we made one payment and paid it off early. They charged us an extra $200 in fees!! We werent told of any kind of fees when we financed it, further more, we received another bill of $53 in the mail, saying that was our remaining balance, after we paid the balance off already 2 months prior! Very manipulating, will NEVER buy from again!

Never before have I been so satisfied with any type of negotiation in my life! Aaron J. really impressed me with the way he handled business. I have never purchased a bed brand new and had no idea about some of the inner workings( like financing and warranties) of the whole process. Ordering was quick and easy.

Well for starters my experience was horrible, i first went to the Campbell ln location where i purchased a mattress and then needed to exchange it, the whole experience was just one issue after another, from me having to rent a uhaul to deliver it myself to getting a used and defective mattress and then all the leasing and refund issues. Lets just say i was to the point of tears and thats when i contacted Tyler at this location. He not only won my business back but he took it upon himself to take over the mess the other store left me and went above and beyond to fix all the leasing and refund mistakes so i could get a new bed before my back surgery. He was so friendly and professional and helped me pick out the perfect bed for what i wanted, then he asked if there was anything i would change about the mattress i picked, i said nothing just wish i could get a king. Well he made that happen too. I even allowed myself to go above what i normally would spend because he was beyond amazing through the whole process and always kept in close contact through the whole process. Now im laying in my new bed that was just delivered to me yesterday just in time before my surgery tomorrow. I cant thank Tyler enough, he stepped up and made this whole process so worth it in the end. He deserves a raise and more for being the unbelievably kind person he is.
