I had a sore bottom from all chili I ate at Wendys. A woman Named Karen helped me and recommended I use a cream on it. She had me smear mayonnaise all over my bottom and it didnt help one bit she even did the smearing herself I believe she just wanted to feel me up because after she smeared my bottom and worked three fingers in my hole she pulled them out and I caught her smelling them. I would have gave more stars if it had actually helped me.

I called to fine a wound care product and their service was great she took the time to be polite found the product I needed.

Deplorable customer services. I ask for help and was told the product was unavailable. I found the product after looking for 10 min later. Instead of telling customers your out of a product try helping to look.

The lady working the pharmacy window by far has the WORST customer service attitude....should not be the one greeting your customers

If you need a covid19 test, dont choose this location they never know anything the sistem is always down but they wont say anything until you show up sic as hell for them to give you a bunch of excuses........get it tomorrow cvs or dont even advertise a service you clearly cant provide

They are currently doing Covid testing at the drive thru, plan on a long line and waiting. Also plan on your prescriptions being messed up when you get to the window, this has happened to me the last 2 times.

I came stumbling in after being diagnosed with crippling blindness to pick up some milk for my ex wife. I had been feeling around the refrigerators on my journey for that sweet sweet 2% when I heard a voice. “Hello my name is Spencer do you need any help finding anything?!” I told him of my recently diagnosed blindness and hopes of getting my wife back by getting her the fantastic milk only CVS can deliver. Spencer being the kind soul he is promptly told me I actually wasn’t in the food section at all! I’d been fumbling around in the family planning aisle. He led me to the correct aisle with a swift confidence and swagger grabbing the exact carton of milk I needed. He rang up the milk with enthusiasm (he even carried it to the car for me)!!! It wasn’t until the drive home I realized that Spencer’s mere presence and kindness had cured my blindness. My experience was a 10/10 will be back again.

Pharmacy is very susceptible to rushes, especially at the drive through, making for long waits if theres more than a couple cars in the queue. When they have time, the staff are helpful for questions. The rest of the CVS is average to good.

Dont ever call them. 55 minutes and still nobody answers

The WORST, I mean WORST CVS Pharmacy on the face of the planet. I’ve been there 5 times to get my medicine and then to get a refund because they never gave it to me. After a week I still have no medicine or no refund! They need to learn how to have communication between each other. If you go here be prepared to lose your mind.

Terrible customer service. can never be in and out within 5 minutes. The drive thru pharmacy line is always insanely long AND slow. Then if you proceed to walk in, you wait 5-10 minutes for someone to even approach the register and ask if you have a pick up. This cvs needs new management badly & proper customer service etiquette. If a customer approaches, you STOP what you’re doing and help the customer.

Had to go 3 times to get my scripts, then they lost my insurance card. Made 2 more trips, couldnt find it. Called again, they said they had it. Went to get it and they couldnt find it. Asked me to call again, did still couldnt find it. No apology, nothing. Attitude like too bad, no big deal. This only my Insurance Card People!!!

They need more people up front at the cash register to help with photo. They had one guy who after helping a customer played on his phone and got a drink. I had to practically stare at him to get him to come help me.

Worst pharmacy at answering the phones. Waited 20 minutes one day before hanging up
