If i could give this establishment less than one star i would. Sold me a broken vape and refused to exchange it for a new one. will not be back.

Got ripped off today on a glass pipe. Save your money and avoid this place.

They sell fake products and the dude sam is rude as hell.

Every time I go there the experience is unforgettable to say the least. The place is clean and very organized. They even do you a solid by charging you 25 cents to run your card. And in this day and age who really carries cash anymore. But I will still continue to shop there due to the guy who runs the place. Feels like hes almost a friend of mine at times.

Guy behind the register was a total creep. Was watching me the entire time I was in there and at one point yelled at me to get away from the alcohol even though Im over 21 and had the ID to prove it. Spent almost $20 on 3 bags of chips and 2 two liter bottles. Walmart is friendlier and cheaper than this place.

Always friendly staff and the store is well organized and clean. I go there once or twice a week and I’m never disappointed.

Walked in with a mask on and the store clerk, who was not wearing a mask, told me I didnt need to wear a one in his store because cOroNaVIruS iSnt AiRBorNe. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Will not return. You shouldnt either, unless you want to get sick.

Some items are over priced, and they try to hide this by not giving you a receipt and not pricing most of the items on the shelfs. Although I’ve never asked for a receipt, I’ve heard the workers get upset/defensive if you ask for one. This is the closest store to my girlfriends house for snack runs, so the over pricing would be acceptable at times due to the convenience however multiple times the items I have purchased have been expired. Which is odd because trucks come there presumably to restock items very often? Not exactly worth going to, just go to rite aid down the street, I know it’s a local business but it’s not worth your time

Overpriced and the bald guy that works there is very rude. I have been there a few times and have never had a good experience. Not friendly or welcoming at all.

I was in the store today. Service was great and got everything I needed.

Well, the place is kept clean and orderly. The employee who works behind the counter is anything but friendly. I would have to say he is very rude.

Just went in there for one item and it was 3 times the price as you would pay at any other store. I mentioned how expensive it was and the guy at the register was cocky and rude. He said, “ummm not really” I asked him what a gallon of milk costs in his store..... he replied with $3.50. I told him that at any other store it would be around $1 the most $2.50 at various gas stations. As I was leaving he said “have a good day ( with a get the f*** out b**** out attitude) He was cocky and had a bad attitude. I will never go back into that store. I have never wrote a review of a store until now only because i am so bothered by this mans demeanor. Like if I’m purchasing something from you, do not treat me as if I’m a bother. If I mention your high prices because the cost is a lot more than many other stores .... have a polite appropriate response.

The owner of this place is not only the rudest person I’ve seen in Bowling Green so far he also stole $22 from me. He claimed that I owe him the money because his worker messed up but he didn’t provide any proof and he was supposed to call me and show me the CCTV and what I have purchased which he didn’t and he charged my credit card without my permission for it. My mistake was that I signed the receipt without reading it! I went back to the store to tell him he was supposed to show me the CCTV and then I would pay him, what happened next was that he started insulting me and my wife and raised his voice shouting at us! He can hardly finish a sentence in English without making at least two mistakes and yet he was questioning us! He almost shouted “you can go f... “. Now about his claim: at first he said you and your friend came and bought something that cost about 15 dollars. My friends and I had bought two 6 packs a few days ago so I thought he is talking about that... so I told him about it (stupid me), then he said “ow yes you are right it was 22 dollars not 15”, then I said it wasn’t me who paid for that purchase. As a result suddenly he said “No you were alone!” And I was like “what? You just said you were with a friend “ and he was like “No I didn’t said that, you were alone!” Next I said “Ok show me what I bought and I’ll pay for it” thinking about all the times I was there. He said “my other employees remembers what you bought and I have you on CCTV so I’ll call you when I have proof so you can see for yourself”. Meanwhile, when he said you were with a friend I thought maybe it had been my friend who didn’t pay successfully so I told him it’s ok to charge me for my friend and he did it even though we had all the rest of the conversation above! When I saw he has charged me 22 dollars extra I was angry so I went back to store to ask him nicely he should have stayed with what we agreed on. When we got there his other employee was there standing there looking at me being like “he looks like him “ with a confused face and then adding that I had bought a 12 pack ! (I’ve never bought a 12 pack in my life yet to this day) so I’m nicely asking him to void the transaction and then he starts “U have signed, if it wasn’t you then why did you sign!” And things like “Give me you DL and I’ll return it to you when I have proof”(remember that his own employee messed up not me). At the end when I reminded him that It has been their fault not ours he shouted “it is your card that has been declined not our system”!!!!! These conversations were also filled with some occasional insulting too such as “cheap ass”, “stupid” and others.So, go there if like being insulted and ripped off.

Staff seemed nice enough, guy at the counter seemed to know everyone that came in. He complimented me and when I mentioned that a friend needs I job I stopped and gave me some suggestions for places to apply

Was over charged on items multiple times,family members were also overcharged on ebt card,owner sam and employee nick are scamming people on a regular basis.

Watch the owner he will over charge you he did it to me a couple times I gave him benefit of a doubt the first time he did it again I refuse to do business with crooks like him
