BIG shout out to Jimmy at Forrest Auto Parts in Bowling Green..My wife and I were traveling from Northern Michigan to Columbus for a horse show when the alternator in our Freightliner truck decided to cash it in..We limped down the road a few miles to Bowling Green where the fine folks at the fairgrounds let us pull in and turn the horses out (did I mention it was 90 degrees? ) We had just about resolved ourselves to being stuck when the maintenance man at the fairgrounds suggested I call NAPPA..It was about five minutes past closing time when I called, but not only did Jimmy pick up the phone and find the part, he also offered to wait for me to get there to pick it up! A great example of true customer service and a really great guy! THANKS AGAIN JIMMY you saved the day for us!

Good staff and they will go out of their way to help you. I also like their odd ball selections of brake fittings. I feel like the other auto parts stores dont have stuff like that. Some of the Napa parts seem better made especially their brake pads.

Heather at the Bowling Green, OH location was extremely helpful and polite. My husband and I were stranded with a broken radiator hose and no parts nearby… she called other locations for us to find the nearest part and offered to help more if we needed it. She was polite and friendly.
