Words cannot even describe the level of service I received from this store. I was traveling and my tire blew out on the interstate. After getting my spare put on while on the interstate, I called and asked if there was anyway they could help me since it was after their listed closing time. Joseph told me to come on in and they were able to take care of it and get me back on the road to Atlanta. Absolutely incredible humans.

The guy working the front desk was very nice and friendly and eager to help. I made an appointment a week before and was told it would take an hour to get my tires replaced. Well it took 1 hour and 45 min and once they was done and handed me the car keys I noticed that they completely forgot to put one of the lug nuts because it was missing, so had to inform them of that and they went back into the garage, found it and placed it back on the wheel. Overall a decent and satisfying experience but there is definitely room for improvement!

Came by looking for an anti-theft adaptor for my new car lugnuts. Walked out with what I needed, and thanks to Lance (who remembered selling the rims & tires to original owner) I walked out with the warranty & rotation/repair coverage. Very happy with them.

Very happy with their service this morning. Nathan got me set up with 2 new tires to replace the faulty ones through my warranty. He and which ever tech worked together to get me and my kids out the door quickly.I also love the fact that this location has the grass out front which enabled me to sit outside with my boys and not have to constantly keep them from displays or other people.

I was having a huge issue with getting tires from Sam’s Club and called Discount Tire on a whim needing tires ASAP since I’m getting married in a few days and were driving down to Florida! Derek was EXTREMELY helpful and so so nice after the tire fiasco at Sam’s. THANK YOU DEREK! You potentially saved us from being stranded on the side of the road in Florida on our honeymoon due to a popped tire!

Other mechanic / tire businesses need take not of this place. I made an appointment online for a balance and rotation no problem. I got there at my scheduled time and my car was in and out within the hour. ( Tried the same thing for Firestone to get my life time alignment and they just made excuses about being short staffed and over worked. They made me reschedule 3 times!) Keep up the good work Discount Tire!

I scheduled my appointment over the phone. The gentlemen told me they had to special order the tires and that the earliest he could get me in was the following Monday at 2:30. I showed up Monday at 2:30 to find that my tires had in fact been ordered but my appointment never made it on the calendar so I had to wait until 6:45 for the tires to be put on. I have had wonderful experiences with discount tire in the past utilizing the online order function. The only reason I called in was because the website said the tires were not compatible with my vehicle (which was confirmed to be an error by a store associate.) While I understand scheduling issues take place, I was unimpressed with the nonchalant response and apathetic manner in which they dealt with the situation. No attempt was made to offer any kind of apology or accommodation despite the circumstances. Not happy with the experience.

We were traveling on I-80 headed for Colorado on vacation and we had a tire issue. With 15 minutes left of the work day this location told us to arrive and they would help us out. It was our only option at the time of day and on a weekend. We are so appreciative of the manager and very helpful employees at this location and them understanding our situation. Without them we wouldn’t be on the road heading to our vacation destination. Thank you again Discount Tire in Davenport, IA and your tremendous team! You went over and above in customer service for our family.

Got top 3 rated tires in the store not sure I like them.seem to grip every line and most of the roads are uneven so I feel like Im driving drunk.For starters they only put 30-32 lbs of air in them when I got an oil change (oil change shop) they put 40-41 lbs in them who is right? How is it tires are 540$ for 4 and end up costing $766 thats a big chunk of change 226$ to put them on.next time Ill just go get it done for 20$ each.This is my third vehicle from discount tire and my fusion and mailbu tires not so happy.My RV drove like a dreamNow I need tires for my F150 should I take a chance on there recommendation or go with my gut?

The customer service was great. Everyone was so nice eventhough they were short handed and working nonstop. The employees were there way past closing to make sure everyone who came in got their cars serviced. Yes, it took a couple of hours to get to my car but thats okay. Sometimes things take awhile. I will most definitely be returning here for all my tire needs.

I always make an appointment online for my free alignment & balance. Today when I arrived 10 min before my appointment time there were 5 people standing in line and 23 cars in line to be serviced! I was nervous my appointment time would be pushed back. 3 minutes later, everyone has been helped at the front desk and Ive been assured I will be done within the hour. 25minutes later, my car is done!!! Im just waiting for this team to hiccup but their service is tried and true! They have a helpful, friendly, efficient, honest, reliable team at the DT in BG!

Prices are average the work is good. They do get really busy so make an appointment.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! Jaron was awesome from beginning to end. He helped me find the best tires for my van, best price, made sure I understood everything that was going on. I needed all 4 new tires and they got it done quickly and efficiently, even as a walk-in pretty close to closing time and when they were super busy! I will go to Discount Tire next time I need anything tire-related!

I have taken both of our vehicles here for tires, and have always had great service. Be sure to make an appointment, the whole process is much faster that way.

Had a bad experience with one person, but derrick from discount tire reached out to me numerous times before I got back with him. I went into the store and he made sure I was satisfied with the outcome of my visit and even helped me with a personal issue concerning my tires outside of discount tire that he didnt have to do. When you go there tell derrick he is appriciated.

Good customer service. They messed up a couple of my wheel lugs and the techs couldnt explain what happened to me very well, but one of the managers came out and handled it himself. That girl that works there is very nice, too, she escorted me up front from my car so I wouldnt trip over tools and stuff. Glad they are finally hiring minorities there, God Bless America

Worst Discount tire experience ever.... and Ive dealt with them in North Carolina and several in Florida. I brought my tire in (single Tire) or certificate coverage / road hazard. The time is now after 11 had to ask Mike what was up with the tire and he said- I only have four technicians. I explained it does not take Rocket science to know to change one tire. Did he have to go get one or what? = nope. My guess is because Im out of state and dressed in swim trunks and t-shirt. There appears to be more of a good old boy mentality here.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️Mounting and balancing = all that was needed- I brought in the loose tire and rim. No interaction with the vehicle itself was required

I was very impressed with the amount of time it took them to change my tires. They told me it would be a hour or so to change all four tires, and I was out in under 30 minutes. I did have an appointment, but was still expecting to wait way longer than I did! Good job guys! 👍

Had a blow out on our 5th wheel in OH on the way from SE MI to gulf shores AL. Put the spare on and got back on the road to Bowling Green KY for our overnight stay. Called Bowling Green Discount Tire on the way to see if they had 4 Goodyear Endurance that they could install. They had 3 but pulled one from a a job they had the following week and said they would order another for that. Got there at 7, they open at 8. They started at 7:45 and we were out at 8:15. Would highly recommend!!

Always have great service from BG Discount Tire. Although I strongly advise making an appointment. Otherwise, you may have a very long (2.5-3 hour) wait as they are always busy.

I can’t speak highly enough of this location and its associates. My partner blew a tire on the way to work, in the pouring down rain, and as luck would have it, the spare was also flat. We were on a time crunch to get the truck back on the road, and ran into more issues than I can count. However, Discount Tire saved the day for us. They replaced the tire in less than ten minutes - my receipt was printed at 9:36am and they called me to let me know it was ready at 9:45. Every other store I tried did not even have the tire I needed in stock. The associate who rang me up (I’m pretty sure his name was Brendan) even rolled the tire out and put it in my car for us. I’m sure associates do this for every customer, but as soaking wet, freezing, and stressed out as we were, this small gesture meant the world. In addition to that, the lobby was clean, and appropriately socially distanced. Needless to say, Discount Tire has made customers for life. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Friendly but the worst at keeping there word on appointments and timeframe you will get service. Don’t believe that you’re 4th, 5th, 6th in line because they do not follow there first come first serve let alone it’s worthless to make an appointment. We have got 4 sets of tires from here but today was enough and we will not be coming back here.

I’m upset with this store cause I bought tires from another discount and ended up getting a bad tire and they refused to do anything about it besides try and sell me another set of tires. So I went to the store I got the tires from and that helped me ans replaced my tire for me.

My husband and daughter were in today and were able to get her a full size spare and order a matching tire for her car. I would give 100 stars if I could! I was 180 miles, and 2.5 hours from home and low on cash. My rear driver side tire had a busted radial and needed to be fixed fast. I called and Lance answered. He found a tire for me, gave me directions, and only charged me $21 for installation. Along with Jaron, they had me in and out within 45 minutes. I will definitely come back here to buy a new set. I wont bother to go anywhere else. Gladly travel another 180miles to deal with this fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable group of people.

Worst business I have ever encountered. Was told over the phone to come on in and could get taken care of. Upon arriving, I was told it would be about 3 hours. After driving an hour, I decided to wait. Went back 3 hours later to be told there was still 9 cars ahead of me. AFTER I PAID.. Never ever give them business.

I am in love with this place! Im not sure about other DT stores but Bowling Green staff are excellent! I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of the truck by Joseph. Hes personable, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares. Im a BIG O TIRE ex-manager and loyal customer, I sense a change is due. 💟

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from the first phone call. Although my grandmother had a minor issue after the service, Stephen took care of it quickly and efficiently without question. Even more importantly, he was extremely pleasant and a joy to chat with while doing so.

They were very friendly. Told me what was going on, where all my tires were on the levels and even explained it to me. Service was also speedy and well done. Highly recommend

I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealership took it to discount tire after leaving dealership to get new tires. They stayed after hours to get me in. Everyone was really nice and the prices were we great. The next day I notice that my rim had a big deep scratch and I knew it wasnt like that when I left the dealership. Called them on Saturday and sent pictures of it. They got back in touch with me on Monday and are going to replace my rim. I am really satisfied and they were professional throughout the whole exchange. It was an accident and I understand that because accidents happen.

Very helpful and good deals on nice wheels and tires will help you with everything you need. The only complaint I have with them is they are always busy. I recommend getting there early after their meeting they have un the mornings so you can have first dibs on getting your vehicle in fast.

So I went there Saturday. Told the manager I wanted tires that were exactly like what I had on the car. He sold me a set that was supposed to be comparable to what was on my car. Paid $240 and waited 2 hours for them to be put on. Dont know exactly what they did but my car has been shimming bad ever since. They were closed today so I couldnt go back but am definitely going back in the morning and asking for a refund. Going to Firestone. Do not recommend this place

Employees were friendly and helpful over the phone. Put on new tires very quickly and had them shipped to the store quickly too. Only issue was how few were wearing masks or gloves. Those that did have masks on were not even wearing them correctly.

I have been to a few stores in CO, KY and elsewhere, the service and approach is consistent throughout and always superb. This store is even better. They open early to get customers taken care of and to adapt to the volume, are exclusively customer focused, and work quickly and accurately. They dress professionally, act professionally and should be used as a model of what a successful business looks like. I won’t go anywhere else for my tires, I trust this company and its people and that is a hard thing to find in this day and age. Recommend them 100%. I am a customer, and have been for 11 years, try them for yourself.

Great place, I had a flat on a car I had just bought a few months back and apparently the person who owned the car before me bought their tires from discount tire and so they plugged the tire for free. Then I had some trouble with it shaking after they fixed the flat and I brought it back in and they balanced and rotated all of my tires for FREE as well. It was super busy and still wasn’t that long of a wait for the volume. I would highly recommend.

You can always tell when a place has great management. It was nearly a 3 hour wait, because of the holiday weekend, but I couldnt be grouchy with so many smiling, friendly employees buzzing around.

Very professional and clean business, took the time to help, fixed two flats for free in a reasonably amount of time considering how busy they were they didnt just shove us through and out and did the same for everyone else that was there, they were curtious to all and thats how a tire business should be!

Had a 3:30 appointment. Waited 2 hours before they could get me in and start on it. Appointments need to have priority over drive-ups, there is no need to schedule appt. Also... the price went up almost 150 dollars from what I was quoted on the phone. I may need to start looking at another place for tires.

Best place to get tires. The staff are very helpful. I thought I had a leak in my tire and they were going to fix it for free. When there was no leak they checked all of the tires to be sure. Thier prices on tires are the best in town too. Highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
