A rare find, Mark at Fred Meador body shop from the time I drop off our car that had been side swiped from the front end to the rear , close to a total, was extremely helpful going out of his way to deal directly with my insurance company, negotiating and securing parts, Mark discovered internal front end damage missed by two other body shops. The quality of the work, paint, the fit of two new doors was top notch, the fantastic detailing and swift turn around, unbelievable 2 weeks are well worth a 5 star review , I would give him 6 stars if possible, Fred Meador Body Shop is the one body shop I would recommend

I had several very deep scratches on the trunk of my car. Mark sanded it down and repainted it. He put the exact color back on it and you can’t see or feel where the scratches were. It looks like it was never there. He was very professional and reasonable. I definitely won’t go anywhere else!

My car was a mess the whole front end .My head lights were so bad you couldnt even hardly see when driving .plus my connections for my parking light and turn signal was fried . I purchased some eagle eye head lights that did not work for my car .He was able to return them and get me the correct head lights .My car looks new again in just 4 days .great quality work . Its been years since Ive had to deal with a car accident. Looking for body shops I found this one. They were professional and efficient with the estimate. After getting a couple other estimates, this shop suited our needs best from the reviews and communication. We knew what to expect as far as time and working with the insurance company. We got our van back, it looks incredible and was in the time we were told.

Picked up my commercial van this afternoon from Mark and the team at Fred Meador Body Shop; they did such a great job that the van looks better than it did when I bought it! And I really appreciate Mark working with me to prep everything in advance so that I was still able to use my van for work. Mark Meador was GREAT! I needed a piece of my car just popped back in place. It seemed like an easy fix but the dealership I bought it from just a few weeks ago wanted to charge me $125 and make me wait almost a whole week to get it fixed. I didn’t want to wait a week because I was afraid the piece would cause more damage or fall off completely.I went to one place to get a free estimate, they were closed 45 mins before they were supposed to and still had their open sign on but doors were locked. Bad business. 😡Fred Meador Body shop was still open so I called them. Mark said I could bring it right away. He looked at it and got to work. It was fixed within 30 mins. I was right easy fix. He didn’t try to cut out early or take advantage of anyone by jacking up the price on an easy repair.GREAT Customer Service and very reasonable prices!I will always bring my vehicles here from now on!

This is the place to go. Mark was great from the beginning to the end. My insurance company was trying to tell me that he was weeks out on starting new repair jobs and that I needed to go to one of their Preferred body shops. The problem was that their Preferred shops were two of the lowest rated body shops in Bowling Green (mmmhmmmm Gary Force was one of them). Mark assured me that, based on the amount of damage, Id have the car back in less than 2 weeks. He was done in one week. He was fair and honest through the entire process. The repair job was flawless. The only way you can tell that it has been repaired by the absence of paint chips in the front bumper cover due to bug strikes. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs repairs on their vehicle.
