Just got my car back yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! They had to replace the hood, bumper and fix some interior damage under the hood. They are extremely busy so it took about a month for me to be able to bring my car in to be fixed, but it was worth the wait they did an amazing job. They text you everyday regarding updates and I really appreciated that. Took about 3 weeks for it to be fixed, when they told me it should only take about a week and a half, but it was obvious they are extremely busy so I understood. Thank you all for great service!!!

Ive used Caliber a few times over the years...I have always been happy with their service & professionalism. I had my car in again recently- workmanship & especially the paint job they did knocked it out of the park as usual! Great team!! Friendly & helpful!!

My cousin(Thomas Wahlert) and I drove all the way from Columbus, GA (6 + hour drive) to pick up his vehicle that was repaired at this shop. We planned this pickup with the shop for approx. a week. We arrived today on Saturday the 23rd of October to find out the vehicle is blocked in by another car. I am so disappointed to know that we are now stuck in another city and state for the weekend because the lack of detail this business has shown for a out of town customer.

They do good work. The problem I had I talked to the other insurance company more than caliber. Their insurance company actually called me and told me what would be fixed and not fixed. I felt like caliber works for the insurance companies more than the people who hire them

This establishment exceeded my expectations by saving me thousands of dollars. I had estimates from other repair centers, for over $3000. At Caliber, they took the time to fix my minor repairs and not charge me anything! It looks fantastic and was done quickly!I will definitely be back, if needed, and refer my friends!

I had repairs done here due to hitting a deer. Process was very fast-less than two weeks, I had my car back. They called almost every day to keep me updated. My car looks brand new again! Very happy with the work that was done. Thank you staff at Caliber Collision!

Traveling for vacation and debris tore up the front my Jeep. Took it to the nearest location since I was out of State and they made sure to get started on it so I could get it back home. About 2 weeks later, Picked it up and the body worked looked excellent. After leaving the Engine light came on so went back and they soldered a wire. Got almost home and light came on again. I was able to bring it to the Muncie location and they replaced the wire harness and the part with no hassle and had it done quickly. I appreciate the quick the response to correct it without any hassle or problems especially between the two locations. I would definitely recommend!!

Very nice people and fast service . Not all damage was fixed due to no fault of the body shop however when I brought it to the attention the gentleman said he would call me back with prices and I have never received a phone call the people that work there are very nice I just think when somebody tells me when they get the everything settled theyll give you a call back they should do that that was the only problem that I have and the only complaint

They did a great job repairing the front of my truck from an accident. My truck looks and drives like its never been in an accident. The service was excellent!

I haven’t even picked up my car from Caliber collision yet but I can already say it’s been a GREAT experience. If customer service is important to you, this is the place to go for your car repair. Since I dropped off my car a week ago, Chad has left 2 voicemails updating me about the status of my repair and has kept me informed which I really appreciate. The ladies up front are always polite and answer any questions I have. Overall they have gone above and beyond to deliver on the timeline they gave me and have exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend!!

Great job, customer service was wonderful.

Took over a week to get my car back after they already had the parts. Never called me, I had to call them for updates. After they got my car, they informed me that one part was $700.00 more than they quoted. I was told a different time when my car would be done every time I called. Went in to get my car and it was not finished. They have no idea what it is like to be without a vehicle. If they had gotten my car BEFORE ordering the parts, they would have had it almost 3 weeks. All of my work was cosmetic as well. No structural damage that needed to be fixed. I DO NOT recommend them for anything.

I should have looked at all of the other reviews on this place before I chose this shop through my insurance agent. Interesting how everybody is saying the same thing about the customer service staff.The customer service at this shop was an absolute night mare. The first and only lady I spoke with seemed to go out of her way to be rude, condescending and sarcastic when I was asking questions. I had to have my insurance agent deal with her nasty attitude just to get basic things done. I was provided 1/4 pages that needed to be signed in order to agree to have damage repairs done on the vehicle, without knowing what I was signing for on the previous missing pages, but also noticed I was waiving any liability on their behalf for additional damages or missing property while in their care. Excuse me but that is not acceptable whatsoever and they are most definitely responsible for any additional damages, collisions or missing property from my vehicle. There is no way that I would sign a waiver that any of these things would be acceptable and that is very poor customer service in its own demonstration. I would never take my vehicle to a place that says that they are not liable or responsible for taking care of my vehicle. . The best customer service would tell me that they are careful, respectable, and responsible and that I have nothing to worry about but in the event of an unlikely accident they have insurance.I do appreciate the manager that called and apologized for this poor experience, but I still had my vehicle towed from their location to another shop so that I could feel confident my vehicle was going to be properly taken care of and respected without any further damages or missing property and no nasty attitude.The second place I had my vehicle towed to was amazing and they took care of my vehicle right away and I did not have to sign any waivers and they told me my vehicle would be in good hands.Good customer service matters!!

I just want to thank everyone at this place!!! I was in a pretty horrific accident to the tune of my wife and I thinking our vehicle was totaled.. These guys took us in almost like being taken under ones wing, handled all the paperwork, rental, repairs, just remarkable in the way myself and my wife was treated above professional... Needless to say, we picked up our vehicle, ahead of schedule I might add, and it looks better than the day we bought it.. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! Everything from the front to the back... the three people up front helped me through every step of my claim and kept me in form about the repairs. I was in a wreck in July. I went to prices because it was suggested to me by several friends. I will always come back here from now on. I kept getting jerked around by the insurance company they kept offering me 5000.00 to fix my 2015 GMC Terrain and I wouldnt settle. So I took it to prices and I talked to the manager. He was very nice and made me feel relaxed and confident in there knowable experience. I explained to the manager what had happened and we talked in his office for an hour. He explained how everything was going to work. The manager personally looked over my vehicle and spotted many things the insurance adjuster had missed and 2 days later after they had opened it up and revealed all the damage to the insurance company they totaled my vehicle. If I had not taken my vehicle here who knows what would have happened. I took it to 2 other body shops before here and they gave me the same 5000 quote because they didnt care. If I had not come here I would have had to fixed a junked vehicle. But because the manager took the time to really stop and look at it and open it up and show the insurance company what they missed. I am in a 2018 Chevrolet equinox. I hope I am never in a wreck again but the way people drive in bowling green Kentucky who knows. Please give these guys a chance go to other body shops first get a quote then come here AND GET ANOTHER QUOTE YOU WILL SEE. I promise you will not regret it.

Took car to Prices due to hitting a deer. Will NEVER take another car there again. After being told the repair would be done and would take over 2 complete weeks to finish, received a call that it was done right before Thanksgiving (a whole 1/2 a week early). Went and picked car up and it was dark outside but felt weird driving home (shaking/vibrating at low and high speed). The next day, found a handful of screws by battery underneath hood, just sitting there! Then, trunk wouldnt open/close properly. After that, found that the battery cable wasnt properly connected and SEVERAL other problems. We even made a list!One of the head maintenance techs even said HE wasnt okay with the work they performed! You know its bad when their head guy shakes his head and says that it isnt quality work! On top of that, we take it back because insurance paid for the car to be repaired and very evidently it wasnt. Prices then informs us that the shaking was normal and that there was nothing wrong. We took the car to Discount Tire, to have tires rotated, cause we thought that would help-and found out that the tire rim was DENTED! Yeah, sure nothing is wrong. Thank goodness insurance covered it.NEVER taking a car to Prices again...

Body work was great! However customer service via the front desk was Horrible!!! My car was in the shop for over a month! Despite all the trouble I had been through, there was a miscommunication for my payment due to insurance and despite me trying to explain my issues, Bre, the lady working at the front desk didn’t even try to help. She simply told me that’s the way it was, then answered a phone call and practically shoved the papers in my face! I figured the company would have better customer service then basically telling me to get out of their face with my “issues”. I ended up having to fix the issue with my insurance myself, I didn’t have to pay the money and now it’s a bigger hassle for me. Just plain rude, I would advise going somewhere else!

Pick someone else. I understand that might be hard. Considering Bowling Green is limited in quality collision repair. But you will regret working with them. Spoke to Brit on the phone. Very combative and unfriendly. If that is the face of your company, you will lose alot of business. I did have my car evacuated for damage repair, went really. When I called back to set up a time and date for repairs. After 2 minutes on the phone with Brit. I realized I made a grave mistake in choosing Prices Collision.

Made the whole process a breeze. Easy and pleasent to work with.

Did a rush job to get my car in and out. Left a bunch of things not finished when they said it was done, so I had to return it. Car was vibrating while driving and they said they couldnt feel anything. Took it to get tires balanced and rotated cause I thought it might help vibration. Tire shop found inside of wheel was bent which was causing vibration... In short prices will never see another one of my cars...

These guys went above and beyond! They were friendly, got the repairs done in a timely manner and even cleaned up the trash in my floor boards.

Customer Service is too bad. You will be treated like a homeless if you are not a white man. They care for $$$ only, not you or your property. I was called your car is ready to be picked up. Just one question asked after paid in full. What is your warranty offer? The front desk staff responded it is all written at the back of the paper. WoW.. what a deal! And I saw the car is not fixed in a proper way. Need to return it again. But the company is certified by many car dealers. Certified Collision Center???

Had a really great experience at prices although my problem wasnt collision related I had a sagging hinge which is a common problem for sienna vans apparently. When another place was offering to fix it for like $800 they fixed under $300 they even encouraged me to take the part home to paint it myself and save even more money everyone I meet was super nice door works better than the other side now lol, highly recommended A+ experience.

Terrible customer service. Took far longer then told to begin working on my car (two separate occasions)Had a fairly long list of issues that I had taken up to them and was told Id receive a call back from a manager but never did. Its been near a year now and every time I would call, or go in, I would be avoidedTo sum it up, they do not care about their customers or how your car is left. I could not even begin to explain what kind of condition they left my car in, including issues that were not present before they touched it

I walked up to the door at 5:19 and the person inside saw me walk up and locked the door anyway. They state on the door and their website that they are open until 5:30. Absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude. I will never take a vehicle there if they feel that is an acceptable way to treat a customer.

Great job on my vehicle.

I refused return of my truck the first day. The mud deflector was not replaced, there was a huge run in the paint, the hood had not been touched. The hood still had bugs on it. The second time, I took the truck. The insurance company insisted I return the rental car. There is a patch of adhesive under the clear coat on the front bumper. There is a patch of sanding scratches with sanding dust still in them under the clear coat on the fender. The tape lines on the bumper are very jagged and obvious. Karl does care. Who ever actually did the work on my truck, doesnt. I am not happy. They are running a commercial right now about deprecated value. I recieved a check for depreciated value from the insurance company after they came and inspected it. The man said normally Prices does good work. This time they did not. Maybe they will fix your car right, maybe they wont. I can not recommended you go there. I am very disappointed. Also there is a big batch of overspray on the bottom plastic I see everytime I walk up to the vehicle. I would recommend you take your vehicle somewhere else. I was hit by another car. I have full coverage and so did she. The insurance companies would of paid for anything Prices recommended. This is just shoddy, dont care work.

Worst experience I have ever had with a collision center. Not only did it take far longer to even start working on then I was constantly told but they then forgot the decals on the front and back bumpers (not once, but twice) and was told I would receive a call back when they came in once being ordered. They pushed the vacumes into the rotors on the backside (which I had taken in somewhere else thinking the constant grinding was the breaks needing replaced) and I had to get them replaced, while getting them replaced tech tune told me I had a bad tire rod and bearings (amongst a fairly long list of other issues). I took the receipt, list of issues, and bad rotars to prices and was supposed to get a call back but never heard from them. It has been many months and every time I would call (I honestly couldnt tell you how many times Ive tried) the manager was always out and would apparently call back when they were back but never did. I told them the window button was broke (pushed in) and cruise control was out but they also never fixed that. Not to mention the traction control based, esp, and engine lights were on and constantly flicker now. Even going up there did no good because they would simply tell me the manager would get ahold of me. Very unprofessional and do not seem to care about the customer. Only giving one star because a half is not an option

Ditto to the other 1 star reviews. Numerous delays: Well have it done by date X, the day comes and goes and a new date is given. His truck with backup warning was backed into a scissors lift causing additional damage! Call backs were promised but not kept. Father-in-:Law spent four hours vacuuming broken glass out of back seat because it was overlooked. Perfect storm of one issue after another. Will not take my vehicles there. If you need something fixed on a deadline, stay away.
