Someone who work in this location stole 3 or more of my packages about 1k worth of items. It’s funny how this never happens to me until a week ago. Did they hired a thief? I’m very familiar with this location and I drop off 100+ packages per week. Contacted customer service and people are giving me a run around and even the people who works in the store just brush it off like it’s not their problem when the tracking says the very next day not able to delivered and somehow “damage”? I pack my items very well. And I cannot get in touch with a manager it’s been days. I will need the owner of the store Michael Phillips to contact me as soon as possible. I am a customer who spends a lot of money with ups and drop off almost everyday.

I go out of my way to ship packages with this location. The associates are so friendly and they wear their masks properly. They know how to pack your items for shipping. They provide quotes before they begin. The store is clean and organized. And I absolutely LOVE the email confirmation with tracking number. I don’t know why Amazon won’t let you ship returns for free with them. I definitely recommend this UPS store for your shipping needs.

Most unfriendly UPS store. I went there to ask the product UPS they offers on web site at UPS store TODAY. She did not know. Not only she did not know but she insisted she knew all. That is not how to treat customers. if she never heard about it, at least she should listen willingly.She may learn something... After showing what UPS offered on my phone, she said that they did not offer the service at the place. it IS possible, I do not know why. That was IT. Normally the store should recommend where to go to get service? I had to ask for that . Terrible customer service. If I need UPS service, I will try other store.

I have been using this store for 3 years and I love going to this particular location. Each time that I have gone, there has never been a problem. I must say that Zsarmaine Rodriguez has always delivered excellent service.Even when the store is crowded, and she is under pressure, you will neverKnow it because her demeanor does not change. She is very professional and always possesses a positive attitude and smile. Greets you when entering the store and send you on your way with have a good day, or weekend or see you next time. I am a very happy customer.

The notifications are great, they show what mail is being delivered and packages as well! It also allows you to report any missing pieces of or packages. The response is fast and issues are resolved quickly. Im so happy that they have this setup. Sign up and just check your email everyday.

Went to ship a Board Game. Zsarmaine help us, I believe their price to package the game was overpriced. yes the game was heavy and bigger then the average game but $13 for box and packing supplies. Packing and supplys were almost the same as the $14 to ship. Will never us this place again. shipped a lot more game and not had to pay as much in packing supplies as i had to for this place. I feel the find ways to jack up the price to make themselves more money. It better arrive in perfect shape if not i will be demanding replacement cost.

In spite of the pandemic, every time that I visited the UPS Store in Collington Plaza in Bowie, MD, I was greeted with a warm hello and professionalism. I was treated with courtesy by every one of the stores representatives and was impressed with the speed by which they processed my packages. They are a perfect example of customer service.Paul N. Terrible customer service -Zsarmaine was argumentative and unprofessional with me as a customer when she made a mistake scanning a legal document (pages were out of order).She did rescan but wanted to charge me again! Needless to say we did come to an understanding that charging me again was not right. I recommend the UPS Store in Mitchellville Plaza instead. No patience for lack of customer service in this day and age. What happened to the customer is always right?! (we are paying you!)

I have never imagine a store charging for taping a box to ship. I went to this location to ship my Nike return with my return label and the lady in the store was gon charge me $2 for her to tape the top of my box I was shocked coz i have return so many times and never for once had this kinda experience.

Yong & staff have been incredibly helpful with my print needs! As a manager of another The UPS Store location, I frequently send print jobs that I cannot produce in house to this store. This staff is very professional, and very accommodating to my needs. My customers and I are always incredibly happy with the end result. I very strongly doubt you will find a better print shop.

I used the notary, good. I bought stamps, good. I mailed a package, good.But then, I mailed 2 first class, business sized letters with notarized legal documents by dropping them in their mail slot. Two weeks later, they still hadnt arrived at their destination.When I called, I was not satisfied with the service I got over the phone. It seems that I will have to go through both processes again to obtain the forms and find another notary. I get to pay twice. What I will not do is to use this UPS store again due to their total lack of empathy.Also, I just saw the owner answers comments. With all due respect, please dont add injury to insult. It is a struggle for me to get some things done as I take care of my Mom. You might consider that it is an immesurable inconvenience for some people when things go wrong like they did for me at your store. You didnt even apologize.

Had done a lot of business at this store until the morning of October 1, 2019 when I was greeted by an unpleasant employee. Then to make matters worst the person who had helped me many times to fax , print emails etc .. took his side and didn’t even witness the greeting ! I’m done ! Must be a family owned business? That unpleasant unprofessional attitude will lose them business for sure !

I am glad to see Zsarmaine from The other Ups store in lanham to this location in Bowie, they really need someone who is more professional and would go beyond the expectations from this store. She is very patient, and helpful.

On 2 different occasions I showed up about 30 mins. before store closing with rather complicated shipping needs & both times the store supervisor, Zsarmaine Rodriguez, was VERY patient, courteous & friendly throughout the whole process. I would go back again, in a heartbeat, for my shredding & shipping needs.

I have been doing business with this UPS Store for 4 years now. They are AWESOME. Yes, they are sometimes a little busier than Id like, but thats because they are (again) AWESOME ! I need to specifically name 2 employees that are EXCEPTIONAL : AMBER and ZHARMAIGN. (My apologies if I spelled Zharmaigns name incorrectly!). They not only take care of my shipping, receiving, and copying needs, but they also take the time to ask how Im doing, and listen as I tell them! I will continue to ship, receive, copy, and mail things from THIS UPS Store, and I always look forward to the pleasant environment that these people provide. I have and will continue to recommend THIS UPS Store to all of my friends. Thank you Amber and Zharmaign, and the store management! 😊

UPDATE: Sure enough, the inflated measurements of my standard 18X12X12 box caused me to be charged $8.00 more at this facility. This had nothing to do with this place being a franchise, and the UPS website confirmed this. I will NEVER use this location again. Two Stars, not Three.My Original Post:So please tell me why this place gets such a high rating? Well this will be a balanced review. I came in at 4:45 on a Saturday. Two people came in after me for other reasons, and I guess the guy working was hoping to close soon. Although he seemed a bit perturbed, he did know his stuff and was very efficient. Even spelled my last name correctly the first time. However, the guy measured my standard 18 X 12 x 12 moving box 1 inch larger on each side. I noticed the charge was about $9 more than the UPS site showed me. He explained that they are a franchise, so it may cost more. However the billable weight was 20 lb, not 9.5 lbs, so you can bet I will check online to see if that incorrect measurement would result in a higher price based on billable weight. Oh and another thing. It doesnt go out until Monday? There was a big pile of boxes ready to go..except Not on Saturday, I guess. Lesson learned. Print a label before I send!

Ridiculously disappointed that they closed early due to the hype of a coming storm. The roads were only wet and I missed a deadline to ship. Not what I expect from UPS. I might as well go back to the post office for poor customer service.
