Superb customer service!! I had an issue with an online order and Delina contacted me directly to resolve it. She addressed it quickly and professionally. I am very happy and impressed with their customer service.

Umela was very rude. Sounded like she didnt want to make any ice cream. I ordered a premium oreo Sunday with sprinkles and a cherry on top. She said she cannot make it this way, because the sprinkles and cherry will be too much for the lid to close. Sprinkles and a cherry arent much added volume to prevent a lid from closing. Anyways, we got a two scoop Sunday because she was to incompetent to understand that. She also doesnt speak very good English, but insisted on not letting us speak to the kid behind her who speaks perfect English.Once she handed us our order she had the audacity to tell us how we should order next time. Excuse me, but Im the customer and your job is to listen to what I want and make it. Do not tell me how to order. Umela needs more training.

My daughter loves the donuts, but they arent fresh. I prefer Krispy Kreme. The DD coffee is good, though I like PJs better. Service at this location is fine. Its good they have ice cream also which is great for warmer spring and summer months.

Wonderful staff and very friendly to me. Also I love there all ice cream flavors. Love to go there. One young guy there with beard makes really good and delicious banana split and I appreciate their good service 😇😇

I bought the special where you bought a sundae and you received another for $.99. You had a choice of flavors on two scoops over top of a brownie. It was great. I put one in the freezer for later. Chocolate Jamoca Almond and vanilla ice cream on the one I ate today. Yummy

Love Baskin Robbins..the do not always have waffle cones.. I prefer a waffle cone..next to a Sugar cone.. you get really big scoops of ice cream..that actually fits the waffle cones.. I would say go inside and see which flavors of ice cream that they have.. because this can change..the price is reasonable for the quantity that you get..

This has been my go to Baskin Robbins all summer. The evening staff, a female and male, have always been friendly and courteous. I was serviced by a new female server last night that Id not seen before. I had to explain what I wanted 3 times- 2 orders of 2 double scoops. Simple! She made the second order wrong. The male server who was helping another customer overheard and tried to explain to her what I wanted. She was the most ghetto, unprofessional. Typical PG, sucking her teeth, rolling of the neck attitude. The male ended up servicing me with a smile.

Tried to buy soft serve ice cream three different times in the past two weeks. All three times the staff informed me the machine was broken. No apologies, just stated it wasnt working with a blank look. Its an ice cream place that advertises a lot of products that need the soft serve machine to be able to make. How difficult is it to get it fixed or replace it. Poorly managed establishment.

I love going to this place to get drinks from Dunkin Donuts.
