Staff was great; friendly, positive, knowledgeable. I upgraded my phones but got a whole lot more! It would have been faster if they had maybe 1 more employee but I am not faulting them for that since it seems to be everywhere.

The sign on the door states that this location opens at 10am. However, even after 10am, the doors were locked - despite the fact that two employees were in the store, plainly visible. Hows that for a welcoming customer service oriented environment?Incredibly disappointed because I have had nothing but excellent experiences at other locations so I expected the same.

Just left store went to buy phone and multiple accessories was told they close at 8pm I was there 728pmWas told they stopped transfers at 6pmOk thats not what I came forThey need to check my account I have closed this store down due to how much commission they got from meHavent been to this store in years due to the change in management was willing to give them another try. My experience at this store was delightful. Usually when I go to Tmobile its incredibly boring and seems to take forever, but at this specific location a very nice man, Patrick, made the experience go by much faster and I had a great time. Thanks for helping me and answering my questions!

Came here to the store and had the most worst customer service. Jody is the worst rep I have ever dealt with. He was so rude. Made me feel bad about myself. Didn’t give me any time to talk, didn’t look at my phone or open my account. On top of it he made me wait outside when NOBODY WAS IN THE STORE. So over dramatic. I had my mask on fully and he still acted like I was infested with a disease. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I recommend everyone to go to a different store. Kankakee isn’t to far from Bourbonnais but they are so much more professional and they actually care and give you the time of day. If I could give no stars I would.

Came in this morning to upgrade my iPhone and get my first Apple Watch. Christina was SO nice and so helpful! Even after running into numerous tech issues (and dealing with my screaming toddler throughout the 2 hour transaction), she made sure everything got done correctly. She even got me more money back on my old phone! 15/10 would recommend this store, I always have such a good experience.

At first it was great. I got a new 2 new phones and even got talked into the one plus for my daughter. ( she doesnt really like it but was talked into over her iPhone.) Every time Ive come back to pay a bill there is always a situation. They are usually understaffed and even had us waiting in the car when there were two staff members and one customer. We were inside for 2 minutes before there was another situation and we were asked to leave without getting served. To top that off, my mom has their pre-pay plan and they shut her off three days before the bill is due even after getting a message that said she has three days to pay the bill. We arent happy at all.

Every time I go into this store I am disappointed with the level of customer service the employees provide. They would rather stand around talking to each other than greet and help customers. Today I went in for the T-Mobile Tuesday item. I noticed the woman in front of me receiving two and since I have 8 lines and have often used multiple lines to obtain multiple items for the others in my family that can’t get out to get the items themselves, I asked if I could redeem two. I was told I needed two people in order to redeem two, which has never been the case before. I had my son come in so I could get the second item and after the employee tapped save and redeem, she went on to ask me the phone number associated with the account as well as the name and my name...none of those things matter if I have the log in info for the account. They acted like the items were coming out of their pay check which is not the case. The attitude I received was not appreciated either. I’ve been a loyal customer for 16 years now, I should be greeted with kindness and maybe a smile instead of a poor attitude. I also should not be treated like I’m doing something wrong when all I want is what I deserve. If you have the option of going to a different location I recommend you do that. The Kankakee store has employees who are actually kind, helpful and happy, with the exception of one who is just okay but still better than any at this location. I will be driving out of my way to use that store from now on because I’m so tired of dealing with the idiots at this store.

Under staffed! Waited in the car for 45 minutes before we were allowed to come into the store. Only had 2 people working on a Friday night. Came in to upgrade 2 phones, left with our old phones after being in the store for over 3 hours. They couldnt get the promo for one of the new phones to work in their computer.

Came in to make the switch on 8/30. I walked in about 7:40 PM. The manager and one of his staff members ported my number and got me all set up well beyond close of business. Can’t argue with that at all. Some places try to hurry you out the door! Not here at all. Glad I became a customer!

The reps at this store are the best! Christina helped me today and was the most patient person ever!! She helped me unlock my comcast account which helped me get into my gmail and I was able to retrieve all of my contacts, pictures, and videos!! So impressed with her knowledge and customer service. This location is TOP NOTCH! 👌

I recently switched to T-Mobile at a T-Mobile store in Texas (where I live). When I visited Illinois a few days later, I went to this store to add phones for 2 more lines. Upon showing up, it was explained to me that the information I was provided at the Texas location was incorrect. I was very upset because this would result in a much higher out of pocket than I was told it would be. The store in Texas had made several mistake and provided so much incorrect information. However, Tyla took her time to go through my account and find a solution that worked best for me, the customer! And did not cost me any more out of pocket! Thank you for the awesome help and turning a bad situation good!! Awesome customer service!!!

Wow, just wow! My fiance and I were thinking of switching over from Verizon to T-Mobile because of the price and service so we decided to visit this store. We were instantly greeted by our salesperson Eric who signed us in. As soon as it was our turn to talk he listened and answered every question we had. It didnt take us long to make an instant decision to go with the BOGO sale T-Mobile was offering on the iPhones. The plan was much cheaper, the service works better, and you definitely get a lot more for your money with T-Mobile. Our sales person, Eric, even gave us his personal cell phone number to text or call if we ever need anything. He made sure everything was transferred from our old phones to the new ones and even allowed us to leave the store so we could run other errands while we waited for the transfer. We both have never experienced such amazing customer service or even dealt with a salesman as friendly as Eric until we went to the T-Mobile store in Bradley. We are both still in shock that we were paying what we were just to be with Verizon because they have the best service. That is such an outdated misconception that really needs to be addressed and T-Mobile is doing wonders to correct this. All I have to say is if you want great service at a reasonable price, with outstanding customer service, you need to go to this store and just as for Eric! If youre reading this Eric, thank you! We gave you a great review on the survey, but both feel you deserve more! Again, thanks for everything you have done for us! This was absolutely the best experience weve both ever had at any store, yet alone a cell phone store!

I went to tmobile today to get my mom a new phone. Eric was very helpful and probably the best customer service I have ever had there. He got me exactly what we needed. He also gave us some of the 2019 tmobile glasses to ring in the new year. Thanks and happy new year!

Just became a tmobile customer from Verizon and am very disappointed in the customer service received at this location. They are deceitful and lack professionalism, this includes the manager. I have 3 lines with them and they treated me like I was insignificant because they were unable to sell me anything and were not able to assist me with my issue. Instead they sent my on a wild goose chase and bashed other providers when they should have been assisting me with my needs.

On Saturday, August 3rd, I went to the Bourbonnais TMobile store to secure a replacement screen protector for my Galaxy S9. The screen protector is covered under warranty. A sales rep and the store manager, Tom were helping other customers. I waited about 15 minutes or so and one of the customers who was having a hard time making up her mind about what plan to purchase suggested to Tom that he help me and then get back to her after he helped me. Tom said no, he had someone coming in soon who could help me. I waited another 15 minutes and no one appeared on the scene so I just left. I returned on Monday the 5th and a young lady helped me and ordered the screen protector. I received a confirmation email from PURE.GEAR saying that the item would arrive at my home in 7 to 10 business days. The item had not arrived by August 22nd so I called the store to see if they could find out what the delay was. I was told by Tom that he had no way to track the replacement and that I should call 611 to get some help. I wasnt happy with this but I did call 611 and spent an hour on the phone with a TMobile rep in the Philippines. This helpful rep talked with the store and with me in a 3 way conversation. The result of the conversation ended up being that the issue should be resolved at the store level. In other words I had wasted several hours over several days and got no results. Today I ordered the screen protector from Amazon and it will be delivered tomorrow. The customer service at this TMobile store is horrible. I certainly will not return or do business with them again.

This is the only T-Mobile store in this area. There are only 2 employees to handle all the traffic. Ive been here 3 times and every time I was waiting over 2 hours. Hire more people. This place is ridiculous.Employees should not be helping people over the phone while its crammed with people waiting. After waiting with the rest of the zombies and finally being called the salesperson talked on the phone for 15 minutes while I stared in disbelief.

I got their befor closing, went for my FreeT Mobile hat... Waited maybe 15 min befor I was told they were out. So I asked about how to remove something from the memory on the phone. Was told I need tech support & that employee could not help me. 😞

Music ridiculous loud. Almost always busy, be prepared to wait a long while. I am surprised, after having spent literally thousands in this store at how poor the customer service was today. One of the people on my plan needed help resetting a password. Apparently he didnt explain himself well enough to Nancy. I called back to find out what happened, why they didnt help, and she was rude, nasty, and combative. Im pretty shocked. She was actually yelling at me. All in all, I dont recommend this location. Im giving 2 stars instead of one only because Jordan is great. If you must come here, deal with him. Next time i need a phone i think Ill go to Joliet. If there is a next time.
