The techs are so helpful and knowledgeable. David is always great about scheduling and is always so willing to help when and where he can. We really appreciate the friendly service and the speed at which they complete the work.

We aware so impressed with the entire staff we worked with. I’m blind and needed specific circumstances on our system. They programmed everything so I could use it the best way. Even programming the Jazz channel to coincide with radio broadcast. Now our entire family can watch the game and I can follow it. The technicians worked all day on our issues and we couldn’t be more pleased. A day or two later I froze up the system somehow (!) and they came immediately and fixed it and re-taught me what NOT to do.We had no references to go on to choose the company, but wow, are we glad this is the company we used!

Our TV went out and I needed a good quality TV to work with our Control System. They advised me of the best TVs and after I selected which one I wanted they delivered it the next day and installed it which required making it work with our Control 4 Remote controller etc. He was finished in no time and it has worked great!

It was about 9:00 pm at night and Dan still answered our call to help us get our internet up and going! Wehad just gotten a new router that was supposed to be faster than our current set up. After thinking this was an easy task, come to find out the internet company had changed the protocol with the new router so it didn’t immediately work when set up. Dan was extremely helpful and patient as we tried to work out our complex system up at our cabin oasis in island park. He knew his system inside and out, as I had no idea why the internet company was talking about Dan was able to remotely connect us and get things going. This is an excellent company with great customer service.

I purchased a new 5 channel McIntosh amplifier. Eric and David came out to my house and balanced/placed all my speakers to maximize the sound from the new amplifier. I was a little skeptical at first that just moving speakers around could make a difference. It actually did make a huge difference in clarity and quality of sound (Im sure the McIntosh helped a little too). Its nice to find a company that is willing to take the time to ensure a quality experience for its customers.

A friend recommended Show and Tell to me for my home theater. Eric helped me find a set up that fit into my budget and did everything that I wanted it to. Their installers/techs are knowledgeable, professional and quick. I would definitely use them again.

I have an aging Control4 system that needed some help. The guy that installed it wont return my phone calls or texts. So I gave these guys a call. The people on the phone were courteous and helpful. The technician showed up precisely when they said he would. He fixed all of my issues and gave me recommendations on what updates/upgrades I could make to improve performance. Zero pressure. He even reprogrammed my WiFi when I was prepared to buy a new router. He said that wasnt the problem. Im probably going to move forward with one of their recommended upgrades because the experience in working with them was so great.

Brandon, Eric, the whole crew are the best! We had Show & Tell do a whole house wiring for distributed audio, plus a theater room with surround sound and a projector. They were thorough and upfront in their bid, very competitively priced, did solid work during the various phases of construction, and even trained us hands on as to how all the equipment works.The most impressive part is that despite it being 2+ years from the time of using them for the initial set up, they have been responsive to emails when having additional questions, and have even come back out to the house to troubleshoot some minor speaker issues.5 star customer service is rare now-a-days, but these guys are legit, and would consider them friends that I trust and wholly recommend!

Show and Tell has been a regular at our office. Always quick and professional. We have used them for TV installs, projectors, and a giant TV wall. All items were completed quickly and look amazing. Couldnt be happier.

Horrible experience. I was promised by Natasha (manager) multiple times that she will call me back with a bid and that there was no need to visually inspect where my home theater would be installed, and all she needed where pictures and measurements which I did provide. She would never call me back and I had to keep calling back for 2 weeks! She promised one time she would call back in an hour, another time the next day and never did! Even though the 2 weeks were during a holiday weekend she did not fulfilled her promises, not even close. Finally when I got an email with a supposed bid, it just mentioned that it would be $115 an hour and she still could not give me an estimate, and I already knew they charged $115 an hour. 2 weeks just to tell me it is going to be an open check book $115 an hour? WOW! some knowledge and experience here! My name is actually Danilo and I am doing this review on my wifes account since I dont have one in google. I didnt give a zero star because I dont think it lets me, but they deserve a 0. Do not deal with them, specially the manager Natasha.

Very helpful when we went in and talked to them but they never emailed information that they said they would. Also, they saris they were cheaper on their speaker wire by the foot but that didnt turn out to be the case. We ended up paying more here but thats okay.

Be careful if you decide to go with this company. They quoted me one price (by the hour) however charged me double that claiming that I was quoted per man hour. I was surprised to see that a simple tv installation could cost over $220 for less that 1.5 hours of work. I would suggest getting an estimate in writing before you decide to use this company.

Some companies will not even look twice at you unless you are going to have them do a full service. These guys were very helpful with something as small as purchasing speaker wire.

Show and Tell was fantastic. I was finishing my basement and they did my pre-wire. When the basement was complete they put in my home theater system. They were the only company that would come out to my house and gave a bid based on the price I wanted to spend. They were hard working and quick. The price ended up being below what was bid for the pre-wire. I appreciated the honesty. Thanks again!
