Showed up to pay my phone bill at 5:45 clearly during open business hours only to find a closed sign in the window saying will be back at 6:15. Returned at 6:17 only to find no need working still. This is a huge inconvenience and if I had the money Id switch carriers I recommend going anywhere else where they actually have enough staff to serve their paying customers

Superb customer service, they knew exactly what I needed, and got me a new phone and set me up with a really great plan in just a few minutes. Stop paying $200 a month for your phone plans. Switch to Metro, its simply the superior option. This store is now under new management, and they really know what theyre doing!

I have been to many Metro PCS stores in Chicago, Miami and Utah but this store was awsome. Their workers especially Alicia were very helpful and understanding to my needs and issues. I think that Metro and T Mobile should use this store as an example to other stores. This I think will increase their business and show how Metro PCS cares for their clientele. I will always go to this store when ever I want to upgrade or need assistance. They have shown that they are real professionals in this business.

I dont have any experience with this business because THEYRE CLOSED. Im not actually mad,but it would be nice if you updated your hours of operation on your Google page.
