As I drove from Salt Lake towards Ogden a low tire pressure warning came on. I pulled off at the 315 exit on I-15 and right into Les Schwab . A very professional employee, Oscar, took my car in, found the piece of metal in the tire and then mended it for free so that I could get back on the road and to my job. This is rare and incredible service! I will buy my next tires from them!

Steering wheel had started rattling and so took it in to get checked out thought there might be an issue with alignment relayed concerns and what to check on to guy who took my key. I was told it would take about an hour an hour and a half tops to get everything checked out, I had to call back 3 HOURS later to see what the status and nothing had been done besides a test drive and when I mentioned if they had figured out why the steering wheel was rattling the person on the phone said no one had told him about that and so they had to take it on a second test drive. 40 minutes later they called back and had rotated my tires to stop the rattling thankfully they didnt charge me otherwise I would be giving them one star but the lack of communication and waste of my day means I will never be going back there ever. And it turns out my car did have a slight misalignment but they couldnt even fix it

Theres a reason I keep going back to Les Schwab. When I do, I get great service and honesty. A tire on my UTV keeps going flat, so they took it in, unmounted it and looked for leaks. They couldnt find any and didnt charge me for working on it for nearly a half an hour. Thats the reason I keep going back is customer service!

MUCH better than Discount Tire Bountiful, very clean, very comfortable, and fair prices, I highly recommend!!I prefer Discount over Les Schwab but not in this case. This location always does a great job on my vehicles, gets me in and out as soon as possible, and has a very comfortable waiting area for kids and adults. The service they do is also better than any mechanic or tire shop I have ever been to!

Manager Rhett at the Bountiful, Utah location has made us a customer for life. We got our tires for our Subaru from Les Schwab last year. Recently, we found a nail right where the tread meets the sidewall so we took it in expecting to have to buy 4 new tires - a real drag since the tires were just under 12 months old. Rhett checked it out and told my husband that the tires were discontinued, but since they were within warranty and in good condition, they could work with us on the manufacturer warranty and replace them for $30/tire plus labor, etc. Expecting to pay several hundred for new tires, we left with a $140 bill and couldnt be happier. I have already told my brother who is in the market for new tires, my coworkers, and friends to go to Les Schwab. Additionally, we were considering getting new tires on our truck since we have off-road tires and would like a highway tire. This experience has convinced us to pull the trigger on those tires so we can give Les Schwab more business. Thank you for showing exemplary customer service in a time when that can be rare.

Beyond pleased. Oscar was absolutely awesome. Not only did he get my car done with a four wheel alignment for less money than all the other shops were charging to do just the work but I was not out of a car for an entire 24 hours thats how quick he was able to get my car in and out for me definitely recommend these guys. The employees at Les Schwab are great. I showed up 20 minutes before closing time with a flat tire. Many places would refuse to fix it because of the time. Not these guys. 14 minutes later the tire was fixed, mounted and the spare was back in the trunk. And guess what.... It cost me nothing. I buy all my tires here. They dont ever charge for flat repair. #lesschwab4life

These people are amazing! After a really bad experience with the Larry H Miller Bountiful dealership and service departments (you can read my review there), the service here was like a breath of fresh air.They gave me an estimate for a spare tire, told me other options that I could also look into, and fixed my deflating tire. They told me what they found, diagnosed the issue, and let me know potential concerns in the future.I highly recommend this store!

Heading on a trip tomorrow to Oregon. Got a nail in my tire but when they inspected both fronts needed replacing. Two new tires at a good price, in and out in 45 mins. Great place and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Came in for a tire rotation and had a “free tire rotation coupon”. I’ve been in this type of situation before at other shops and expected that since I had a free service that I was going to get a barrage of non-existent issues with my car or special offers from them to get money out of me. Not the case. They got me in right away, said it’d be about 20 minutes and 18 minutes later my car was all ready to go and it was so quick and painless. Great first impression!

Paid nearly $2,000 dollars to have all brake components fixed and I still don’t have a working parking brake. I have taken it back three different times only to be told that they fixed the problem. It still is not working so I have to take it to another place and pay more money because I have zero comfort in a place that says that the brake is fixed and it clearly is not. Not sure how they can think that it works when you press it in and the vehicle still moves? The people were nice and courteous but when I pay that amount of money for brakes I need the assurance that they will work and they don’t

We were on our way to Idaho for a family emergency When I realized there was a problem with one of my tires. I stopped into the location in Bountiful and they took great care of us. I explained our situation and they moved us to the front of the line and had us back on the road in 20 min. Thank You for kindness and generosity. It meant a great deal to us.

They are good about providing complimentary inspections and seem to shoot straight and be honest with the results. Prompt and courteous service with rarely any wait. Nice guys.

Came in today because I have only purchased tires from Les Schwab, I asked to have the air balanced Out because my air pressure light came on. The man told me I needed two new tires because one was not repairable, I told him that I was going to go get a quote from somewhere else, to which he completely shut down and didn’t want anything to do with me. I have worked for this company before And I am very disappointed with how I was treated. And not to mention he wouldn’t balance out the air in my tires after this…I won’t ever recommend this location and now need to go somewhere to get air in my tires.

I drive a semi truck and they got me in very quickly on a Saturday afternoon for a flat repair. The price was more than fair. Every Les Schwab I have been to is always above and beyond other tire shops. You will recieve quality work and warranty. They truly stand behind their work.

Slow as molasses

Jered and his crew at Les Schwab are fantastic to work with. Ive been going to them for 5 yrs for our tire, brake, and suspension needs. Each and every time, they provide excellent customer service. I recently bought an older project truck and they helped me get it road worthy with proper brakes and rotors along with new tires and other improvements. I really appreciate all of the team there and their friendly professionalism.

Great place to get flat repairs for sure, but sadly I will give this shop a low rating due to snapping my stud on my hub, for over tightening it so now I have to go out of my way and try to fix that

I waited about a year to post this review. I wanted to give the salespersons prediction a chance to be realized. Last year I took my truck in for an alignment--the alignment was necessary. When I came back to get the truck the salesperson said I needed new brakes on the front end. That seemed odd to me because the truck passed inspection a few weeks earlier. I related that information to the salesperson and he said that it should not have passed and I needed new brakes ASAP. I told him that I was comfortable doing brakes myself. He stressed the dangers associated with brake failures and recommended I have them do the work while the truck was still there. I thanked him for his help, paid for the alignment and went home.I jacked up the truck, removed the wheels, and inspected both disks and rotors. Not only were the brakes in good shape, they were in great shape! I reassembled everything and have driven several thousand miles on the dangerous brakes. I have been up and down the hills of Bountiful, all of the major canyons in the Salt Lake Valley, on Southern Utah expeditions, and a variety of other driving adventures.I give Les Schwab 1 star because they got the alignment right. If they had done that part wrong I would have given no stars. My advice to customers is to avoid any service unless you know that the service is required--and only if you cannot find any other providers. I do not have much confidence in a company that allows its salespeople to look customers in the eye and urge them to pay for services that are not needed.

Customer service is excellent. I ordered sport springs for my GTI through Les Schwab and had them do the install. The parts came in on time and a few hours later I was driving out. Everything was perfect just what I was hoping for. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I am grateful to the service guy for doing a great service, replacement of both leaking stems and reseating the bead on 2 of my riding mower front tires. No charge even though it took 20 minutes of his time. I tipped him $5 because he was great and did a perfect job for me.

Went in for a alignment. They were honest about it and said I didnt need one. They rotated my tires and didnt even charge me. That just doesnt happen! Most places charge you to just check your alignment, regardless if you need one or not. They definitely have me as a new customer. And I will recommend all my family and friends also.

These guys are awesome. I wont go anywhere else for my tires because they will always go the extra mile to make sure your are taken care of. Prices are fair but you cant put a price on good people like Josiah who recently helped us after hours on a punctured tire. Highly recommend!

I had my car towed there today and they had it fixed in less than an hour. Because it was only a minor battery problem they helped me free of charge. I am really impressed by their integrity and unselfishness.

Top notch service, it was almost a little unnerving how nice they were. I went in for a tire repair as my low pressure light had been coming on for my front-passenger tire, mind you I did not buy my tires from them. They were about to close, but didnt even hesitate and took my car right back to be looked at. A few minutes later they come back in and and tell me that they were unable to find anything wrong with the tire, but smoothed out the bead and replaced the valve stem just in case. At this point they were being so nice I was expecting a sales pitch or an abnormal charge, nope, heres the kicker . . . it was free! Like actual no charge, no watch this video about our time share, no sign up for our Premier Service Plan pitch, just a free service from nice people.

I went in for a tire rotation and was told I needed all new struts. I took my car to my usual, trusted mechanic and was told NOTHING was wrong with the struts! Just saved $1,000 for work that was not needed. Ordinarily I am happy with the help I get at this center, but trying to sell me repairs I did NOT need is NOT OK!!!!! Beware of this outfit!! Cheating women drivers is NOT OK. If they will get you on UN-necessary repairs, what else are they digging into you with?

I had snow blower tire that wouldnt stay inflated, I brought it down and Gabe helped me. He told me the bead wasnt sealing properly and it just needed some bead sealer. He got me on my way within a few minutes and was polite and courteous the whole time. I left feeling like he really cared. Thanks Gabe. Dave.

My experience at Les Schwab was very undesirable. I went in to have my brakes repaired and was told it would take 30-40 minutes. One and a half hours later, a guy at the front desk tells me they are backed up with brakes. I patiently wait another 20 minutes. A mechanic comes out to tell me they are waiting on parts from Salt Lake City and that it would be another 20 minutes before the parts get to them. I wait another 20 minutes and the parts are still not available. They tell me that the parts will get there in another 40 minutes max. I tell them I simply cannot wait any longer and that I dont want my brakes repaired any longer. They still had no problem charging me 96.00 for resurfacing rotors, a service they normally offer free of charge. After that, I had to wait another 30 minutes outside before my car was brought to me. I was there around 10:15 am and left the facilities close to 1pm with no brakes repaired.I was basically disappointed with their customer service and how they never came out to tell me what was truly going on with the parts. Maybe they were hoping the parts would get there sooner and didnt feel the need to tell me they didnt have the parts on site. I just wish I had been given the opportunity to decide if I wanted to stay and wait however long it would take, have someone come get me while they worked on my car, or me simply saying Ill take the car somewhere else.If they had told me, sorry for the hassle and well waive the 96.00 this review would not be here today. But they charged while being very aware of what had happened. The whole experience was very unfortunate. I would have been a good and loyal customer, but they lost me over 96.00 dollars.Update: After posting this review, LeSchwab refunded me the 96.00 and also gave me a significant discount to have my brakes done. They went the extra mile to make up for what they had done wrong. Im grateful they actually reached out and did what they could to have me back as their customer.Update: The manager at Les Schwab really went out of his way to fix their mistake. He gave me a nice discount and reimbursed me for the 96.00. I took my car back and got everything resolved. Thank you!

I moved here from the Portland, OR where Les Schwab is the defacto place to buy tires. Although I generally go wherever the tires are cheapest, I typically prefer to do business with Les Schwab when I can. Straight forward, honest, and good selection of tires. This particular location treated me well.

In and out with quick service for tire rotation

Came here during a crazy snow storm to get my flat tire fixed. Not only did they do it quickly they did it free of charge because of how miserable I looked Im guessing :)Went and bought a new set of tires from them about a month later. These guys are seriously awesome and have earned my business. Thank you for being a good corporate citizen! :)

While the staff is very friendly and helpful, the corporate policy that doesnt accommodate making appointments is antiquated and ridiculous. I have sat here watching bad daytime TV (in the middle of my work day) for 2 hours waiting for my snow tires to be mounted. What a colossal and unnecessary waste of my time!4/19/2019 I just updated this review from 2 stars to 5. We went online and made an appointment the night before to have our snow tires removed. It was easy as pie! Thanks for the update!!

I went in for a pre-trip vehicle inspection. It was quick and I was surprised to find out it was free! The employee that reviewed the results of the inspection provided me with some good diagnostics about the condition of my car. He was nice enough to tell me which problems were things that could wait on being repaired. He didnt pressure me into repairing anything right then.

It is literally what you would expect going to a store that sell tires. there were tires there. several different types. black rubber. funny smell.

Saturday morning off for an alignment and I get a call 10 minutes later saying that one of the bolts is loose on my front end for my drag link they can’t I do the alignment with the loose bolt. I drive back and I inspect all the bolts underneath and all of them have Carter pins and I can’t even move them at all. I ask about the loose bolt and see if they could show me or tighten it so it’s safe. They said the tech is too busy to show me. They just didn’t want to work on my truck. I will not recommended them or go there ever again. If they don’t have time to tighten up the bolts to make my truck safe they aren’t getting any more of my time.

We had a terrible experience at the Woods Cross Les Schwab. Took our car in to have the snow tires put on and specifically requested special care be taken not to scratch the rims. We picked up the car and 3 of the rims were scratched. When we approached the manager he dismissed our complaint and didnt seem to care or take responsibility. He was very difficult to work with. Not ever going back to this location again!!! Took our other 3 cars into the Centerville location and got great results!!!

Customer service ready to help when you are in need. They often have product in stock, ready to be installed. They are willing to examine, test, and recommend work to be done (but be sure to be aware of your cars needs, even if you arent a car person, so you generally know what you should be getting into).

Less Schwab “Mechanic” broke my lug nut, they charged me 50 dlls more for that. They should be responsable for the cost of things they brake.

I found out my tire had a flat 10 minutes before they were closing. They sent a guy out to my house to help me pump it up to be able to get it into the shop. They stayed open late for me and comped the fee to fix the tire. I will be doing all of my business in the future with them!

Had an 8:00am appointment. Doors open at 7:55am. Got started on my vehicle right away and was out the door and on my way by 8:45am. Great service.

Dont go here for anything unless you want to get jerked around and overpay. They are more interested in covering their a$$ by forcing un-needed repairs for liability reasons than they are taking care of the customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

As for the tires and the servicing of the tires, they are great. I like that I can buy tires and rotations and flat repairs come free. Also, free popcorn while you wait!So why only 3 stars? Because Ive never been able to get out of there without them just doing what Ive asked. Never! They always throw some price sheet at me with a ton of suggested repairs no matter how new or the condition of my cars. I cant count how many times Ive been told to replace my brake pads even if Ive just had them replaced recently. I used to take their suggestions and go to my regular mechanic and see what is really up, but nothing is ever up! So I just dont listen to anything they say and eat my popcorn while they work on my tires.
