I used to appreciate this fedex. Until I tried to mail a gift to a friend. The clerk saw me put my gift in an envelope to be mailed. He got a greedy look in his eye, took the package, and, sure enough, the package disappeared. When I appealed to Fedex to reimburse me for the lost package, after three months of appealing efforts, they blew off my request and neither reimbursed me for the stolen gift nor for the shipping cost of the lost package. Bad business.

Ive gotten quite a few things printed here for work and Ive always been really happy with the service. They print things really quickly in general, and depending on how many jobs they have already, they can sometimes try to expedite your print job (dont expect it though! they get busy too and it cant always happen). Their customer service reps are always professional, courteous and really helpful. Jose was awesome helping me today, but other folks have been great in the past too.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. You can go in person and get a print job started, provide everything you want, and all you get are excuses of why it gets forgotten and why things arent happening. Even after repeatedly inquiring and providing again everything needed, a very basic print job gets forgotten (by both Abby and Josh) and proofs not sent. Taking our business to Office Depot because this location is too poorly managed and they are too happily wasting customer time.

I am glad I dont have to deal with these folks more often and have other choices. They are unreliable to get the most basic prints done. I concur with some of the negative reviews and can only assume that the positive ones are done by relatives or the employees themselves. But, a 3.5 on average clearly shows a trend of just how poorly run this place is.

Like many places on Pearl, this place stays in business purely due to the concentration of people in the area. It’s definitely not because of quality, service, or experience. I’ve been here more times than I care to admit (more convenient for me than the Baseline location) and I can’t say I’ve ever had more than a slightly-negative customer experience. Completely lost employees who don’t know the basics around image resolution, 20 min+ wait times, literally telling people it’s impossible to print images from a website, and, most recently, their self-printing photo stations seem to never be working. Both are down as I write this... and they won’t print them behind the counter. I’m mostly disappointed by this place and so hopefully, by writing this, I remember to just drive the extra distance instead of setting myself up for frustration.

Paid $150 to overnight a package here when USPS couldn’t, and was told by the employee that I would be able to get some sort of credit or refund if the shipment was late (which he insisted it wouldn’t be).My package arrived four days late and when I went into the store to inquire about a refund, I was told the only way to get one was to call FedEx’s 1-800 number. After 30 minutes on the phone I find out that the employee was wrong and that there are absolutely zero refunds offered for late shipments. Better yet, FedEx’s complaint department is temporarily suspended so I can’t even lodge an internal complaint again the employee.I understood that the money back guarantee is currently suspended when I shipped the package; I was only convinced to spend this much money by the employee’s assurance that I would still have some recourse. Is it really that hard to tell your customers the truth?USPS is $100 cheaper for overnighting and more reliable. Support them instead.

Stopped in on my way to class to print something for a friend as she was having computer problems. After figuring out that the computer I was on was for creating/printing cards and things I found my way to a printer.The little screen prompted me to slide my credit card which I did with hesitation. From there I had several options for proceeding however I was prompted to enter a username/password which I found confusing. As I was in somewhat of a rush i turned around to ask help of the person behind me who turned out not to be an employee. In that short time I had my back turned an employee jumped on my machine with someone who had been waiting for me to finish up. I noted to them that Id entered my credit card, was stuck, and would please like help. The staffer told me they were busy helping the person in line behind me and recommended to them that they go up to the counter so as not to wait. I requested information as to whom might be able to help me and they made one recommendation and then told me again they were going to help the other person. I gave the system another go on my own but ended up leaving as my time for which to complete my task had run out and I was extremely discouraged about the assistance I had received.I highly recommend going to the Boulder public library for your basic printer needs. The staff is both friendly and helpful if you have questions.

Ive only had great experiences at this location. I complete my order online and upload my files, and go to the store to pick up the printed finished product. Theyre open 24 hours, the turnaround is super fast, and the staff is always very helpful. The first time I used their services, I went in and had them walk me through the process to make sure it was done correctly. They were very helpful in giving me instructions on how to do it online in the future, and now I can send my print jobs in with the click of a button once a month. Fantastic!

This location is open 24 hours and is perfect for me. Going in late is nice. No one is around. The clerks do their own thing. It can be simple to get their attention for help if you need it. Since its in Boulder, you can expect some interesting characters as customers. Its like a sitcom at times.

INCREDIBLY RUDE. DELIBERATELY SLOW. I used to go in there fairly frequently to print. Sometimes they would take care of me right away, sometimes the line would be long... but I was never in a hurry and was patient. Then Saturday morning I emailed a print job early for a big event I was having that evening. When I went in that afternoon I was pressed for time - I was the host for the event and needed it done fast. The man who worked with my materials was LOUDLY INSULTING to me, the customer. For the first time after giving them my business over the years, I was truly in an unexpected rush. I had to leave and send a volunteer to get them. Even he had to wait. This was for an order of 8 spiral bound booklets of 20 pages each. How hard should that be? The day before another woman had taken care of me in 15 minutes, no problem. This time, when I was in a legitimate hurry and had sent the materials in that morning, I was treated POORLY and made to wait. It took them over an hour and a half to print and bind them. The worst part was the mans attitude while I panicked. There are other print shops in town where I will shift my business due to that mans quality of service.

Ill stop here sometimes if I need to print something while in town or if my printer is out of ink at home. Have used this location for stationary supplies too. They have some really great staff members at this location. Grab a ream of paper and a cold drink to go.

Horrible staff. The “full service print station” was taken over so the manager could talk to a guy for over 35 mins, during a busy period, while customers stood around all over. Everyone was completely unsure where to line up because the cashiers change stations non stop and it means that some one who waits in line for 10-15 mins will get service after someone who just walks in. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible service. Horrible corporate customer treatment

Called to ask a simple question and the person on the phone couldnt help me. When I asked if there was any one who could help me she said no. All I needed help with was using their website to upload a document for printing in a certain size. I think this is something they should be able to EASILY help me with. She insisted that I emailed the store for help and someone would get back to me within 1 hour. Its 2.5 hours later and Im still waiting.... I hope that they take these reviews seriously and do something to fix the customer service.

This is by far the best FedEx Kinkos Ive ever been to, in fact they have redeemed the brand for me and I hope they send new employees to THIS branch to be trained!Both times Ive had to go all the employees have been incredibly helpful even though it was very busy. One employee, Sean, even reformatted my documents in Photoshop to make sure there were no extra lines before printing.Seriously and made the tedious experience of having to do out-of-home printing work remarkably less difficult.

Horrible experience. Entire store reeked of cigarette smoke. Manager didnt listen, was extremely abrasive, assumed I wanted to ship ground, and had me fill out the wrong paperwork. This is 2014; why am I filling out multi-part forms with a ball-point pen?I eventually gave up and went to UPS which was slightly more expensive but a MUCH better experience. I wont be coming back here.

Dont waste your time at the print and go stations. They charge you and then 80% of the time it doesnt print. Dont worry though theres a short line so you can get it sorted out, except they take 20 minutes per person. Save yourself the trouble and buy a printer.

I asked the people at this store to pack up some items and give me a quote on what shipping might cost. I initially wasnt going to even leave any credit card info, as they said it wasnt necessary until I approved of the quote. Then they said, `oh, just give us your info so you dont have to do it over the phone, we wont charge you until you approve of the shipping estimate. I said `sounds great, and gave them my credit card information. Next thing I see is a charge on my card for over $300, and a one sentence email letting me know my packages were shipped. I called, and while they admitted it was wrong to charge my card without my authorization (illegal?), and I was due at least a partial refund, they have dodged my calls and sent me to several different departments to acquire my refund. The last thing they said was `well have to do some research, which may take 6-8 weeks. Forget this place, Ill find another way to ship my packages. What a horrible experience.

I came here to ship a package and had to wait awhile (thats fine I understand waiting) I was up next and a lady proceeded to ask everyone in line, but me if they were doing ground or express. After getting through the entire line she finally comes to me and asks me which one (I think it makes more sense to start with the first person, not initially ignore them) I replied with I dont know, whichever one is my cheapest shipping option since I dont ship through fedex often. She doesnt say anything and walks away. No help, no suggestion, no form. When I finally get up to the front after waiting 20 mins, I ask the girl what my cheapest options were and then she hands me a ground shipping form, tells me to fill it out and get back in line again (which was still really long). I almost said im not doing that, because I was appalled at how long I waited and then the lack of help I received. In the minute it would have taken me to fill out the slip, she could have put in the information needed and sent me on my way instead of sending to go stand in a line again for another 20 mins. I was a quite frustrated with customer service. I walked out instead. Not to mention the last time I went in to ship I wasnt required to fill out a form and it took the guy 4 tries at least to get the addresses right. I was patient with that guy, but with the girl... thats just disrespectful to send someone to the back of a line theyve waited so long in already.

I just went in (on a Saturday night at 7 pm). The guy at the counter was completely unhelpful. After making me wait 15 minutes while my email file reached him, he told me I would need to wait an hour for one copy when nobody else was in the store. I cant believe this place stays in business with this kind of service.

Rude manager. Three minutes to 6:00 said that they could not help the people in line because their Fedex trucks were coming in and needed to be unloaded. I wasnt the only one waiting in line and everyone was furious. We had all been in line for awhile because of a complicated shipping issue with the first person in line. The store was open until 6:30 and the manager said we could wait 15-20 minutes while the trucks were unloaded and then we would receive service up until 6:30. Off to UPS!

Work with Louis, he is THE man. Multitasker, hard worker, and knows how to do EVERYTHING. I run a small business and have been coming to this Kinkos for 4 years, it has seen its share of shitty management and horrible organization. They are getting back on their game. I have shipped from this location 5-6 times and twice they screwed it up. The first time I think they used autocomplete to put someone elses address in the to field when they typed in my hand written form. The second time I got a fexex account and printed my own label, but they somehow didnt get it on the truck. I was there 10 mintues before the cutoff and specifically asked this can still go out today correct? and they said yes. Normally I go to the fedex center on central avenue in Boulder. Those folks just ship packages and seem to know what they are doing.

BRAIN DEAD STAFF! I ordered a lamp from UK that required a form I fill out by Fedex corporate. I needed the local office to print out the form, I could sign it then they would fax it to corporate...SHOULD BE EASY. I call the office, explained everything clearly and sent an email to the address they gave me. I get to the office, the girl forgot out conversation and what she was supposed to do, gave me the wrong email and made me wait 1/2 hour while they tried to figure things out (of course serving other customers first). I had to even look up THEIR forms. I filled out the form they gave me a fax confirmation and left. Next day I get a call from fedex corporate saying they still had not gotten the form and they needed it TODAY or they would send my package back. I called the local office AGAIN and the girl that had messed everything up was out and had lost all the paperwork too. Of course they left me on HOLD for 20 minutes while they figure things out. I called bake again and ask for a manager to call me...once he heard corpaorate was involved he got on it and made things happen in the next few hours...IT WAS ONLY SENDING A FAX!!! Either these guys dont care or they cant do their jobs!

This is one of the busiest FXO locations in the state (open 24/7 and located in a college town); please keep this in mind before berating the staff for multitasking. Also, be aware that contrary to what Google says, this center does not provide notary services.
