The staff here absolutely rock! Every time I place a mobile order it’s always waiting for me there. Staff is efficient and friendly. Today when I went in, my drink was made hot instead of cold. No big deal, they remade it right on the spot and gave me a gift card for my time waiting. Always going above and beyond, and my drinks are always delicious.Thank you guys for going above and beyond!

Had a lovely experience here this morning and they are always on top of it. we came in and it was super busy but the barista Kelli killed it with customer service and everything was very organized. definitely recommend!!! 10/10. props to kelli!

This Starbucks was 3 for 3: friendly staff; made our drinks in a timely manner (e.g., we were walk-ins but didnt have to wait 11 minutes while they made app or drive-through orders); and the beans we needed werent sold out.

Love theyre sandwiches they have there overall good place to get a quick snack in the morning.

They are good for drinks but they literally never have ANY food available, so I will have to take my business elsewhere until this issue is fixed I come here for breakfast and coffee of MY choice not making everything vegan. I really hope this is a order issue but because it is so regular I believe it’s not you couldn’t possibly make the same mistake 10x in a row

Ok, seriously? I’ve been coming here since 2017 when my partner and I first moved to Boulder. There are consistent baristas, which is a plus, BUT SO MUCH PETTY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVENESS!!! Every time I come here, I just hope that they’re a little nicer, or maybe a little more ya know, like Starbucks wants maybe? But no. When I ask for whip, it never comes on my drinks. When I asked for unsweetened, they gave me extra sweet. So not only have I had MULTIPLE wrong orders from here, today just made me overall DONE with putting up with their stuck up wanna be Boulder attitudes. I shouldn’t have to be anxiously waiting to get out of there every visit. So no more for me thx.

Fast and friendly, what more could you need

I havent been to a Starbucks in years. Halle, the barista, was lovely. I had no idea what to get. I told her to choose her favorite new drink and boy, did she choose well. I got the strawberry coconut refresher. Delicious! The staff is amazing and fast! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thanks Halle! The Barista today that was making the Frozen coffees was very rude very unprofessional and very very very slow. I simply went and asked where my drink was as two people had ordered behind me received theirs, she gets rude and says frozen drinks take longer. How is it that the guy can make for drinks before I get one Frozen one? she is absolutely the problem they have in this establishment

Very quick service, yummy coffee and chicken caprese, as always. The only thing is that dine-in is closed (as of today, March 26th 2021), but there is a sitting area outside.

So slow, and the staff was so rude! 35 min for two drinks...I would have laughed but I already paid!

Friendly staff. Well laid out Covid procedures. Havent had a problem with an order there yet. You can definitely save time by ordering ahead and picking it up at the pick up window. There is a staff member on the inside ready to hand it out as soon as you walk up.

Horrible management! The store manager Jamie needs to understand that her employees are people too! Not everyone has an easy time explaining where they need help, and management needs to be committed to following thru with helping their team improve. I’m not seeing that from my perspective. My respect is lost for the company until improvements are made. Don’t treat only customers with excellence, employees matter too!

Went here every day before 8 AM for two weeks while on a business trip. Each day I got the same great service and was in and out fast. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Clean location. Plenty of parking space around as well.

Newly remodeled! Looks amazing. I love the new layout so much better. Everyone who works here is always very kind. The baristas are very skilled, and always deliver the perfect beverages.

Wonderful baristas! Bit of a unique environment. Lots of people come to this location to work or study so its usually very quiet. Great place to concentrate, not so great for chatty groups. Open late!

Quiet, relaxed atmosphere with a good selection of music.Of couse, I did visit during a rather slow time of day, and—considering the location—theres likely a lot of crowding and foot traffic during peak hours... but regardless, this place has a lot of charm. Plus, theres plenty of outlets!Even more exciting was the cute little personal decoration (I included a picture) asking What was your best first date?, with plenty of sticky notes below so anyone an contribute!(Be warned, the sticky notes do not stick to the wall very well! It seems theyve decided to fix that using tape, but unfortunately the tape dispenser nowhere to be found when I put my sticky note up! I found a way, though. Lol)

Small Starbucks located right in front of King Soopers in the parking lot. A little pricey for coffee but the staff was nice and made an effort to help you find what you need.

My family has been coming here for the past six years & not once have we ever had problems with any of the staff. Very friendly environment! Most of staff greets regulars by first name. Food and drinks taste great!

I was in not to long before this review. It was about 6:10. I walked in, was greeted by a kind female who let me know someone would be right with me as she was trying to finish a coffee for another client. Her coworkers looked at me, disregarded me entirely after making eye contact, and continued to stock straws or dive into to back office. The female stopped what she was doing to help me cause it seemed her co workers wouldnt. After the drink was made, I was about to leave when one of them pointed at me and said something to his other coworkers that made them chuckle.The only reason I am giving this 2 stars was because of the female who was above and beyond there, I would give her 5 stars. The rest of the interaction wasnt worth two stars at all.

This is easily the best Starbucks in Boulder. The manager, Jamie, is insanely friendly and all of the employees are great people. I do a lot of my tutoring here and Ive never ever regretted it.

This is honestly one of my favorite Starbucks. The staff is amazing and the new renovations are great.

I dont mind Starbucks letting homeless folks hang out or get water. But when there arent seats for paying customers, and the bathrooms are consistently occupied by non paying customers, thats an issue. It was so shocking that I counted how many non paying people used the bathroom in 1 hour. 16 in one hour. Half the time there were paying guests waiting in line. I really hate when places put code locks on restrooms, but this location needs them

Nice Starbucks in college townThis Starbucks is exactly as you would expect. Good drinks, well trained staff. I had a Frappuccino and it was made as regular. I asked for a decaf. When I pointed it out, it was no questions asked and they made me a new one that is decaf. I dont know if they made a mistake or I didnt tell them I wanted decaf but it was taken care of. This is the kind of service that keeps me looking specifically for a Starbucks in any town I visit. I dont know why there is a Starbucks in the supermarket that is in the same shopping plaza, and another one in a supermarket just across the street. I will always go to an independent Starbucks over one that is in a supermarket. Seems like a lot of outlets in one intersection.

Friendly staff, overpriced coffee, and delicious child labor.

I felt warm when the barista called my name a couple of times at the cashier, even though my name would not be easy to pronounce. At other coffee shops, including Starbucks, they very often avoid to call my foreign name but shout the drink name instead (or nothing), while other customers are called by their names at the same site. That is sometimes a little sad. I know people with non-English names sometimes use English ones so as to get called easily. I dont really want to do that. At this particular Starbucks, the incident showed me that they cared about their customers well.

The baristas were quick with my order, despite it being the busiest time of the day, and the small Starbucks had a clean, fresh atmosphere with inside and outside seating. However, the inside seating was lacking for the amount of space the Starbucks had, but it was understandable with additional seating on the patio. If youre looking for a quick frap, then just hit this place up!

They are a good Starbuck but have a few bad seeds. They have gone down in customer service at this location with lots of stand that can not handle the pressure....I just waited 20 minutes for my drink...not acceptable

Well prepared Starbucks coffee. Generally clean, mostly friendly. Easy to access, though no drive though- which is good in this location.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. The food and drinks are good, but there is very little space and its always crowded. Ive never seen an empty table. There isnt any room to wait for your order, so it gets awkward and cramped.

I go to this Starbucks several times a week, for months now. And I have to say, they are efficient and this is a great location! Although a smaller store, the baristas make the drinks quickly and I am always in and out in less than ten minutes. Typically in the mornings I interact with the baristas Amanda, Carly or another gentleman whose name escapes me- and they are always polite and cheerful, even at 6:30am! They even go so far as to remember my name and drinks! I have had only positive experiences at this store and with these amazing staff members!

Didnt hear them call my name or my drink, and they didnt notice me still waiting once the pickup line was empty. Noticed someone else miss their pickup also.

This is a very clean starbucks! There is a good amount of places to sit and plenty of outlets.

After Tuesdays sensitivity training my weekly visit today was rewarded with inconsiderable rudeness. I was essentially told to not come back. (No negative behavior on my part.) And I wont be back!
