Exceptional place to your cafe self on! All your standard espresso drinks plus boba, cold brew, tea, blended drinks. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, nice view, solid service - and good order & pickup flow. Clean & modern (vs. old w/ personality). Ideal in many ways, AND open fully now, vs. most other cafes still wrapped in fear despite clear covid status. Very well done!

Had one of the best Boba/Bubble Tea drinks

We’ve been going to pekoe for years. They closed the other locations and I think this one is under new ownership now. We’ve always had good experience going here. Sometimes they get the order a bit wrong (ie they put oat milk instead of what we asked for, coconut milk). But they’re always nice and happy to fix it if we ask. My daughters has allergies so we try to be as specific as possible to avoid any errors. Their boba drinks are great.

Really wanted to like this place but was super disappointed by the drink quality. I ordered a 12 oz matcha latte with oat milk (plus a flavor shot), which even at bougie Boulder places downtown is far less, with the price coming in at over 7$, plus tip. I couldn’t believe the price but figured it must be high quality. However, it was essentially watery plain oat milk (not a latte) that after a few sips I ended up dumping out. I couldn’t taste the matcha or the flavor shot whatsoever. I wanted to ask for a refund but didn’t have it in me. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Their tea is so delicious and they really care about it too. The cafe has a happy uplifting vibe. I always enjoy my time there, and I think their drinks are the best in town, just wish it was open earlier on the weekends.

An endearing local shop. Highly reccomend.

Best boba tea in town, yummiest house-made ginger chai, but the BEST part of this specific Pekoe location..... the CAKE SLICES. I’ll drive or ride my bike across town just to try out a new flavor! Yesterday, I picked up a slice of Berry Limoncello cake. Woke up this morning and it was almost GONE, my husband couldn’t resist. The few bites left were absolutely DELICIOUS. Not too sweet, had a enough berry, a hint of lemon and a satisfying light cream cheesy middle.... #1 cake in town. Whoever makes them, you are amazing. 🙏🙏

I stop here regularly on my way into work. Always friendly and quick service, super tasty oatmilk lattes. They also have vegan bubble tea, which is incredible. Love their horchata chai in particular and also their matcha. Really you cant go wrong. I appreciate their rewards program as well which allows me to get a free drink now and again. Plus they have a great patio with some pretty legit views of the flatirons to admire while you get your caffeine fix.

Ordered tea with boba, forgot my boba. My friend ordered coffee, which they poured from a tub on their counter. Had a nice mouthful of coffee grounds at the end of my up. Disgusting. EDM plays violently over speakers, don’t come here to study. Asked me if I wanted to tip instead of letting me select it on their tablet which was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, good for a quick stop.

Cute place with good drinks and food. Stopped here randomly while at a shop nearby and it was a good choice. I loved the pastry I got. Parking is super easy, and the employees were friendly and quick. Store has cute seating inside.

Real nice place. Seems popular for how busy it was. Customer service was awesome. Took a while to get me smoothie but without me even complaining. The staff apologized for the wait and gave me a card for a free drink the next time I came. The drinks and smoothies were great!

Great place for a refreshing boba tea. Not too busy and they have a nice outdoor seating area. Not sure if you are allowed to bring your dogs there .

This place has a lot of sentimental value to me. I used to come here everyday to study, and I would order a nice, steaming, hot chai tea, or when I wanted something different, Id order the Calm Sensation (tea latte). The drinks here are very good, and you can get a lot of work done as there is a lot of room to sit. The staff here are very friendly! I was one of the last customers before closing and they offered me tea, cookies, and the last of the coffee before leaving. It can get crowded but there are also the tables on the patio to relax in. Good boba tea and selection of beverages. Its always good to go local and Pekoe is a nice alternative to Starbucks and mega chains.

Pekoe is great. My regular drink is a Dirty Spicy Green Chai with almond milk. I havent found a better supplement to my hot drink craving anywhere. Thank you Pekoe for continually having quality products to make your drinks. Superb job.

Great place. I drop by to do some work on the laptop, or just get some Matcha tea, hot.Only two downsides I can think of...Sometimes the crew should take a break and wipe the tables and do a quick vacuum.The owner of the Ideal Broadway strip mall where Pekoe is located is very aggressive about booting or towing cars, sometimes within minutes of going over the 2 hour limit. If youre planning to visit the strip for any amount of time.

Tea is good. Service is terrible. They have a delicious drink though called the spicy green chai.

This is one of my favorite local spots. I love the Tapioca Pearls. I have them put in almost every drink I get. They are smooth and tasty. I enjoy the green tea matcha with almond milk and Tapioca Pearls.

I went to the Pekoe in the Steelyards and forgot my gift card but the lady working (Ruth) said I could come back with it and didnt make me pay for my iced coffee. I was having a rough day and her kind customer service made my day much better, will definitely come back! The only reason I dont give it a 5 is because I feel like the prices are on the high side, but hey Im a college student, everything seems pricey to me.

This tea house not only does not protect its customers from their cars getting booted in the parking lot, but they are downright rude and unhelpful in every way if you have any questions at all! If you want your day ruined come hang out at Pekoe. If you don’t, stay away!!!

Friendly staff in an uplifted atmosphere. Great selection of teas, and top-quality coffee drinks. I also like the Pangea organics hand soap in the bathroom; nice touch.

Im down with Pekoe. A bit overpriced, and not much room to sit down, but super friendly staff, close to great restaurants, and a pretty down-to-earth, peaceful vibe there. I like to go there and write when I can get a seat.

I think Pekoe has a nice looseleaf tea selection for a neighborhood place. It is worth perusing the menu and asking about their different grades of tea. I do wish it was a bit less grungy inside.

I wasnt too impressed with this Pekoe. Ive been to the other location on 30th St and felt that one was a little better. The drinks here are average and a little over priced for the quality of tea they have. I came on a Thursday afternoon around 1:30pm and this place was about 2/3 filled. The back seating area looked dirty and run down. I didnt see anyone sitting in that area. I ordered their Chai Wallah and was not really impressed. The flavor of the chai was a little light. The tapioca pearls were not great. They were soft and mushy. I would not recommend getting any type of tapioca drink. I came here hoping to work since many reviews recommended that it was a nice place, but it was loud and difficult to work in that environment. Also note, if you want to enjoy sitting outside, the WiFi doesnt reach out there.

Besides the pastries, the burritos were horrible. They dont make them here. You have to heat them up in a microwave which makes them fall apart. Its just generic hippie food with zero uniqueness.

Made a mistake ordering cold brewed coffee from a tea house, as it was the worst Ive ever had. Then again, if theyre going to offer it they should ensure they do it well.

5+ years I’ve been a happy customer at Pekoe. Today I asked the staff to reset the router as I wasn’t receiving WiFi. The boy at the counter curtly said “ no Pekoe is happy with the WiFi how it is, your Mac is probably broken “I don’t know about you other customers but I go to cafes to drink coffee and surf the web. In my many years of cafe going ( inc working at some ) I have never encountered staff which don’t understand that routers sometimes need to be reset. It’s a quick flip of a switch and you then have a happy customer. As opposed to what did happen which was me getting quite irritated. I admit I got a bit angry and takes some 🤬 at which point another staff came out and told me I had to leave the store because I was using language she didn’t approve of ( BTW the cafe was empty ) I was the only person inside. I was made out to look crazy because I requested the router to be reset. All I can say is those particular staff are quite ignorant in regards to how WiFi, routers, and laptops operate. The the fact that WiFi and the ability to surf the net is part of the service provided by a cafe and how to interact with customer complaints or requests.Very disappointed in you Eleanor and Christian.Thanks for making ruining my Pekoe experience, rest assured I’ll never return and will be directing my friends to alternate cafes all because you refused to reset the WiFi 👏

Quickly becoming my favorite spot in town to get coffee or tea

Stopped by for some coffee around 5pm on a Sunday, this was one of the few places I Googled that was still open. I ordered an Americano and my fiance ordered a chai latte. I was really impressed with their selection of teas and should have ordered one as I was unimpressed with my Americano. Not bad, just a little on the watery side and lacking in full flavor. Otherwise, a great place to come hang out and sip coffee or tea with indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was good
