Went in expecting the salesman to ignore me and talk to my s/o instead despite I was the one buying the car. Not the case - Art was respectful and only talked to *me* about the car buying information and knew my s/o was just there for support. Answered all my questions, very fair guy.I bought the car on a weekend and Art gave me paperwork to allow my mechanic to look over car and GYM would repair anything over 500$ repair costs, and they were true to their word. I had to go back a couple times, but they meant it.Buying a car right now is bananas price-wise, but I feel like they valued me, and were upfront and honest. Art seems very aware of the car salesman stereotype, and works hard to show hes smart, capable, and really does care that the buyer is taken care of. Ask for Art if you can, especially anyone afraid the salesman wont listen to you as a woman. Hes awesome!

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I was buying a car for my son. I haven’t bought anything used in many years and I was actually much easier that dealing with a large auto dealer direct. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They had the SUV I was looking at parked right up front and let me take it for a test drive for as long as I wanted. In and out financed in less than an hour, which included my test drive. Unbelievable.

My elderly friend recently purchased a car from Green Eyed Motors. The car seems fine, but the ethics of the staff are on par with the lowest common denominator in the used car industry. This friend was promised a particular interest rate on the financing and, cue the smoke and mirrors, was delivered far less favorable terms at the time of signing the contract. If there really is karmic payback, the staff would do well to remember their actions when they are getting screwed over.

An astoundingly easy and trust-inspiring process. In May 2021, we bought a post-lease 2017 Kia Soul EV from Green Eyed Motors. We bought our car from 250 miles away using provided pictures and Carfax. They arranged for transport with a courteous driver at a reasonable price. They didnt little-old-lady me: they were forthright and answered all my questions respectfully. We couldnt be happier with our purchase.

Be careful with these guys. I bought a car that was in pretty bad shape with a promise of a full detail, only to find out that they “are not a detail shop” and I ended up getting a very basic cleaning from them.

I really had high hopes for this place. I moved to Colorado and needed a specific vehicle. This establishment had the vehicle I was looking for. After reading all the reviews, I thought it would be a great place to get the vehicle from. However, I was wrong.The people there were very personable and polite. My sales rep and I bonded as I checked out the vehicle. They told me the vehicle had been inspected by a mechanic and everything was fixed that needed it. I assumed they were being honest after reading all their reviews, so we bought the vehicle on the spot.A few days later, every single dash light possible came on while I was driving on THE FREEWAY with my toddler. The car turned off in the middle of the lane. I restarted it and made it maybe half a mile before it happened again. Luckily I was able to safely get off the highway and to a parking lot to call a tow truck.The mechanic said that Green Eyed Motors didn’t fix anything, just “put bandaids on the problems”. They also said that no mechanic would’ve looked at the engine and not seen the issue that needed to be fixed. DISHONEST. I emailed them to tell them what happened and gave Green Eyed Motors the quotes and they refused to help fix it. It cost thousands to fix the problems that they told me had been fixed. They sold me a LEMON, but Colorado doesn’t have lemon laws for used vehicles.I don’t know if it was due to the color of my skin that I got the treatment I received, but I will make sure to steer everyone away from this place. Other people got issues like these covered. I mean, I OVERPAYED for a vehicle with the understanding that it had been fixed up. It wasn’t. And they refused to help me cover costs to repair what they lied about repairing. I am thoroughly disappointed with this place and how deceiving, dishonest, and greedy they were with me.

Super caring people here! I called about a vehicle and within a few minutes I arrived they were already backing out my vehicle and trying to actually go get it filled up so we didnt have to worry about running out of gas. Artur was very kind and not pressuring at all, he said he had to check on something quick but handed me the keys to check the car out...came back a few minutes later and said we could go for a spin. The car was clean and running strong, it felt like a brand new vehicle. After that Artur fought to get me the amount I wanted for my trade in. After the fact he offered to try and take off my old plates despite them having security screws on it, he took his time and returned all of the screws undamaged with my plates and sent us on our way. If they have a car you want to check out here stop in, they wont pressure you and will try to make the deal as good as they can. Our finance guy was super awesome too I just did not get to get to catch his name. Thank you all!

They gave me fair market for my trade in and where very laid back and not pushy at all. This is a small business and the relationships are ones built on trust and mutual partnership, rather than salesmanship. I had a fantastic first-time car buying experience there. At first, I shied away because the prices of the vehicles on their website were outside of my budget. But upon some recommendations from friends and colleagues, I contacted the dealership anyway and worked with Luke. He found a couple cars that fit within my budget and needs. Luke went on vacation, so Jessica took over and helped me out with test driving the car I was interested in, a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. That same day, they agreed to replace the brake pads for free, After replacing the brake pads, Jessica brought the car over to my work so I wouldnt have to get a ride to the dealership. She was super patient with me in helping me through the entire process, from car insurance to vehicle registration, even after hours. As a first time car buyer, I had a lot of questions, and she helped explain everything. All in all, it was clear through the entire process that this was about building a trusting relationship and getting what I needed and wanted out of a car, not trying to get whatever cash they could. Very satisfied!

I went to the caffe next door and while passing by, I was appalled by the staff NOT wearing masks!!! Amid the pandemic, they were not wearing them!! Why?!? I felt uncomfortable the entire time! Completely unacceptable behavior!!

I have always dreaded the car buying experience. I guess Ive come to expect the run-around from dealers. But not here. Completely straight-forward and simple. Jason Green gave us exactly what we came for and did not pressure us with the usual upsell nonsense. We left knowing we got a good deal on our Fiat 500e. GEM blew me away!! I love this business!I recently moved to Boulder and knew that the first thing I would need was a car. I started looking at used car deals online where I found GEM. They happened to have the exact model/mileage car I was looking for so I called them right away. Fred answered and so kindly and patiently answered all of my questions. I made my way there in the afternoon to test drive it and some other models. Fred was with me all the way, giving me all the time and space I needed to make decisions, and also weighed in with genuine concern when I asked his opinion. He even steered me away from a higher-priced vehicle based on what I was looking for.I told him I wanted to sleep on it, and that my only concern was that the clutch would give out soon at the mileage it was at. He was very considerate and told me he’d hold onto it for the next 24 hours while I thought it over.I arrived the next day to sign and pay. What a TREAT of a day it was! Firstly, I noticed that Fred had added in some of the floor mats and trunk privacy accessories from another identical model car on the lot that I was eyeing the day before. Secondly, when we sat down, Fred surprised me!! He said that after getting his colleagues and the house mechanic to take a second look at the clutch, they were going to replace the clutch for me for free, and not until it truly needed it!! I jumped out of my chair to hug him. What a kind gesture! Really—they didn’t have to do that. He already had my sale. Lastly, I wanted to make sure I was doing full due-diligence and requested that I take it to a 3rd party shop for a run down before finalizing. They also accommodated this, trusting me to take it home for 4 days until my appointment at AutoHaus, and were willing to void the sale if anything came up. It passed with flying colors.I now have an awesome new Mini Countryman that I love and am confident in. If/when the clutch begins to give me trouble, all I will have to do is take it back to GEM and take them up on their agreement to replace the clutch. I also truly feel that if at any point this car no longer works for me, I’ll be going straight back to GEM to trade/buy with them. I didn’t know car buying could be this comfortable. We were told we were approved several times and then I signed all the papers to hold the car with a down payment until additional documents came in the mail and that we would get a welcome call from the lender that following Monday. I was told to lie to the lender telling them the car was for me and not my daughter.After we were told we were not approved for a second auto on our credit report I questioned Ambez and got a very unprofessional, rude reply:Now you are suggesting you did not hear what I have told you a number of times. What I have told Natalie a number of times. And to clarify, the lack of acknowledgement on your side regarding the matter is enough grounds for us to terminate the transaction and issue a refund.As a warning and disclosure to both of you. I had initially informed you that a second auto is NOT acceptable. I also informed you and Nat that at any point despite approvals the lender may determine to cancel, decline, or refuse the loan at ANY point in time. That I could only do my best with what was provided.As of right now, the representative for the bank itself is trying to find a workaround. Nearly every person is working night and day to try and make this loan work for you. If for some reason you are trying to blame us of something - that will have to end and we can issue a refund and move on.AmbezThe email goes on to make me feel like a stupid idiot..My daughter was quite upset over this and we are actually glad they wanted to refund us and terminate the transaction. We will gladly do business elsewhere.

Please be careful with the decision to purchase a vehicle here, as I would NOT do it again. The car I purchased from this company had some major issues with oil leaks and gear shifting within the first few months even though they advertise that the car has been inspected by a mechanic. The company promises a “3 month warranty” but it only covers specific things which did not cover my issues. Additionally, I purchased an extended warranty, which has not covered the issues either. Next time, I will purchase a used car that is certified pre-owned. I am writing this review in an effort to help save others from the headache (and financial expenses) that I have struggled with over the past few months.

I recently had a terrible car buying experience with this company.While the process of buying the car was not the standard run-of-the-mill experience, with the salesmen actually interacting with you in a relaxed environment, the interactions I had with one of the salesmen (Ambez) was terrible.-Rude when asked questions about financing.-Uncooperative with flexibility on making car payments, regardless of company policy.-Attitude when working to finalize the deal on the car. This ultimately ended with the down payment being refunded and the deal being lost.On top of all of this, NONE of the workers followed COVID-19 guidelines and wore masks while working in office. With some of my family members being so high risk, I felt as though the conductivity of people like Ambez directly jeopardizes the health and safety of my family and families like mine.I write this with the hopes that others wishing to buy a car with similar familiar situations or financial standings can avoid using the services that are offered by this company.

Wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else. Shae is the man. I’ve bought two cars from this place now and I can’t believe how easy it was for them to get me into the perfect cars. Literally all of my friends have bought cars here and we all keep going back for a reason.

When I bought a my vehicle, there were several costly repairs I was unaware of, but my trusted mechanic caught. When I brought it to Shaes attention, I had already signed the paperwork releasing them from any liability or obligation to fix anything. Instead of saying tough luck, Shae brought it to Luke, who decided to help. Mike in the auto shop chased the issues week after week until it truly was fixed. This review is long overdue but I wanted to share my positive experiences at Green Eyed Motors as well as my interactions with the staff, specifically Luke (Owner), Marcus (sales associate), and Ambez (Finance Director). As many others have shared, the experience at GEM is hassle-free, personable, and laid back. Although I understood they were running a business, it felt more like having a conversation with some friends at an EV meetup. I found that everyone at GEM was really knowledgeable about EVs, hybrids, and green cars in general and that unlike many other dealerships that are scared or discouraging when talking about features, benefits, and potential drawbacks, GEM goes straight in. Even more important, everyone at GEM can speak to the CO tax rebate process, something I found to be very frustrating when speaking to other dealerships who often would not have an answer and even worse, would sometimes make up an answer that was clearly not correct. The entire process at GEM was extremely organized and quick and I was able to complete my entire (and rather random) purchase of a 2014 BMW i3 one day after work when I was nearing the completion of my lease on my previous vehicle. I found GEM and Marcus/Luke to be very reasonable and I could tell they wanted the best experience possible for their customers, even offering service or deals on tires, etc., down the line. This is very important because often when you are purchasing an EV, you are entering in a relatively (still) small community. I am very happy with my purchase and I look forward to working with the folks at GEM again in the future!

Absolutely amazing place! Five very enthusiastic stars. Buying a car here felt more like hanging out at a coffee shop than a car dealership. The people at Green Eyed Motors, literally everyone I met there, are polite, funny, and honest. And the honesty is genuine. There was neither fast-talking nor haggling; everyone was straightforward and acted with genuine integrity. The financial person even had a great conversation with my 10 year old about video games -- that was really cool. I will be working with them any time I need a car and quite happy to recommend them to anyone.

My only experience with this company was when my car was having some trouble in the snow outside of a neighboring cafe and Shane kindly came out to help! He grabbed some tools and just got me back on the road in a couple minutes. Forever grateful for this dealership and its employees. I called late in the day on a Friday when I was three hours away from home and made them an offer on the car of my dreams. I arrived at the dealership to test drive it an hour before they closed, (a prior deal had fallen through and I wasnt planning a trip to Boulder). When I arrived I was battling a low phone battery and one of the sales men let me use his wireless phone charger. The car was exactly as advertised and beautifully cleaned. When I decided to make the purchase Bart, the salesman assisting me, and the woman in charge of financing both stayed over an hour after the dealership closed to sell me a car that they had given me a more than fair deal on. Very up front and trustworthy. The establishment, though a little hard to find if youre not familiar with city driving (when I had to call for directions they were more than helpful), was clean and welcoming. I would recommend Green Eyes Motors to anyone and everyone.

Green Eyed Motors was really good to work with, and Jessica was a good and fair sales person. My situation was less than optimal because while I really expected to be able to purchase a gently used Nissan Leaf with the proceeds from my insurance settlement, the insurer for the driver at fault, simply did not reimburse me in a fair manner. GEM - worked with me along the way and I appreciated it very much.

Bought a VW eGolf EV from Shae and it was a great experience. Financing was easy and everyone there was a straight shooter . The car was used and had a couple dings in the wheel hub and a small chip in the windshield. They swapped both of those out no problem. Shae was always extremely responsive by text and always offers for me to charge up while Im at work down the street. Theyre very knowledgeable in all things EV and would recommend to anyone looking.

What a great team at Green Eyed!

Purchased my car at Green Eyed Motors months ago and wanted to share my positive experience. I was interested in upgrading to an A4, from my Audi A3. Staff was very knowledgeable about my favorite car brand, Audi. They were open and honest which is hard to find in a car dealership. I also received financing through Green Eyed Motors financial partners. The whole process was great, laid back, information and professional! I will be back to buy my next Audi. A5?Its nice to find a car dealership you can trust.

I hate to write this, as the employees are generally nice people. However , Green Eyed Motors doesnt even deserve one star. I had snow tires ordered, and when they were put on my car, many problems occurred. After allowing Green Eyed Motors to try and fix their mistakes multiple times, my car still wont drive straight. I tried to level with the owner Luke, but he refused to do the right thing, and pay to have my cars problems diagnosed/fixed elsewhere. I suggest no one do business with these people. They seem like they know what they are doing, but they will lie to you, and ruin your car.Edit: dont believe their response either. There was no problem with how the car drove before they touched it, nor did they actually offer to get the problem fixed on their dime.

These guys live up to their reviews! Could not have been happier with the entire buying experience; too easy and absolutely no pressure. Marcus will take good care of you and go out of his way to get you all the answers to your most detailed questions. He even contacted two previous shops who had previously serviced the car to get the answers to my questions. A forthright, honest individual through and through. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I bought a 2008 Audi S5 with about 54,000 miles on it in March of 2018. Around a month after purchase it broke down. Slave cylinder hose $1300 bucks. Green eyed did pay $377 of that $1300. A month later the slave cylinder blew out, $400. I messaged my sales guy and never got a response. About a week after that, the master cylinder gave way, $1400, and Audi says the clutch needs to be replaced, $4,800. The car also developed, rather quickly, a vibration and wobbling in the steering wheel, control arm bushings, full job $1,800. I messaged the sales rep and also messaged the business never receiving any kind of response. These guys were pretty cool, although, they use some shady tactics that include having other employees call in and act like they are they interested in the same car you are. They use this excuse to not negotiate on the price saying that someone just called and would pay full asking, even enter a bidding war. Anyway, I paid about 20 gs for it and it needs around $10,000 just to get it on the road 4 months after purchase. I would be cautious of this place, i have seen other reviews were people are claiming the were sold a lemon as well.

Great sales and service experience. Reasonable price for my purchase and service staff went above and beyond to correct any known issues and service the vehicle, even fixing a couple things post-sale at no cost. Does not feel like a used car dealership (highest praise I could give!).

Just bought a used car from Fred Ziffer here, he was great! Honest, up front and very friendly. At the last minute they realized the car I was purchasing may have a slight transmission issue and instead of selling me the car they offered to replace the transmission before I take the car. At no cost to me. I can’t even begin to explain how great it is to actually buy a car from a dealership that honest about an issue and make it right. Will buy another car through them without a doubt.

Luke and his team have always gone above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle. Everyone that I have interacted with there is super knowledgeable and you can tell that they really care about what they do. I rarely take time to review, but felt I needed to write about Green Eyed Motors. I bought a Fiat 500e a few weeks ago and had the BEST car purchase experience of my life. It was my first electric car, so I was a bit nervous but my salesperson, Mariah, was excellent. She was patient explaining all the features of the car and helped me set up an app on my phone to find charging stations. There was absolutely NO pressure and it was such a relaxed, causal atmosphere! I had done research on the price prior to my arrival and they exceeded my expectations in every way, giving me an even better price than I imagined. The owner, Luke, made himself available for questions and they expedited my purchase so I could get home to my family. I felt valued and appreciated and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Im so so so happy with my little Fiat - I just ADORE it! Thanks Green Eyed Motors!

This place was amazing! The saleswoman took her time and let us review each car on our list without the high pressure and helicoptering usually found at most dealers. Their selection of green vehicles was very extensive, and our interests were indulged, even in vehicles well out of our price range. In the end we were very satisfied with our experience, and would love to buy cars from them in the future as well.

Josh in service is the absolute BEST! The service department as a whole, with Josh at the helm, really delivers incredible work. They fit me in last minute on a busy day, and always go above and beyond! Seriously, so grateful for these folks!

We have bought two cars from Dave, here at green eyed motors. He was great! We were excited to buy a third car from them, but realised a lot has changed since the last time we were in. Dave no longer works here, and I can imagine all the other good employees left with him. The replacement employees are of a lower level. Smelling like an ash tray, making inappropriate comments, and not fully paying attention to the needs of someone trying to spend good money with them. The entire vibe of the dealership has shifted. I feel like they had a good thing going, but unfortunately slid into the ways of every other used car dealership out there. I used to wear their green eyed motors hats proudly everyday, for two years! Now they sit in the landfill.Dave if youre reading this, I hope youre doing good for yourself in a better work environment, good luck buddy!

Easy going sales team was a nice change, would be 5 stars but theyre a little harder to negotiate with. Im happy with my purchase and will consider them as a top choice for my next vehicle.

We are so happy with our 2015 Nissan Leaf! Mariah was helpful from first contact via email to our showing up to test drive. Well, we fell in love immediately, of course, with our beautiful new (to us, 2015) car.I also have to say I gravitate toward doing business with companies such as Green Eyed Motors, where the goal is good customer service and happy clients. They know that customer satisfaction leads to business growth, and it shows.

I have a mixed review. My experience in the beginning was wonderful. I looked at a car online and flew into the Denver airport. The dealer picked me up and brought me to Boulder where I had a test drive of the car. The car drove well so I agreed to purchase it. I provided a credit card and cashiers check for the price of the car. Thinking I had given a means of payment that was secure I asked for the title. They stated that they would mail it. RED LIGHT, FLAGS, BELLS, SIRENS.That was early December and now it is early FEB. I have no title and my temporary tags have expired. The car that I payed in full for is not just a shiny street ornament.I had also driven the car from Wyoming to Massachusetts and during the drive I had a check engine light. I called the dealer and got voicemail. I left a message and never heard back.I guess that initial impression was just to get me out of the parking lot.Paul Burns

Great experience. Susan sold the car to me and was very nice. I called ahead to make sure the car I wanted was still available after browsing through their website. I drove to Green eyed motors and asked for Susan and she took care of everything I needed. All of my final paperwork was handled by Ciera who was amazing. I enjoyed myself throughout the entire process, it was great. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Green Eyed Motors more, and that means something coming from someone who has worked as a salesman at three different large dealerships in Denver. When others turned me away, these guys bent over backwards to find me financing. I felt their prices were very fair and they werent trying to gouge people with extra fees and dealer handling charges. I liked the small casual and friendly atmosphere. Kudos to Dave, Luke, Jenny, Connor, and Josh. It was a pleasure doing business with you all.

Saw all the great reviews and found a car I wanted from Green Eyed Motors. Called and emailed them to get more info on the car I was interested in buying. NO ONE HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK. Tried several times and no luck.
