Avocado bagel looks nothing like the menu. Disappointed. Coffee is good though.

I come here on a pretty regular basis as its pretty close to my work and the prices are good. The food is usually good, but the service is inconsistent at best. When I order, I have to ask more often than not for two eggs, as they automatically assume one. Its several hours before Im going to eat again, I want as much as I can get in the morning. Sometimes theyll charge me for a second egg and not give it to me. Or like today, they charged me for one when I had to correct the cashier to give me two, the girl standing behind him nodded at two, then proceeded with telling me to my face my order with two eggs, and still the sandwich only has one. Other times theres egg on the bags, or chocolate on the cups when I order a mocha. Its unfortunate, as Id love to keep frequenting here, but Ill find a quick breakfast elsewhere.

My experience has always been great thanks to Dan Zacharias (I believe he is the manager). College kids come and go and some of them dont know much about customer service but Dan always makes sure we keep coming back. I am very impressed with his service and attention to detail. He always comes to our table and asks how is our food and if we need anything. Thank you Dan!

Everything is great except for the cleanliness. Table and floor is dirty each time I come and sit down, which is frequently and at different times of day. This isnt a very good indicator to me. If things improve then perhaps my rating will also.

Staff very rude and confrontational. Consistently have made my orders wrong. Managers seem to think they dont need to wear uniforms. Wont refill napkins; all tables, floors and chairs always very dirty will not return and will be contacting franchise owner regarding my experience.

Go here almost every Saturday! Love this location, the people are super sweet, cooperative and honest. If there is an employee struggling we help them through it if they tell us and they stay positive and sympathetic about it. Also the manger, Nick, is a wonderful person! Very outgoing, positive and considerate. I accidentally ordered the wrong beverage and he let me have the one i wanted for free along with the one i unintentionally got.

I was charged for two bagels instead of one. I asked if I could order a drink and pay the price difference. They agreed and proceeded to make me a hot chai. When I received the drink, it tasted nothing like chai and the whole thing smelled like sour milk. I went up and additionally purchased a regular coffee (I didn’t want to mention the chai because they had already messed up so much and I was starting to feel bad). The coffee was cold. I asked them to replace it with whatever blend was currently hot and they did, which was nice.

Lots of comfy armchairs, tables or high chairs to sit at, nice decoration and ambience. The bagels are pretty good, with tons of options and other menu items. The coffee is Starbucks quality, but a little cheaper! And the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Well to start there were fruit flies all over the bagels . Totally gross. They were sitting on the bagels and there were so many of them that it was easy to see. Also The bathroom was a mess and had no papertowels to dry your hands. All in all wont go here again. The one in Lafayette is way better!

Great service! They try and get food out as fast as they can when it gets busy. I like the fact there are no fountain drinks.

Just went in for a cup of coffee and bagel. Food delicious, place was dirty, no milk or cream. Male team member very nice. The female team member was extremely rude.

Loved it! Their menu is little different from east coast Einstein Bros menu. So if youre travelling, might be a good place to have breakfast. Went there on our way to Rocky mountains

Just because you have bread shaped like a bagel, does not make it a bagel. The shmear is too whipped and light. If you are competing with DD bagels you are already placing yourself in the wrong arena. DD cream cheese is actually better. Ugh. Two stars for convenience and great staff.

Bagels were good, even after we watched one employee preparing food with only one glove on..not even just to cut or use a utensil for, I mean full on making food for customers. Counter girl seemed a bit brain dead and unfamiliar with how to provide any level of friendly service.

Einstein Bagels... Boulder. Horrible Service!!! This is not the first time which prompted me to write this. It look me 35 minutes to get an egg bagel to go on a Sunday with only 3 people in front of me. They only cater to the large phone orders that are called in and you are an afterthought. It’s unacceptable and I will not be back. There are plenty of other Einstein Bagels around who respect each and every customer... ugh!

These people make SUPER bagels and their chai is better than Starbucks! The staff always seems happy to be there.

This place was 1000 times better without the caribou coffee makeover. Once the two hotels are finished across the street I imagine things going downhill...but sales will be up! Lee is the one bright spot remaining.

Got my name wrong, cashier was rude, food is basic not worth 6 bucks. McDonalds would have been better honestly.

Every surface I saw was dirty, from countertops to tables. No sugar at coffee station. No napkins easily accessible.

This Einsteins location is clean and stylish, with the standard chain selection. The staff is usually friendly and the service fast. I only give it four stars because as a coffee shop it is pleasant, but not exceptional.

I really do like this place but all too often they randomly close early and kick you out. I timed my visit today to miss a rainstorm but they closed early and now I’m about to ride my bike to Starbucks in a downpour.

The bagels are still quite good, but they could use a simple visual guide for how browned youd like them toasted. They dont offer large orange juice anymore. Not sure what the Caribou side of the business brings to the table... certainly nothing I care about.I wish they would offer vegan cream cheese. WoodGrain Bagels does, just a few blocks away.I cant recommend anything from the baked goods cabinet, either. I keep seeing gnats or small flies crawling around on the lemon poppy seed bread, there. They REALLY need to do something abouit THAT!

One of my top coffee companies. And who doesnt love a Good bagel with their fabulous coffee.

The bagels were yummy! Went in to order the 13 for 6 bucks deal. Multiple employees stared at me and didnt offer to help. It was like i walked in wearing a bananna costume and started dancing on the tables.... I didnt do that just to clarify. Eventually a nice young lady came from the back and walked around 4 other employees to help me. She was super nice and helpful, wish i caught her name. In summary, good bagels but 4 out of 5 employees put me on ignore. And the deal ended up costing thirteen dollars.

Friendly staff and decent prices. I like the fact that I can get Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bagels in the same location.

Hmm, way more wasteful than one would expect for a Boulder location. They served all food To Go despite asking if we were eating in, everyone was served To Go. We brought our own reuseable coffee cups, gave them the cups but were given coffee in a paper where they then poured them into our cups.The ladies bathroom have not been cleaned in at least 4 weeks. The sink was really dirty (inside and on top) and there was a thock brown ring in the potty. Did not offer recycling which is standard for Einsteins.Food was great! Spoiled by the Arvada location by far.

Used to be my favorite place for breakfast, but the new redesign is extremely outputting. Being able to prep your own coffee was half the reason I ever went here! Now theyre just moving towards being a starbucks clone with bagels.Update: still hate the redesign. Seems like they hired more people and the service is now worse. No one knows where to stand because the queuing has been all messed up. Why did they fix something that wasnt broken??

Ive been buying bagels from these guys for years , I purchase a dozen plus 2 tubs of cc each time every week . Most of the time they do not have what I need because they are out. So I end up waiting for 30 minutes for them to make them . However never ever has the staff offered me a coffee of given me a Free cc , theyve never offered a discount at all! I have spent thousands of dollars over the years they dont even have a frequent buyers punch card! Unfortunately this is why I give them 2 stars , ultimately they should at least give me someSort of bone for patronizing them for so long ! Horrible customer service . Over priced for sure !!

This place always has a long line, and when you finally get to the front of the line, and try to check out, none of the staff seem to know how to work anything and seem clueless (need to get trainings and know how to serve customers better).

They renovated the place, nicer atmosphere and theres a fire place with couches.

Our cashier (Donny?) was rude, didnt seem like he wanted to have to deal with customers. My friends bagel took a while, and then it wasnt even toasted. Lame experience, and we wont be back.

Once wierd very rude black lady claiming to be the manager had customers leave & not come back. Severe attitude problem!
