Normally I love this place I have been going here since I was 8 but today I ordered an iced chai and they made a hot one so I asked if they could re make it. The girl helping me told me she was just gonna poor it over ice which in my opinion is worse than just getting the wrong item. Not only that then I got home and opened up my bagel and it hasn’t been cut in half plus they put avocado on it when I didn’t ask for it.

I got a dozen of yesterdays bagels for $4!!! They were tasty too :)

Absolutely love this place, been going here for almost 10 years and never had a bad experience. Scott always gives the best customer service, and everyone else is also super friendly. And they make some of the best bagels I’ve ever had!!! Cannot recommend this place enough. Best bagel place in Boulder!!!

I stopped in this store this morning just passing through Boulder from Denver and man, I was blown away by the breakfast bagel sandwich I received! I ordered the omelette sandwich on a jalapeno bagel. Divine. Mushrooms and spinach cooked into the egg and just the right toast. It was incredible. The staff was super friendly, too! It seemed like the two guys working were having a great time, friendly service with a smile, I love it. Oh! And the coffee. I dont know too terribly much about coffee but their dark roast, I think it was Santos or cantilena (?) was delicious. Definitely recommend and I will be stopping by next time Im in the area!

Wonderful bagels and coffee! Indoor can get a bit packed but that just shows how good it is! No vegan egg substitutes but wonderful beyond sausage substitute.

Had the New Yorker on a jalapeño bagel, butter instead of cream cheese. Lox was excellent. Janet had the Avocado toast bagel on cream cheese. Terrific! Great service, great food. We walked over from across the street, and appreciate Big Daddy’s being in the neighborhood. Thanks Scott & crew!

I 100% disagree with the recent review from Kimberly. I visit this location ~ once a week have have always had a great experience. Breakfast is great (I love the addition of hashbrowns), the cold brew is fantastic, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful (especially Scott, Eric, and Rowan)

Stopped here to get breakfast on our way to Rockys. Had Big mammas sandwich with latte. The sandwich tasted really good. Very friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommend this place.

Saturday morning the line was about 5 but Big Daddy has an efficient, friendly staff and DELICIOUS bagel sandwiches!

The bagels are tasty with a large variety of options, the dont overpower you with cream cheese, and the staff are always super friendly! I always get the New Yorker on a garlic bagel, toasted, sub the tomatoes for cucumber, and its 100% perfect every time. My favorite bagel place in BoCo!!

The bagels are my favorite & always have been since I was a kid (20+ years ago) but I have to say the service is 98% awful at this location! So much so that I won’t even order from it anymore...the employees will talk bad about customers (even your order!) right in front of you, they’re always getting something wrong even on the simplest of orders, and they have zero pep in their step. This location is such a miserable experience that I now will order from Lafayette even though I live in Boulder if I want a bagel. I hope they can step it up & find some quality employees at the Boulder location!

Ive been going here for 20 years. It used to be the best, now it is merely OK. The quality of the ingredients is sub par for a 9 dollar bagel.

Love This place! Went in on Easter and it was so busy, but the staff was really nice. I don’t believe in god, but their sausage egg and cheese made me see Jesus!! So glad I decided to goto CU now!! Thanks Big Daddy Bagels!!!!

I was recently introduced to this shop and now I literally eat their bagels all the time! Honestly they make some of the best bagels Ive ever had. I tried their chai for the first time today, and thats pretty great as well. The owner is beyond nice and having nothing but great experiences at this place ensures Ill keep coming back. If you are looking for a quick and delicious breakfast stop, this place cant be beat!

Got a Big Daddy burrito this morning, it wasnt terrible....but also wasnt good. Just a big bland sloppy mess. Tasted like a wet sponge wrapped tortilla.

Good bagel place overall but service is terrible. Prepare yourself for missing items and incorrect orders. My suggestion is to not order delivery, and if you order pickup MAKE sure to check that your order was correctly done. The baseline location is in desperate need of better management and more dedicated workers.

Great bagels, spreads, and sandwiches! I dont recommend ordering delivery, and if you order online for pick-up, make sure you check your order before leaving with it, because every time Ive ordered from them they have forgotten to include at least two items.

TL;DR - great service exceptional bagels and coffee. A little on the pricey side.Service was prompt and friendly. And although it took awhile for the food to be made it was because everything was assembled and cooked fresh.My chai latte was one of the best I’ve had, and my friend said her latte was great. I got a “New Yorker” bagel which is a lox and it was VERY tasty. For 3 drinks and 3 bagels it was 48 though, which is a bit more expensive than what I’m used to.Would certainly recommend for anyone who wants to pick up tasty bagels and coffee to go. Shop is small, and has simple table and chairs.

Look forward to going back next time Im in boulder. Have been there twice now. Great menu, helpful staff. The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable.My only complaint is the management having to conduct business in front of customers. Get the managers an office big enough to work in as well as conduct business with employees . Management if you have an office please use it.

I ordered from a delivery service and they forgot the cream cheese on my bagel.

This place understands bagels. Growing up outside New York City, I can say this with some authority. So why does this place understand bagels? Simple. They use a grill for their eggs, they allow you to request ketchup and black pepper with your sandwich. They sell gooey large muffins. I mean really? They have flavored coffee and regular coffee. Nuff said.

Tldr: if you want the correct food with all the ingredients, don’t eat here.First of all, this review is coming from someone who has eaten at this restaurant for the last 20 years, and there was a time when this was a great restaurant. For the last two years, though, it has gone very steeply downhill. Over the last two years, they have not gotten a single order of ours correctly, and today was the final straw. Of the four bagels we ordered, they got one completely wrong, and left half the ingredients off the other two.I am done eating here out of sentiment, I will be going to Moe’ Bagels in the future.

I was craving a breakfast burrito this morning, so popped over to my neighborhood shop. I ordered the 1egg burrito with mushrooms, avocado, and pico de Gallo , on a spinach wrap. It came wrapped in two, cold tortillas, all torn. I took it back home and disassembled it, planning to steam and heat the wrap, then rewrap and eat it. I was able to steam and heat the tortilla, but it was so shredded I needed a fork and knife to eat it. Still tasty, but not the breakfast burrito I paid for.Please, steam your tortillas before filling them with hot food.

Great place for grabbing a bagel. Pretty large selection of both bagels and cream cheeses. Did not care for their coffee but thats pretty standard for a bagel spot. There is some outdoor seating but not a whole lot. Prices are pretty reasonable.

The bagels are the best in boulder but the staff is clearly miserable and their negative energy is super obvious. They also tend to not pay attention well when making/taking orders. Not to mention the prices are way too high.Update: went in again today to give them another shot, didn’t even get my order close to right. Won’t be back.

Bagels are as close as I have found to New York bagels. Plus they offer great deals on day old bagels that are so much better than any you can buy at a store. Highly recommended.

Extremely overpriced. Over $28 for 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches and one of the sandwiches they screwed up twice. Didnt bother finishing it as it was bland and dry. Poor attitudes as well as evidenced by the incompetency.

Our favorite bagel shop in Boulder. Easy parking. Some indoor seating and a few tables outdoors as well. The owners are very supportive of local events and non profits, sports teams, etc.

Food-wise: I tried the New Yorker bagel, it was good. My wife enjoyed her bagel as well (something with jalapeño) and the cinnamon bread was surprisingly good -- and Im not a great fan of cinnamon, I must say.Place-wise: the place is dirty, owners dont care about the facility. I was reluctant about eating there, the review score at Google made me stay. Fortunatelly, I enjoyed the food and I would be back I was was around the neighborhood - however, the place needs some attention.

The stuff there is not organized at all, so the waiting time for one bagel is crazy long even they are not that busy! Never had worst bagel as well,the pastry is old and a few minutes in oven is really not helpful to cover it!Huge disappointment!Never again!

Picked up sandwiches to go to take on a hike. We all loved ours and made the hiker eating next to us jealous about the good looking (and tasty) sandwiches - she asked where we got such big, nice sandwiches!

I come in here a few times a week and I always get the same thing. The bagels are always good, usually exceptional and every now and then you get one that absolutely blows your mind. The service is super fast and friendly, the staff have never once treated me like the half baked, awkward, sweaty kid that I am. I have terrible line anxiety and they never look at me like a weirdo, they just hand me a delicious bagel and send me on my way with a kind word. Im hooked on Big Daddy Bagels !

Ive personally always been a Moes girl. But this weekend I tried Big Daddy Bagels for the first time and I was not disappointed! In addition to bagels, they also have an incredible baked goods selection, and Oregon Chai which was so delicious. Everyone in Boulder is so obsessed with spicy chai where is all the sweet chai love?? While I am loyal to Moes I will definitely return to BDB some time soon.

This place is the best bagel shop in boulder. moes doesnt use real eggs and mickey cs should just be shut down. only bummer about this place is one employee is always a HUGE BUZZ KILL! if you dont like your job, get a new one! other than that- this is the spot.
