I have worked with several body shops in Boulder over the years and this was a stellar experience. Most important is that the work they performed was terrific! We could not be happier with the outcome. Caliber was easy to work with and even accommodated a special logistical request without hesitation. Even better was Jake giving me status updates regularly while the car was in the shop. I highly recommend them!

After my 4Runner was damaged in a hit-and-run, I took my vehicle into this Caliber Collision location through my insurance for repairs and was extremely impressed. The staff is kind and respectful and talked me through the whole process including what to expect, what will likely be done, and estimated completion date, etc. A day or two after dropping off my vehicle, I received an update with all of the estimated cost repairs, complete with pictures. I received regular updates every other day after that, which were greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with and am grateful to Jake Schuman in particular, who made a real effort to expedite the repair process because he knew I did not have rental insurance coverage - I ended up getting my vehicle back before the estimated completion date and it honestly looked like it had never been damaged. Im glad I decided to take my car into Caliber through my insurance rather than just taking a check and going elsewhere -the experience as a customer was excellent.

I came in without an appointment after I had run over a deer and the panel under my car was dragging. They were super friendly and fixed in within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Yes, he’s that old but with age comes knowledge and he’s got a lot of it! He kept me informed through the whole process, and I got my car back sooner than expected.The work performed was exceptional, the repaired panels came out straighter than from the factory the technician was quite handsome, pretty sure they called him “the Italian stallion”. Paint was flawless, like glass! Chris the manager went out of his way to get me home because I didn’t have rental coverage and he even delivered my car when it was done! Who does that??? If I could give ten stars, I would. Jake and his team were excellent from day one. I never had to call them once; Jake called me every other day with updates on the repairs. He even went the extra mile and negotiated with Geico for a discount on the deductible for a minor headlight scratch that he subsequently buffed out, free of charge. The hood and the left side of my BMW looks just as it did six years ago when it rolled out of the Munich plant. I would recommend Caliber to family and friends, and will not be taking my car to any other shop. I know there are several Caliber body shops in Boulder, I can only vouch for the one located at 3200 Valmont.

I was referred to Caliber by members of the MINI 5280 club. They dont deal with the insurance company of the person who hit my bumper directly and fore-warned me the process may take longer. The manager, Tom, was extremely helpful in meeting me on my level of car and insurance knowledge; explaining the process, checking in with me every couple of days and doing an estimate ahead of the insurance companys representative. The process was extremely efficient, quick and my car looks better than pre-accident. I had a wonderful experience working with a company that looked after my car as I would if I had the expertise myself.

My vehicle was repaired here on late 2018. The repairing process was simple and prompt. But, after a year, the paint color on the repaired part start showing difference and doesnt match the original color on other parts.

Highly recommend this location! The office manager is very knowledgeable and helpful with anything you need to know! Also, my car doesn’t look like it was ever in an accident at all thanks to the maintenance men!

Auto body repair shop. Rear quarter panel was displaced from vehicle with a chunk of the bumper missing and minor damage to the tire and rear hatch door.They were able to do the needful, and go above and beyond for some other issues and helped me out.

Extremely helpful and informative on the process. They fought to get OEM parts and did everything they possibly could to get the replacement door looking like new, including near perfect paint blending on metallic paint.

I got rear ended and needed my bumper/muffler and exhaust replaced. My knowledge of car repairs is very minimal, so Jake made sure to explain everything to me to make me feel comfortable about what repairs were needed. At every step he went above and beyond any expectation to keep me in the loop with the repairs. When a part was not shipped, causing a delay to the repairs Jake also helped me get into a rental SUV so that I could still travel to the mountains to be with my family for Christmas. 5 stars is not enough. Jake and the team at Caliber were great. I will never go anywhere else.

I had a stolen catalytic converter and it need to be replaced. The OEM part was backordered by more than a month. These folks got the part from a dealership faster than another dealership and got the part replaced within the day. Had to get my Subaru car door fixed after the wind whipped it open. They originally estimated it would be done in 10 days (over the xmas/new years holidays), but they got it done within 2 days! Had my brand new gladiator hit a few months ago in an RV park. Was finally able to get it in the shop after a few delays, and have to say I’m happy I waited. The people at Caliber were overly communicative, with daily updates via text and multiple phone calls. They’re also a metal shop, so no fear of bondo or fillers to fix the body damage. Beyond pleased with the service and quality of work. And it looked like the day I drove it off the lot. Detailed in and out.

This is the ONLY place Ill take my cars for body work in the future. Jake and team did some jaw-dropping work on my Jeep Wrangler that was rusting from the outside in due to cracking paint and a botched previous repair job (different shop) on the passenger side quarter panel. This place has helped me not once but twice now, in a matter of 3 months. Due to all the snow we’ve gotten this season I unfortunately have crashed twice, damaging the left side of the car the first time and the right side the second time. Fantastic experience. Jake, Emily, and his team are so courteous, professional, and helpful. My car was hit in a hit-and-run. I have a car that does not have parts easily available. Imaginably, this was a stressful process. However, Jake and his team made the process easy and accessible. Jake and Emily are fantastic communicators. I never wondered what was going on with my car; Jake kept me updated throughout the process.They are not only professional, but friendly too. There are three different Calliber locations in Boulder. The day I was supposed to pick my car up, I mistakenly went to the other two locations (my own fault). This was right near closing time. When I called in a panic, worried Id have to spend another day with a rental, Emily laughed and reassured me they would keep the store open till I got there.The cherry on top: My car came back brand new. Highly recommend this location to anyone, and will take my car back there in the future if needed.

Been to caliber twice at two different locations (one in Aurora and one in Boulder) where they fixed some fender bender action. Overall pleased with the service. Both occasions were not-at-fault insurance claims on new trucks, so I can’t comment on value.Whoever does the final detail cleaning on the vehicles deserves an award and a pay raise though. I drive a lot of dirt roads and my truck was FILTHY when I brought it in. When I picked it up it was as clean as the day I got it from the dealer.Would recommend going to these guys, especially the Boulder location. They did a great job.
