Pretty good store. The staff was helpful in finding the printer ink, but the guy didnt seem to know much about the products. Also, Im not sure how this location is staying open. Its empty every time Ive stopped in.

Couldnt get help. When I did get someone, they were out of stock. I asked to buy the floor model and he said he couldnt sell it. I asked again and he turned and walked away never looking back. I was planning on spending $165+ at the store, but just parked my cart and left the store. I have been in the store many times and it just seems that it is understaffed and more of a self-serve store. I dont mind waiting to be helped, but his rudeness is inexcusable. I will not shop there again. There are plenty of office supply stores that make a customer feel welcome and appreciated. Goodbye Staples.

We get most of our supplies from this location. For the most part we are able to get what we need. Many times the selection is a bit sparce and the service can be slow. We still go back though.

I had the worst customer experience ever at this store. Cold, unkind, disrespectful. All while trying to spend money on a $400 laptop. Youd think that trying to help the customer and make them feel welcome and taken care of would be on the top of their list. Nope, instead I was told that my computer problems were all my fault and was even told at one point they wouldnt except my return of the laptop, though I was returning it within their 14 day store policy window. I worked with CJ one of the managers there during my transaction. He did very little communicating through the problem and he showed zero care towards helping me. Do NOT go there if you are looking to make an important purchase or care to have any form of customer service. This is not the store for you.

Went in to get one single document printed & was told that they were backed up until Tuesday. Desk staff at the printing kiosk was unfriendly & just sitting there on the computer, no printing was happening whatsoever. I had to initiate the conversation & was told that the Lynwood store might be able to help. Unacceptable.
