This FedEx Office Print and Ship location was by far superior to any other print shop we have had to use. Keith L. was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind helping us with our printing needs, like rockstar status-type of help. Highly recommend this lication to meet your printing needs.

Eric and the staff here were amazing help today. The lady who packaged the 3 GIANT boxes and the manager on duty all did everything they could to help us!Even though we were still sent home with the boxes due to an error on the relievers end.They had amazingly positive attitudes through a stressful morning.And although they were busy they were amazing in trying to help in any way possible!!

So your representative at this fedex office stated that my shipment is insured for the value of the eBay sale. I specifically asked about insurance. This is the most disappointing transaction in all my years on this planet. The very fact that your employee provided inaccurate information and on top of that treat the customers goods like a sack of concrete is astounding. You destroyed a valuable piece of electronics that was well packaged and offer 100 bucks compensation. I find it incredible that your company is even remotely considered world class. You have my vote for classless!

I spent 1 hour, they could not figure out how to send a package to Russia. The clerk was very passion but very incapable. They ended up giving me customer service number, and the rep would hang up on me there because some department is closed. I also wanted to buy a sticky note, they could not check it out. I put 2 instead of 1 because they were polite and really tried.Next day I went to UPS and just got business done, no BS.

My experience has always been good here, but their help with my project this past week has been exceptional. They have been patient, knowledgeable, and competent every time I have popped in for more help (printing stencils from a file on a usb drive).

Had a package rerouted to this location. Staff here is very friendly and goes out of the way to help. Eric has great customer service skills.

The fed ex express delivery driver Paul was e rudest person Ive ever met. I would give zero stars but you cant. He decided to be rude to me and the employee who was working there and caused a scene because he didnt want to take the packages from me directly after the employee told me to hand him the packages so he could load them on the truck. He was unprofessional and rude to me and his fellow employee. This guy needs a reality check!

Anthony was polite and incredibly knowledgable. He helped me print custom game components, and took the time to make sure it would print exactly as I needed, even giving me samples of my order on different weight papers. Would recommend!

So so pleased with my visit. I bought a locket for my girlfriend for our anniversary and had no idea how best to get a tiny picture printed off my phone to put inside. Decided to go to Kinko’s/Fedex and am so glad I did! Brent helped me get the sizing and material perfectly and Eric very kindly helped me cut out the picture and fit it inside, both guys went above and beyond with their service! The locket came out so perfect and I can’t wait to give it to her! Thanks so much for blessing our anniversary guys!!

Went there to ship a return package. Met with a Super friendly and efficient service guy, he printed the return label, inside package slip, taped up the torn packaging perfectly - all under 5 mins with zero cost to me. Delightful customer experience.

They were quick and helpful with a dolly for the heavy box I needed to pick up. Very friendly and when my package was missing they searched the database for me.

Most of the staff here are great, but on more than one occasion, i’ve seen the manager-type (possibly just in his own mind) guy treat customers with sneering condescension. today it was apparently my turn.not a great quality in a service business employee.fortunately, there’s a perfectly good UPS store about 5 minutes away.

I had a wonderful experience tonight. I was helped by both Eric and Josh who had great attitudes and made fun conversation while waiting.Earlier in the day I had visited another shipping store who had quoted me about x7.5 the cost to package and ship the same package, with not even close to the same level of customer service. There was even a dolly available to wheel my heavy shipping item inside.My fiancee and I have been here a few times in the past and it has always been a great experience. I will be back!

I’ve been here twice and both times they were incredibly helpful and went beyond the basic things I needed. I will definitely use them again in the future without hesitation. Eric is especially great, he remembered me from a month ago and asked how my previous project went.

Went in to the Bothell location yesterday for help with printing 150 programs for an upcoming memorial for a family member. Eric immediately assisted me, was SO kind, found me exactly what I wanted and helped me find the most affordable route to get it. Was ready to be picked up that evening. Attentive staff and all office needs represented

Nice facilities... great ventilation... no obnoxious ozone fumes from copy machines... FedEx shipping services, copy services, workstations, computers & printers, + additional services (banners, etc).The desks in the workstations were a bit dirty... they need to clean desktops... other than that, Great place to get projects/work done.Wish their hours were longer like before.

This is a clean, and well run store. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help. Antonio is particularly friendly, and is willing to take the time to handle whatever you need. One of the best FedEx stores Ive been in.

Horrible customer service. Asked to have the manager Mike call in regards to a package that was delivered to an incorrect address by a dishonest driver and then dropped off at the Bothell location by an honest homeowner. Was advised by Eric that Mike would not be calling us, not sure the manager knows that his employees are answering for him but a very improper way to handle the situation and its now 4 days since they received the package.

Good location. Came here and got what I came here for. Service was quick and prices reasonable. I will come back here.

The employee working was very helpful. He printed everything I needed and was out of here within 5 minutes.(The Lynnwood location was very unhelpful and their binding machine was not working. They also told me if I wanted to print anything on a higher pound paper other than 20lb, I would have to purchase a whole ream of paper to print a two page document...)

The guys this morning made my day better, and more efficient. They are truly pros.

Nice people and fast job

Hours are good for after work pickups. However, after waiting for them to find the package I had on hold it appears that they mistakenly put it on a truck for delivery, with the problem being that there is no one available at my home to sign for the package.

Went in on a week day to send a package and had the worst experience ever. The current Manager a short lady who had a arm plaster was very unhelpful and chatty with the other employees while progress was lacking. I had to flag them multiples times as they stood and talked while being oblivious to the situation. Surprisingly they were loud enough that the whole store could hear the conversation, but came up and apologized while saying that she had to talk to her manager about work stuff. I had a horrible experience that day and was helped by three to four people because most of the staff clearly did not want to be there that day. A very pleasant latina lady then came to my rescue and helped me send my package, even offered to help me open a Fedex account that I now regularly use. She should be managing that place not the horrible lady who was there. Anyway I am happy customer, as Fedex has always delivered on time and this experience will not make me go elsewhere but please, look into your employees and train them at least.

Needed a document printed for a college class. went to staples last night and was told theyd be backed up til Tuesday! In desperation, I got searching and found this place. I submitted the document online and received a call about 20 minutes later telling me that my document was ready! Thanks fedex!!!
