I have this place a 4⭐️ because my doughnut 🍩 wasn’t warm. Overall it was good, my white chocolate mocha was delicious.

The first time I came through as a gig worker and the ladies working made me feel like coming back as a customer. When I did come back it felt depressing. The service made me feel like an inconvenience. It felt like a walk-in clinic. What happened to those ladies? Starbucks is common and packed, I wanted a community feel to my morning. I didn’t get that. Donuts are good but if I wanted that kind of experience I would have went to Frost. Shame I was looking for a good before work morning coffee spot.

I remember living on Capitol hill and first visiting the Original location. I love top pot. Donuts which dont skim on the tasty bits. A wide variety of offerings. Give your taste buds an amazing experience.

First time at Top Pot Doughnuts. Lots of varieties of doughnuts but they run out of quantity towards EOD. Got half dozen for $13.49. Doughnuts are good but pretty expensive.

I started going to this shop more frequently in recent months. Food and bavarges are great. Little expensive than Starbucks. Please change your coffee cup holders, they are silky and dropping off from hands. It happend 3 time so far. This need to be fixed asap.

This place is so cute! I wanted to try some homemade doughnuts since Ive moved here. Im from the East Coast originally so we have Dunkin Donuts everywhere where I used to live.Out here...not a Dunkin Donuts in sight. So to Top Pot I went. I did not get doughnuts but on my next visit I will. I did however get a delicious cup of coffee and an equally scrumptious breakfast pie.The breakfast pies are made with flaky dough that reminds me of Phyllo dough. Its buttery and has a light crunch. My pie was filled with a soft egg scramble with bell peppers and sausage. It was filling for being so surprisingly small. Boy, did they pack it with filling though.This is a cute and quaint little doughnut shop thats a chain, Ive discovered. They have several other locations. Id stop here again for a quick way to relieve my doughnut cravings. Its a great substitute for Dunkin. Lmao, this transplant approves!

Only problem with this place is that it is too short of a drive to score doughnuts. Salted Carmel is my favorite, but a massive selection.

Excellent doughnuts! My favorite is the maple bar! Its flavor is so good and the inside is light and fluffy, not dense like at many other places. I also love the fritters and most others. This location has a drive thru which is really convenient.

I just want to post in response to Marc Northrop’s review. I happened to be at TopPot when he came in and ordered his coffee and donut.He asked if he could sit inside. The kids working informed him that they were sorry, the lobby was still closed. They went on to say it was a company wide decision, not one made by the store. He became incredibly aggressive to the baristas, yelling and cursing at them. He angrily asked about sitting at their chairs outdoors. He was told the same information. He then walked outside and climbed over the fence and sat down.Luckily there was a female police officer who insisted on helping them. The police officer talked to him and it appeared he was going to leave. Instead he came inside and took pictures of the baristas. All three employees were female, two of them couldn’t be older than 21.Hey Marc, they’re not afraid of Covid-19. But now they are afraid of you. Everyone who overheard you is kinda afraid of you. Maybe don’t go back to TopPot if you can’t act like a grown up.

Try their Cookies and Cream! Really yummy! Double trouble and bavarian cream filled. Yum. Coffee is awesome too. Its smaller than starbucks but you can really taste the coffee ☕️.

I ordered Earl Gray decaf and a donut. I cant have caffeine for a few health reasons. My heart skips beats and then I get arrhythmia. I know from the effects I had after drinking the tea that they messed up and gave me full caffeine. Next time Ill be more careful that they got my order right.

Wow!! Nuff said!! Pretty expensive until you take the first bite of your doughnut and forget about the cost! The customer service was amazing as well!! Very friendly, positive, and everyone else in the shop were all regulars, which the woman helping us knew everyone by name.The father and little girl in front of me brought in a Tupperware full of cake pops for all the staff for Valentines Day!! It was really cute! Thats gotta tell you something as well! I will definitely be returning for more of the best doughnuts Ive ever had! Im willing to bet that their coffee is pretty dang good too, Ill find out soon enough!

I love the donuts. Staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes they seem generally excited to help. Sometimes I get someone that makes me feel like an inconvenience.

I went in last Wednesday and parked my car at 5:54 p.m. I was aware that they close at 6, so I was happy I made it on time. The girl working refused to serve me.

Excellent donuts and the coffee smelled amazing. Cant wait until dining in opens again to hang out with the amazing smells.

So I’ve been coming here at least twice a week. Doughnuts and coffee have been good and it’s near our apartment. We would often reward our son with a donut for having a good week on Fridays. However, I’ve noticed the service being pretty terrible the last couple times I’ve been through. I’m pretty bubbly and often say “Good morning! How are you?!”, especially considering I’m a frequent flyer and should know them by name at this point. Today’s response was “Hi. What do you want?” I was a barista for years, it’s really not hard to put a smile on and make people feel welcome. And if you don’t like people, find a different job. 🤬 But that’s really not the worst thing. So my fiancé and I have noticed that our punchcard towards a free coffee hasn’t been moving the last 3-4 times we’ve been through. (Usually getting more than one coffee and donut at a time, mind you) So today I made sure to had the punch card over and watched. They’ve been punching the second spot on the card OVER and OVER! As if they don’t get enough money and can’t spare a free coffee after we collectively spent $100+ here. Insane to me. I’ll attach a photo of the card if I can. Anyways, lost me and my family as customers. Hopefully this will spare some others the grief.

The Bavarian cream doughnut is the best. This is my go to spot for coffee or doughnuts.

Decent. Coffee was mediocre at best. Doughnut was better but nothing spectacular. It was a little dry, which is typical of cake doughnuts. I was just a bit underwhelmed by quality compared to price.

Don’t waste your money. Go to Starbucks. This is an honest review. When I approached the cashier, no smile just straight what can I get you. The whole transaction lacked customer service. Not even a fake smile. I didn’t feel welcomed and I felt they did not appreciate my business. I ordered two donuts and a croissant which wasn’t even warmed up. That was a big disappointment. The worst part was the 16oz Chai I ordered was served slightly warmer than room temperature which was disappointing. But worse than that, the drink was DISGUSTING! Tasted like water with Chai spice sprinkled in with some foam. I could still drink something made less than perfect because I hate wasting money, but this drink went down the sink. It was so horrible. I seriously urge people reading this to go somewhere else. Don’t waste your money on a business that doesn’t value customers.

Went here bright & early one morning and I was a bit slow to order. The woman at the first window was beyond patient with me; she was all smiles, gave me suggestions, and never rushed me for a moment. The woman at the second window was just as kindhearted as the first! They really brightened my day! And, as if it needs to be said, Top Pot doughnuts are the best doughnuts on the planet.

I’ve read some very negative things about this place but I’m here to tell you it’s fantastic! Servers were helpful & polite. Donuts were worth the price & even tho their grinder was down & I couldn’t get a decaf expresso the decaf drip was excellent! This is our go to place from now on.

Mill Creek store is hit and miss. Doughnuts are overpriced but usually good. Never know what will be available though. Coffee can be bitter or good but not outstanding either way.Several years ago when they just started in the University bookstore the doughnuts were much larger/fresher/cheaper and something to rave about. They got successful and started to drop quality. Too bad. Hopefully you go on a good day.

If you want fresh delicious donuts skip this place and go to Frost which is down the street. If you want donuts later than like 2:30, youre gonna be out of luck, and in the case that they do have them, theyre probably stale and a couple of days old. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service isnt even good, the girl with brown hair the last time I was here didnt seem like much help and didnt even greet us when we came in. She was on her phone and looked like she was so over being there. Top pot, if you want to compete with places like Frost, youre gonna need new staff and fresher and more available products.

Drove up to the window around 8:30am and no one came to the window. They looked closed. Waited awhile there while I looked up their phone number and then called them because I simply couldnt believe they wouldnt be open. No one answered the phone. Started driving and noticed the 2nd pickup window was open. I called out and amazingly a lady came to the window. Let her know Id been at her window and called them too with no response to either. I backed up to the order window, ordered, and she gave a full punch card to validate for a free coffee on our next stop. The donuts were kind of dry and not that sweet, so unsure if Ill be back.

I told them I was a teacher and it was the last day of school and they gave me coffee and donuts for free. Plus, the people are always nice and the donuts are great. I love this place!!

Just got a coffee at their drive up window about 15 min before they closed, it was just one guy working inside and had a bunch of customers in the store as well. He greeted me right away. Got my order a few min later and apologized for the wait, and a few min later he gave me a free doughnut with my coffee and thanked me again for waiting. I wish I got his name but if anyone from top pot is reading this it was the Bothell location and he had black hair pulled back in a ponytail. Great service. Thanks again

Doughnuts get shipped up from Renton. They quickly run out of flavors--even at 9:30am. Lots of space to sit, but never knowing what they will have in stock really diminishes the business.

The donuts are great, but a little pricey. Glad they were having a BOGO sale.

Had the Ovaltine donut for the first time here and of course a few other raised ones, probably the best tasting donuts you can buy.

Dropped in for coffee with a friend. Comfy living room furniture as well as tables. A good coffeehouse feel. Just wish they had some non-sweet food. The only food I saw besides doughnuts was harvest squash bread. It was good but still sweet. Coffee was very good.

The doughnuts and coffee are always good. But I tried one of the breakfast sandwiches this morning and it was fantastic. One more reason to come to Top Pot!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its kind of a cool vibe, but the coffee is absolutely awful. If the coffee was priced to the quality i would probably give this place 4 stars. I paid $6 for a 8 oz cappuccino which ended up being a poorly frothed latte

Im super lucky to have Top Pot Doughnuts in the neighborhood! A last minute decision to stop and Im so glad I did! First time there and was surprised and excited to see their awesome selection of doughnuts. They had such a different variety of kinds and flavors that I couldnt pick just one, or two. I ended up just getting a dozen,.and needless to say, none went to waste! I would recommend Top Pots to a friend, they are more than worthy!

I’m surprised. For $13.50 a half dozen, frosted donuts should come in a box. Just stopped in this Saturday morning at about 9:30 AM. There were only three cars in line yet it took me nearly 15 minutes to place and receive my order. Got home and the donuts were all stuck together the frosting from one stuck to the bottom of the next. I probably won’t be back, I think I’ll stick with Frost donuts in the Mill Creek town Center. They have a bigger selection, faster service, and they put your donuts in a box. Very disappointed for my first time at Top Pot. The brewed coffee that I ordered was so weak I had to spill it out.

Tasty food and drinks with good seating. Family friendly with lots of high chairs. Unlike some other places in the area, the music is never super loud or obnoxious. You have to get here early for the next selection some days.

I looooooove top pot donuts. And I eat a lot of donuts. My go to is the chocolate sandcastle and and iced coffee. Just a bit of advice.... Dont use the drive thru on the weekend. They really should just close it up on Saturdays and Sundays

Top Pots joined our community a couple years ago, and Ive been a regular coffee goer ever since. The atmosphere is fun, but calm, and the coffee is great quality. I appreciate the fact that they offer higher quality ingredients in their breakfast sandwiches, and such a large variety of donuts. The staff is also super attentive, with great customer service. Shelly is one of the baristas whom has been there for quite a while, and she always makes it a special and wonderful experience with her big smile and warm heart. I was devastated when the previous shop, Lady latte, got bought out, but Top Pots won me over just the same! Well worth a visit!

What a great little Shop full of pattiserie, coffee and other snacks. Clean, affordable, great staff, centrally located with easy parking. We had a meeting here and it had a great ambiance.

Not only that, the coffee is finely tailored to your needs. And the layout. It reminds you of a cozy cabin hidden deep in the mountains of Washington but oh so accessible. I want to like this location. So close to home. However, today and one other time, I went into the store and was ignored. The one employee working is having an in depth conversation about how she wishes they had white coffee beans at the drive thru window. I just want a cup of any coffee. No acknowledgement that I was there. I waited five minutes. I would say I was the only one waiting in line, but one person does not make it a line.

The girls working were hilarious! They made us several different delicious coffees and suggested really delicious pastries. Will visit again when my family and I are in the area.

Oh my goodness soo yummy! We happened to go in on their anniversary so we got our lattes for a dollar. Wide selection of coffee drinks and pastries and snacks. If they wanted to put Bavarian cream in their maple bars it would be perfect.

I dont care what the hipster crowd is saying, this is just another example of, if you put a big enough price tag on it, the sheep will flock to your door.$4.00 for any donut is crazy. $4.00 for *these* donuts is ludicrous.Quality ingredients & freshness are critical; but the quality seems to be missing, and the price tag is making promises its taste doesnt fulfill.

I believe the donuts are soaked in a sugar bath. Some dont mind a lot sugarFar too sweet and far to expensive to stop by regularly. Its a once in six months special occasion.

These are the most delicious donuts Ive ever eaten in my life. The apple fritters are heavenly. The coffee is rich, flavorful, perfect with a doughnut at any time of day. Its that addicting! Good thing I dont live very close to Top Pot Bothell or Id probably go every single day. If youve never tried a Top Pot Doughnut youre missing out on what a donut should really taste like. This place is the best.

Great place to bring the laptop. I recommend the iced brew (extra shot) and the bacon maple bar. Not cheap, but get a punch card. Youll be back.
