I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to this T-Mobile 2 years ago. I was under a prepaid plan and I just went in to set up auto pay. Simple, right? The guy there asked for my social and said it was just to verify my identity, not to put me on a post paid plan, so I went ahead and gave it to him and he set up my “pre-paid” account.So fast forward to yesterday, I went into the Totem Lake location. A guy named Edgar helped me out. Edgar was extremely helpful and showed me that I was actually on a postpaid plan. Edgar also told me I was overpaying by about $15-20 for over 2 years. So don’t go to this location, go to totem lake. I cannot believe how the guy there lied to me, just for a few bucks of commission.

We were with Sprint and the customer reps told us in order to migrate over to T-Mobile , we would have to terminate two lines before getting the b1g1 offer . Then we were told at another store that this does not work anymore due to termination within 90 days . Misinformation given to customers causing a lot of confusion .

Thomas is an amazing employee who helped guide me 2 different days thru a phone exchange. There was some complications with an in store vs online transfer, and he patiently got me thru the issues with such professionalism. He was very informative and made sure that I had all the info needed while he spent the time being on customer care for hrs in the store. Thank you. You are a great employee and kind human being.

Danielle, a customer service representative at this store, went above and beyond to help me. After spending hours on the phone with general customer service over the course of a couple weeks, I finally went to this store. Danielle was the one that was professional enough, AND CARED ENOUGH, to resolve my issue. The reason this issue was so hard to resolve is because I happened to find a bug in the T-mobile application that was preventing me from doing a task that had a major impact on my account billing. I wont go into detail with the bug, because I dont want to disclose a security vulnerability. Anyway, general customer care on the phone really wasnt determined enough to get to the bottom of the issue, because I legitimately was encountering an edge case in the server side logic of the application. Danielle had to wade through several layers of IT support over the course of 30-45 minutes in order to resolve this issue. The application logic for my account was in a state that was causing the server to timeout every time I accessed my profile. I was ready to give up and go home and find a new service provider. I literally said to Danielle, Its okay, Ill just forget about it, because I was frustrated and tired of dealing with what I knew was a legitimate bug in the web application. By the time I got to Danielle, I was getting pretty sassy. However, she was determined to resolve the issue when other employees were not. In the end, she worked with T-mobile back-end IT in order to manually enter my information into the database. I really appreciate Danielles professionalism and calm under pressure. Customers started piling in and there was a line because I had been there for so long. I can confidently say that I will stay with T-mobile as long as employees like Danielle are there providing support-- she kept calm and troubleshooted the problem even though there was no clear answer to my problem. Thank you so much, Danielle!

My wife came here to change her number and they lied to her telling her that she needed a new line of service in order to do the number so they did modified the account she was tricked by management team some guy named EVAN and the store manager . please try a different location or call customer service. this guys are dishonest and they lie to customers just to make a buck.

Dont get your phones here, their knowledge of their products is awful and if you honestly dont have a choice or want to make the drive to other locations DO NOT let them attach the screen protector. They are all seriously terrible at it. Their service is awful as well and are only interested in you if you show interest in their other products. They dont approach you when you walk in the store, and are uninterested in providing service.

I had the best experience here getting a new phone. Id been to another store the time before and had to wait over an hour to talk to someone so having a staff member able to help me right away was great. She also let me know about a different calling plan that was cheaper than my old one and she and her coworkers were able to balance all the walk in traffic and keeping everything moving. They young lady who helped me choose a phone also was able to find a case and screen cover at another location for me because they were out.

My husband and I were told that if we traded in our phones we qualified for a discount promotion. We were told that we couldnt pay for the phones out right in order to get the discount we had to wait for our 1st billing cycle to go through then we could buy our phones with the promotion applied. Upon calling T-Mobile today and discussing it with their customer service team at length this was not an option the promotion only works when extended for 24 months in credits. Therefore the associate at this bothell location just wanted to make the sale and was dishonest with us and we are disappointed. We will not go to the store again.

This store is always very clean and bright and the staff here does a great job at being attentive and making you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I feel like they are also good at making sure your questions are answered and that youre taken care of without being too pushy or intrusive.I dont speak Spanish, however Ive heard customers being helped by Spanish-speaking staff on more than once occasion and I thought it was a great example of them going above and beyond in a way that many establishments may not.This is my go-to store if I need any accessories, help, or to make changes to my account. Ask for Cutler!

Love this location! Started going here after the other Bothell location upset me. The staff is always super knowledgeable and if they dont know an answer they ask their fellow workers or even look it up!! They go above and beyond at this location. Will never step foot in another T-mobile again.

We just switched 4 lines over to T-Mobile from another carrier and added a 5th line. The staff at the T-Mobile Bothell store made it a great experience. They worked with us through a lot of logistical challenges with two of the phones in different states needing to be ported over at different times plus upgrading/transferring/adding devices and accessories.Megan was awesome!!! She was confident and knowledgeable about the plans and devices offered and was able to clearly communicate which helped so much.The whole team at this store worked very well together, kept things light and fun, and even stayed late to work through all the details. It wasnt a quick process but we were processing a lot of different things and it never felt like we were being rushed or that any of our questions were not heard or considered unimportant. T-Mobile has got some great things going and this store is a great example of their commitment to customer service. Thanks for taking on a difficult and complicated transaction and making it seem smooth and easy. I will definitely recommend this store to others.

The service sucked, they had no idea what they were talking about, from the plans to the products. they were too distracted talking to each other and shooting the breeze to give us good customer service and get us in and out in a reasonable time. he forgot to put in the sun card, and our sd card. so he placed the sd card in the shredding drawer and it was almost shredded. we will not be going back to this T-Mobile location.

We just walked out. 3 employees (2 helping one, the other helping someone) we came in for my sons 15th Birthday to upgrade his phone. In the 15 mins we looked aroumd and waited not a single one made eye contact or even said hello someone will be with you as soon as we can nothing... Were now driving to Bellevue Square. Terrible customer service for a Sat.

Stopped in to see why my phone was acting up with random screen pics when charging -- this had just started. Got the initial youre crazy stare but as I pushed on, the employee looked it up online and confirm, thats just because of an update - good luck!. Nice enough but had to push a bit to get some service. Once I did, it was well provided.

I have never had a good experience at this T-mobile. It is the closest location to me therefore I have to stop in sometimes. I cant even walk in with a smile, I know these edgy little hipsters only care about their commission.One time an employee hounded me to buy a Sync Up drive, I explictly told him I do not need one for I do not have a car. He insisted saying things like Cmon you can just sell it to me Cmon just buy and resell it Save for whe you can get a car. That is beyond in appropriate. I was there with my immigrant mother who is learning English. The employee would ask her to buy the Sync Up in Spanish.. He started to pressure my mom. I dont like to pull the race card, but I feel like he was trying to take advantage of my mom! He convinced to buy something I dont need and I left the store feeling violated.That is not the only inappropriate occurance there.After that my demeanor at the store is cold, I dont trust the employees.Go to a location where they hire rational and compassionate adults.

One stars being way nice... sold junk, mislead, then when I go back the next day i was overcharged then even customer service said Im entitled to, AND the guy DIDNT even activate the new phone I ended up having to pay even way more for... wish I wouldnt have ever gone into that location... WORST service and made t mobile a very BAD picture costing me soo much money and for what ohh him to keep my SD card so now Ive lost my previous phone and special plan I cant get back and Im out over 400$.. definitely regretting ever going in.. and definitely not on the join T-Mobile teamt and will be letting everyone know about how aweful this whole situation has been....I never did an update but just to be clear it was the location T-Mobile’s employees there that made the service horrible. T-Mobile reached out to me immediately by phone and gave me the 400$ credited to my account and was very sorry for my experience and notified the workers at the location to their district manager, so in the end happy!
