This was the only auto shop I could find that didn’t require appointments booked days or weeks out. I drove up and they had my car diagnosed and lifted within a few minutes (I brought my own parts and knew what was wrong so this made the process even faster). My car was a bit rusty underneath so the bolt heads broke off during the fix, and although they didn’t have the parts on hand, they let me borrow their tools so I could find the part at a nearby scrapyard. They’re a small shop, but I’m sure they’ll expand soon with this level of customer service and helpfulness. Plus, their lobby has snacks🙂

I was looking around to get my tire repaired on bothell rd, called 5 places, good year, tire discount and other repair shop, all of them wanted me to get an appointment for a simple 5 minutes flat repair. Found safety auto repair on google maps, went there and they fixed it right there right then , believe it or not the owner was so nice that he didn’t even charge me for fixing the flat. I’m referring all my friends and family to this place for sure. Thank you so much guys. All these other shops will charge you arm and leg but not these guys because I asked him about his repair services cost.

I have been going to Farshad at Safety Auto Repair for about a year now; and it’s pretty much the only place I’ll go for my car maintenance. He is very friendly and gives you a personable experience. This shop cares about your needs when it comes to car troubles and will always do their best to find you the most cost efficient price they can find. I’ve never had a bad experience, which says a lot, because auto repair shops can be quite rude and passive. This place is not, its an all over 5 star shop that deserves way more attention. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and will continue to go back.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I have always had the best experience! They are professional, friendly and go out of their way to assist you. My alternator had issues and I wasn’t able to keep my car on long enough to drive it to the shop. They came the next day, towed my car, fixed my alternator and towed it back to my home! They knew I had a busy schedule and they were so nice to accommodate me. No other shop would have done this! I recommend everyone to come here :)

I was fortunate to stop in to check out Safety Auto Repair. Farshad is awesome, friendly and thorough. Between my girlfriend and I we now bring all three cars to him as needs arise (BMW, Mercedes and Kia). He takes pictures, explains whats up, and their prices are honest. Definitely give them a shot!

I called and talked to Farshad and he was gracious enough to let me come down right away so he could take a look at my AC in my truck. It’s 109 and I’m trying to go east of the mountains in a few days so this is a necessity! I pulled in and honestly had doubts, but thought it worth a shot. He looks a bit and I told him what I tried to do. I’ve done work on AC units in homes so I get the gist.. he gives me a price, I ask is that per hour? He says no, that price and I can tell you what’s wrong and we go from there, so I’m like, “great! That’s awesome!” He says it might take 30 minutes, might take 2 hours.. at that, I’m satisfied for sure. Then 20 minutes later I gotta call my ride back and tell him I’m all good and my AC is working and now I am looking forward to this weekend!! So stoked!! I freaking love that guy!! And guess what he did after all this, he dropped the price. I told him he didn’t have to but he didn’t mind at all. He just asked if I write a review. This is a rave review for sure. Go see him NOW!!I’m editing my review just to add that I have been back and every time he has a way to fix the problem and when he can do it easy he does not charge much at all. Saves my life and doesn’t charge me on those grounds. If it’s easy he is glad to help. Amazing guy and a genius.

After using their towing service, I was informed they owned a shop that could work on my car for a good price and quickly. After bringing my project car which had been running for months but had a leak, it started making weird noises and eventually blew up the next day. I was told this was my fault, even though I’d been driving the car and pushing it to it’s limits for well over 4 months. To add to this, I brought my Prius in for an oil change, and due to poor service, they completely forgot to put the oil cap back on. I didn’t find out until a week later when I got check engine lights. I never should have taken either of my cars here, would have done a better job in my own garage. Highly do not suggest bringing your cars here if you want them to stay running. Nice guys, but their work and integrity is unbelievably poor. Very disappointed.

I had taken my ranger-over in due to the cooling-fans not working. Farshad looked for the auto part but said that the fan was no where in stock and that It would take at least a month for the part to be in stock. I called around and found one at Partsgeek, then I took the part to Farshad, where he kept my vehicle for 2 days and told me that the part that I bought doesn’t fit, mind you that I bought the part by calling a Range Rover Dealership and asking for the part number and then verifying it with Partsgeek before purchasing it.When Farshad told me that the fan that I bought didn’t fit, he then said that he installed a new one that day on the vehicle. How can you tell me that they are not in stock for a month and then say you got it. I also never gave consent for him to put his part.The communication with this auto repair place has been horrible.Also many people might not know, but these small mechanics make money on the parts they order for you. For ex. my fan costs $1200, they get a discount of 30-40% on the part when they order, which they buy for $800-$900 and bank on the difference. Overall terrible experience with this auto repair shop. Not once but twice. If you have a vehicle that is considered expensive, just take it to your dealership, paying couple extra bucks will save you time and a fat headache.Now I need to fight with Partsgeek to return the fan that I bought from them.

I was treated fantastically here! My sisters Town and Country stranded me in Bothell (Im from Everett) and they prioritized my repairs since I was stranded, and I drove home before her husband got off work!They were very fair and honest with me, and the repair cost was good! If you are a woman, young, unfamiliar with cars, dont know what things should cost, or just dont want the run-around: based on my experience I would 100% recommend Safety Auto Repair.

This place is my go-to for all my auto repair work. Farshad is a well trained and experienced professional that always has a way to fix any and every car related issues. His rates are also the most reasonable out there imo. There are several auto repair shops where I live, but I choose to drive 25 mins to this place even for something as little as an oil change.

Been servicing my M5 and wife’s Subaru with these guys since 2017. They have saved me quite a lot of money in comparison to other mechanic shops and have always done honest work. They provide all necessary information on how to take care of your car so it doesn’t break down often. Would 100% recommend to give them a try.

In & out in less than an hour. Both brakes, rotors & oil change. Farshad addressed all items to ensure safety & drivability of the vehicle. He is a certified Honda technician as well, will definitely be back for timing belt service next. Please book an appointment to speed things up. Reasonable price, honest & professional hard at work.

These guys are amazing! Had a time-sensitive preventative maintenance need for my RV and they squeezed me in at closing without qualm; I called right around closing and I wasnt able to leave it with them overnight because Im a full-time RVer. They still took me; worked quick and charged a very fair price. Im impressed with their work and their ethic. If Im in the area I will definitely be using them for all my vehicle maintenance and repair needs!! Highly recommended!
