Ive been taking my vehicles to F&F auto for years. Theyre like family and I always leave satisfied. They call me in advance before continuing work once diagnosed. They let me know how long it will take and most importantly the price. Mark is a great shop Manager and the owners are very personable and I would highly recommend this business.

Three visits and still cant get a quote for fixing the side mirrors. They said they will reach back but Ive never receive any contact. I have found this on the google map and expected to have a good customer experience with all those good comments and reviews. But turn out just waste of my time. I am disappointed at the service.

First time using their service. Had a battery that died that I had put in last year. They determined it was the alternator and replaced a belt that had cracked as well. Well priced and Robert communicated great along the way.

Professional and friendly, from the phone call to get an estimate to the call that the car was ready for pick up. Assisted with a referral to a fair priced tow company, completed a diagnostic test, explained results and work to be completed, and requested approval before preforming any work. Car was repaired within the estimated timeframe promised and came in at a lower price than the original quote. Will be using this company with future auto repair and maintenance.

Outstanding. I noticed on of the reviews mentions charging $20 to pay - this is not accurate. And there are no surprises with the cost of the work. Robert makes sure the customer is informed throughout the process.Ive had mechanics that charge for work that is not necessary. F&F Auto is the opposite - they are honest, trustworthy and provide exceptional repair service.

Several times they have identified an upcoming issue, but recommended waiting until it becomes more serious before having their mechanics work on the problem. Had great experience with F&F on my Subaru. By far the best communication I’ve had with a mechanic.They really take the time to explain exactly what’s wrong and the process they’ll take to get it fixed. I would say their prices are fair, especially for the attention to detail they give. I couldn’t be happier with how my car runs after getting it back and I’ll be coming back with any future work needed.

They changed the spark plugs on my 2013 Rav4 and the the coolant...best of all they fixed my glove compartment so it would close! They are the best and will keep you safe on the road!

F&F is the best. Period. Honest, caring business who will tell it to you straight. They wont upsell or try to get you to pay for work you dont need.They literally saved me $3k when Toyota (during an airbag recall) told me I had a leak and it would cost $3500. F&F looked at it and it was a $500 fix. Will never go anywhere else. I put all my trust into F&F.

They never push to get more done to your vehicle then you ask for. I will always only recommend them to all my customers and friends. Use them once and you will be a return customer.

They got the job done. Wouldnt reccomend based on their pricing. Previous quote was 480 to fix the condenser. They charged 840. Due to their quarantine rules I couldnt just point to the problem as I previously would have been able to. Service took about 28 hours. They also charge you ~$20 to pay...

They really care and take good care of their customers. They just dont dive in and work they research and make sure that theyre doing the right thing for their customers.

This place is consistently wonderful. The place is family owned and the employees obviously care about their job and the cars they work on. Wonderful Source! My husband and I are visiting from out-of-state in what has now become the snowiest February recorded. Our youngest was getting ready to drive the Toyota Corolla to Bellingham from Bothell to beat the snow. All left rear lights were dark. I drove south and a neighbor mentioned F&F. Amy talked to Mark who dropped everything he was doing on a Friday- and fixed a few bulbs & cleaned off some corrosion. They werent big issues-except I couldnt fix them! Im so grateful to find F& F. I had a great experience at F & F todayTook my car in to this location to fix a car heater that was taking time to turn on. Mark checked me in and set expectations on time and cost. I was asked to authorize one hour of labor time and they called me later to add another hour which I authorized over phone. The issue was fixed and the cost estimate was provided over phone. I highly recommend this place for auto repairs.

F & F really did me a solid by fitting me in and fixing my Tahoe quickly because I live in Port Townsend and I was just passing through. I limped in on 6 or 7 cylinders for 10 miles until I found this repair shop. I steered them to the distributor cap (& rotor because of previous experience). They confirmed my diagnosis, and when I came back from a leisurely breakfast it was done!

Its hard to find a trust worthy mechanic with a strong customer service team and high quality work. My first experience with F&F auto was this past week, when my water heater went out. They were able to get me in and out on the scheduled day with no delays. They also were within $8 of the quoted estimate. The ladies in the office are really friendly and were extra nice to our dog offering treats. They make you feel at home, provide excellent service, I would highly recommend them to all.

These guys were fantastic to deal with! Even though my ride is dead (engine replacement needed) they were more than honest and fair. They diagnosed the problem/s and didnt do anymore than necessary cause I decided the truck wasnt worth saving. Sad day, but I did find a reputable shop that I will do business with again in the future.

My first experience was when my dash stopped working intermintently. Everything read zero. Mark was able to figure it out and fix. He also took care of a couple of smaller items at no charge. He thought it was an alternator, he could of put the new one in instead. I recommend his shop to everyone.

Weve been coming here for many years. Theyve always been straight with me, and done quality work, and stood by that work. Its obvious from the cars we drive, we dont have a lot of money to spend on cars, so Mark will often suggest a less expensive repair option when available.

Worst service ever. My gas door can’t close because the activator is broken. Also I want to know if I need change battery. They charge me $120 just to inspect these two problems I already known, which no other auto repair will charge just for inspection. They didn’t inform me There’s a fee for inspection. Also, after the inspection, it took them one week to tell me $230 to fix my gas door. The funny thing is they charge me 1 hour labor to change the part😂😂😂. I also asked another auto repair in Bellevue and one in international district, they both said at most $110, including part, labor and tax. No one use one hour to change a small string. If you are so rich and don’t mind burning money on poor auto service, you can still use this shop.

99 Subaru Legacy Wagon with who knows how many miles. I tried to DIY my brakes and royally screwed everything up, wrong pads for the front that I hammered into the calipers. Broke off bleed valves because they were so rusty. Towed it to F&F and they fixed all my mistakes for $600. Which I thought was a deal considering it cost me $1k for about the same work on a minivan. The Subaru is still running and I drove it out to Boise.
