I loved my experience at the store! Brian was probably one of the most helpful customer service reps I have ever worked with! He helped me reformat my image to print and helped me identify a better type of paper and photo file to use and the result was fantastic! He helped me probably for about 45 minutes and approached the print job with high energy and enthusiasm. I also noticed his ability to show a similar level of energy with other customers who came in. Great experience! Will be back!

We have used this location to print almost all of our in-house posters. The team at the Tremont St. location has bent over backwards for us time and time again. Summers and DQ offer us amazing customer service, dealing with our last-minute changes in a professional and helpful manner. Great job!

Brian and GQ were excellent customer service workers. I work a job where I actually have to send and ship packages also they are always welcoming and provide great service no matter the need. I always see Brian there and he works basically every day it seems. I would highly recommend this fedex office location to everyone because it’s convenient. However a lot of homeless people do tend to be around that area begging for change and smelling horrible so hopefully that changes in the area soon.

I had a very good experience visiting this Fed Ex office. Last December, I was looking for a place to print a poster, I only had a couple of hours before my presentation; the manager, Brian worked so hard to have my work on time. I appreciate all the work and effort they did and I highly recommend this FedEx office.

Friendly service. I went there on Tuesday afternoon. Only two customers in the store. The employee is very friendly.

Very disappointed and unhelpful staff. Judging by recent reviews management needs to step in. Wanted to drop off an item being returned in the original packaging and was told I would need to buy filler material to protect the item more. This was completely unnecessary, the box was purpose designed to carry the item, and was a faulty part being returned. I have returned similar items in the past without any issues from this very location. Simply going to use a different Fedex location. Stupid waste of time.

I went to ship something for work on Friday at 1 and the door was locked. 4 people were waiting. No note on the door. We waited for 10 minutes till someone came back. He was then rude, continuing to do other things while I waited to ship my package. When I asked for help he said I would have to wait. Bad customer service, poorly run location.

I work at a business down the street and regularly use this location. Everyone there is great but specifically BRIAN is the best. He is an exceptional employee and is a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this location to anyone in the area in need of business services!

The gentleman who was running the shop, Rab, was supremely helpful and very friendly. Saved me nearly $50 by pointing out the package I was shipping would arrive at the same speed by ground as by air as well. Cant recommend highly enough.

Just went there to drop off a package... punk music was playing but no one seemed to be there. Called out a few times. Finally found the drop off box and left. If you want to steal office supplies this is probably a great place to go.

Why is there only one person working here across print/copy, creative, and shipping? Waited 30 min to send a package and then just had to bail.

I came to this store to send some urgent and sensitive documents. The employee was in the back talking on the phone. I said hello and he yelled “ I will be with in a moment”. Waited for him for 10 mins hearing him laughing with his friend on the phone. I was going to be late for my meeting so I left. Came beck after the meeting and in the process of shipping my package he wrote my name wrong and refused to fix it. Even though I told him that he got my name wrong earlier and he started saying “ it’s in the system and I can’t change it” seriously fedex!! Hire some professionals who can make us feel confident shipping important documents.

I went to the Fedex Center yesterday, with a concern related to their billing system.A young lady (Jeammessa) help me with the issue and made calls until the problem was solved. I want to praise her for the exceptional customer services she gave to me.FedEx is very lucky for having such employee.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, I would never and ever use this site again! Probably I wouldnt even use Fedex in the future! I was viewing previous reviews, thinking the quality of service would be improved after 5 years. It turns out the staff is still lousy and cold blood!

I’m very unsatisfied with the service at this specific location. The employee was so lazy that he wouldn’t fill the printer with white paper so I could print my documents. I spent $5 and waited for the employee to refill the printer, when I asked him about my issue he would say “I would will be right with you”, and continued to have casual conversation with someone he knew. This location the most unprofessional and unreliable place I have ever encountered, I will never go back to this place ever again!

Went there to print some brochures, unwelcome/unhelpful/unfriendly staff. I wasted 1h30 to get 150 prints and no one was in line in front of me

Store manager is really cool

Dont say you guys open at 7:30 when its still closed hours later.Finally opens, walks in and they are just standings there talking nonstop. Waited 20 minutes before any help.
