I received a call from Lisa stating there was an issue with our unit not being locked properly. I couldn’t get anyone there so she was kind enough to handle it for me. She is the best. That’s what customer service is all about and I would recommend Public Storage highly. Thank you again Lisa!!

This place was decent when we first rented a unit here, but its been getting worse for a while. First it was a change in opening hours a couple of years ago that made it nearly impossible for us to ever go to our unit unless I took off from work. Today, I just got rid of my unit at this location because we came in to find mouse droppings all over the unit, and a blanket we had in the unit is completely destroyed.

The staff are great and friendly, The staff that gave me my storage is Lisa she is very friendly professional and answered any questions i had, I made a good decision choosing public storage.

Had to do a last minute move and needed temporary storage. I reserved a locker quick and easy on line. Jenna called me the next day and was very pleasant and helpful. I went in today to sign up and got to meet Jenna and her colleagues Robin and Lisa. They were Fabulous, friendly and most helpful. Jenna even shared an awesome pizza selection I can’t wait to try. Locker was clean and immaculate. Access was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this facility for your temp storage needs in the South End.

My company had a very tight timeline to move out of our office and when I started looking up places online, this was the only place that fit all of our needs. I reserved 2 units online (hoping it would be enough space) and when I showed up with my truck, Lisa was amazing with explaining everything, showing me around the facility and very quickly getting me a 3rd unit with I underestimated how much space we would need. Lisa & Jenna were both fantastic and I was impressed with their customer service!

It was such a hectic day; as moving always is... but Jackson made my transition much easier. Jackson was EXTREMELY professional, yet human-like, patient and helpful recommending the best space options and prices for my needs!

The lady with glasses about 60 seemed rude. I went to help assist my mom and brother to remove her items as best I can. The reason I said rude couldnt use bathroom and was force to walk to another store in south bay which took me 15 minutes to get to that day it was extremely hot and a inconvenience after that had to walk back another 15 in the sweltering heat. No wouldnt recommend storage place to anyone and the reasoning is their prices are astronomical, they are no longer sensible prices. It be no stars to be rather candid with you. I have a storage area myself which is 40 dollars difference and more room but as usual like my last one its out the way like this, but no bad customer service. I would have spent my time out of heat that day with feet up sipping on ice tea and chicken salad sandwiches or piece of salmon and pilaf rice. Thank goodness over would recommend you go elsewhere.

My father been a customer of public storage for years , he was explaining to Krystal that the rent was getting too high. She helped my father out by getting him another unit to transfer him into and pay almost 200$ cheaper. The same size .We had great customer service from Krystal .She definitely deserves a pay raise.

Went to Public Storage to get some information about storing my mother’s house, purchase some boxes from two lovely ladies, Lisa and Jenna were terrific, showed us the space, it is not needed until November. The property was clean and well put together, and you could tell that the girls took care of the property, as it was clean and organised. We’ll definitely come back in November.

Read yelp reviews. It’s more accurate than google for this place. If you don’t want a headache and you want your peace of mind. Do not. I say it again do not rent with this place. It is the most frustrating thing ever to try and get to your unit and you can’t because you are only allowed access when they say so.So if you have a job that gets it at 5 forget bout trying to get here while trying to beat the traffic. Since they changed the building hours, it is nearly impossible to get to your unit before closing.They used to be open early, I believe by 7am and allow gate access until 9pm, but now you can only access your unit when the office is open. They close the gate at 5:45, so even if you beat the Boston traffic, forget about it. This sucks for those who work long days and have a full time job. Consider a facility that actually has reasonable hours. Don’t waste your time paying $300 for an overpriced unit that you can’t access.

Lisa the Property Manager was very helpful and knows what shes doing. I found out that I needed more space for all my stuff and she hooked me up with a space right next to the one I have. The place is clean well lit and well run. Highly recommended

This particular storage company was great. Lisa and Lamond are great were great and they really made the process quick and easy. The property and storage space was clean, dollys and carts were always available, and no hassles with the gate code. Again Lisa and Lamond were above exceptional in their customer service. The Public Storage on Southampton is not only convenient, but the customer service is great. Lisa is always so helpful, and when I was moving an entire house from the west coast and had to store until my house renovation was complete, she helped to get me in two additional units so that it would be easy to get in and out. She is always helpful. I still currently have a unit at the location, and feel good about being able to truly trust the staff.

I had to stop and get a lock changed for my son’s storage unit. Lisa was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and called my son to verify that I could change the lock for him. I wish I lived in Boston, and I would definitely store my belongings here.

Ive had a long-term unit here for almost 10 years and several short-term units. Lisa has always been accommodating and friendly. And Courtney is so gracious whenever I have questions or concerns! Glad to have them as a storage resource so close to home and work.

The best public storage around. First of all, the staff is the best staff youll meet around here (Ive met most of them). Lisa is amazing, helpful and even has gone head and shoulders above the call of duty to help us out. Courtney and others in the office are very professional and helpful. I have been a customer for almost 2 years and in that time I have noticed that whenever I needed information or assistance with my locker or even minor issues I would ask lisa and she would help if it was at closing or on the phone or in person. Always cleaning or asking if she can help. They are my choice because if my locker payment is coming up she calls and alerts me.
