Malik and his workers converted my unfinished attic to a very nice, comfortable living space. They were very professional and always available for questions. Working area was always kept clean. Compared to other contractors that I have worked with in the past, Malik and his crew showed up daily to ensure that the project was completed on time. I would highly recommend Malik and his team for any any and all home improvement jobs that I have in the future. Unfortunately it has been my experience that in the Boston area there are lots of shady building contractors that do half the job and then disappear. This was certainly not the case with Malik and his team. Everything from top to bottom was just as he said it would be. On top of that of the 5 estimates I got for the project Maliks came in at 15% cheaper then the next closest one. I have already recommended Malik to my neighbor and she has the same exemplary things to say about him and the work that he completed. I had them install the roof, gutters, dual pane windows, and repaint the house last month. Once the jobs were scheduled, they were quick and efficient. Also, they cleaned up each day; Therefore, no mess. The permit inspector and power washer did note that there were some issues, but a quick call to Al-Malik Stone Company and it was fixed ASAP.
