I went for an ice cream yesterday and didnt pay as much attention at first. Once I reached home, turned out it was completely melted. I went back and told the cashier about this and he said he cant give any refunds. Instead I can go and select any other ice cream I want. When I opened the fridge every other ice cream was melted and there was literally no warning that their fridge had issues. When I requested the cashier to bring their manager as I was only interested in a refund, suddenly he was able to give me a refund. So what I witnessed was someone who blatantly lied to my face to save $7. Really bad experience, Id rather suggest the grocery store next to it called College Convinience its open 24/7 and if things go bad, then they actually care.

Got in line to wait for the cashier and when I looked at open registers I looked at the customer in front of me and thought I heard him say You can go since he had a larger amount of items, so I promptly went up. When I got up to the register, the man behind the cashier said youre not next, he was pointing at the man in front of me and he repeated it several times. I admitted fault and went back in line but the employee gave me a condescending nasty stare and looked as if he wanted me out of his sight. Overall the experience felt extremely demeaning when I just had made a mistake.

The Sausages I bought here today…they stank a little.

I go to this store very often. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Great customer service, huge variety of products.

This store is convenient but there is at least one employee who consistently does not wear a mask. Over the last few months I have been in to the store regularly and every time I see this employee he does not have a mask on; I have made comments to employees at the register but have yet to see lasting results. This is a huge health concern, especially considering the rising covid cases in Boston and across the country. Management needs to do a better job of ensuring the health and safety of their customers by ensuring mask compliance.

Symphony Market has been a daily stop of mine for the last 8 months. The staff is incredibly friendly, the selection is vast, and the prices are low. I highly recommend it to anyone whether they want groceries or cigarettes, they have it all.

The worst place i have ever been.i was shopping inside this establishment when a grubhub driver was there waiting for her orderShe ask him if her order was already because she was there for 30 minutes and her car was parked in a prohibited place. The market owner came very close to the girl and said “shut up Wait or leave” she got scared and left the place while he said ” get out here”I was very scared and sad. The girl was waiting for the order, she was wet because it rained a lot outside I thought to call the police but decide to leave.

I dont like this store anymore I lived a nightmare there , what happened yesterday was a crime and racism against all black Americans and against a minor , the girl working there was so rude and barbaric , I was shocked of what I saw there , she has no right to jump and start screaming and attacking even if the person did something wrong even if that person is an adult but here were talking about a minor so this is a very bad crime and I wish if the police came and arrest her because what she did is against all minors and blacks in all the world. Its my first time seeing this kind of barbaric and uncivil way of treating people . And I want everyone to know what kind of workers they have on that store.

If I could I would give 0 star , this store is stealing students money I went there few times and every time they sold me the same products with higher prices , and that only a part of the horrible experinece I had there, they also have big rats there me and my friends saw two big rats behind the chips aile thats so discusting Ill never go back there . The customer service is horrible as well , the bald man is so annoying and knows nothing about the goods they have on the store and he speak a very weak english , Im not surprised anymore about all the bad things I heard about the store and the owners .There is a better grocery store close to them called college convenience they have good prices and good customer service .

Second, I am not the responsible in the store, and I told you to wait for the manager who will resolve the problem for you, but you said that you do not want to wait neither to come back, and you are going to take something else from the store with the same amount you spent for the lock without the owner consent which forced me to tell you that I am going to call the police if you do that as it is considered shoplifting. Finally, you were not an easy customer to talk to.You can still come back to talk to the manager if you want to, surely he will understand your situation.

They have a lot off staffs at this small market which I need as a student, but I think they never heard about something called customer service or how to control a business , a baby was screaming bahind the counter ,an old man serving customers and the girl with the scarf whenever you ask her about anything she start smilling without any reason , I think they should open more stores here at that area to make as not obliged to bye from one store.

Today was a very sad day for me. I had to witness these people throw a woman with mental disorders and her baby out of their store due to a mistake.These people do not care for our community they should be put out.

Watch the Prices! I go into this place daily, and the prices change daily. Examples, purchased strawberries for 99 cents the clerk took the sticker off and charged 2.99 asked him why? Said its his decision to do what he wants to do!

I was a customer at this store for more than two years and I was enjoying going there buying my staffs , but now I changed my mind , the girl working as a cashier at night doesnt have any customer service skills and she doesnt speak or understand English every time I went there she made me feel angry I dont know why hiring this kind of people

Guy straight up stole money from me. First took my dollar, when I handed him 3, told me I had 2, then charged my card, said it wasnt working (went to my bank statement and checked), and then said my other card was working... Messed up.
