Great espresso with great quality coffee and fast, delicious breakfast sandwiches. Bagels are delicious. Only cafe I visited twice in my 2 week excursion around Boston and Western Mass.

We came for a quick breakfast and coffee in the morning. We had a salmon bagel and a turkey sausage bagel with a mocha and an iced coffee. Everything was delicious and made to order. Place was very clean and covid restrictions were maintained.

Good coffee and excellent prices. Quiche was ok but wish it was more flavorful and hotter.

Stayed at the Intercontinental around the corner. Ate breakfast here three days in a row because they were super quick and the bagels sandwiches were great and reasonably priced.

I like to stop in here for quick coffee and a breakfast treat to go. The service is quick and their selection of pastries is more than adequate. Someday maybe Ill actually order a sandwich, the menu looks good.

I came here yesterday to grab some breakfast. I live in the building and I agree with the other reviews that the service is hit or miss.. there seems to be two guys that work here..one is very friendly...the other one makes you feel like a burden. Hes down right nasty and rude. A few weeks ago I stopped in to grab a coffee real quick, I didnt realize it was close to closing time and he made it pretty clear he wasnt happy about it. So when i got the same attitude yesterday I just walked out and went to Starbucks instead. As convenient as this place is for me I wont go in if hes working.

There was only one guy working but he was such a hard worker. We got all of our stuff really fast. It was also amazing the coffe my mother got had real cream and my hot coco was so creamy🥰.

Everything was great, very nice and sophisticated place. Moreover, I was deeply impressed by the way the manager or owner took care of us, with so much care and attention! He gave us a discount when there wasn’t really a mistake, and had the brightest smile on his face. I was mesmerized by the service but also his charming personality, voice, hypnotic eyes and handsome looks.Needless to say, I’ll be back 🤗

The coffee and food here is perfect. I really wish I could give it five stars. The service is very hit or miss. Sometimes theyre super friendly and sometimes not so much (today I felt like I was ruining their day by giving them my business. A hello, a thank you or a have a nice day would go a long way!) Hopefully today was just a fluke.

Honestly an amazing place to hang out. The service was great, the staff were friendly and the food offered was delicious. Highly recommend to anyone in the Boston area who needs a place to just relax and sit down with some friends.

Ate here twice while staying for business....food quality and service were meh (and Im not hard to please)....got attitude for asking questions about the menu the first day, got lousy coffee the second day. Employees appear to have been recently released from alien abductions.

This place is great it offers a variety of breakfast and lunch. The lattes are the best in town, The prosciutto fig and goat cheese sandwich was to die for. The service is fast and efficient and the staff was super friendly. Next time Im in the financial district there is no doubt that I will be going back.

Weird vibe. They are overwhelmed with only 4 customers. Each staff member makes an order for two customers while nobody takes orders from the other two customers waiting. One of those customers waiting was me. Then when one of the staff members was finished making one of the orders she proceeded to clean up and find other things to do instead of take orders. Then when she realized there were other customers waiting she came over to take my order, but with an annoyed attitude. Like i was an annoyance waiting for my order to be taken. The staff are just awkward and unfriendly.

Good chow if youre staying in the hotels nearby. Its simple, fast and the service was with a smile. The breakfast sandwiches are warm, tasty and the perfect thing to feed to kid before heading out for the day.The coffee was good too.

So I stopped in to bring my family a new years eve tart. It was 630am and both my favorite dynamic duo women from 1993 were there, making my hot chocolate just the way I remember, with whipped cream, with my sour cream muffin still warm in its bag complete with napkin.

This place exemplifies why I could never live or work in Boston. The sandwiches are really good so I would eat there all the time. Its also $13 for a sandwich, chips, and a can of soda so I would have no money. My kids would have to go to public school to afford my habit.

Having never been to a Sorelle before, we stopped in for some brunch. The sandwiches we ordered were prepared quickly and professionally. When we were handed our food, it was with a smile.The food was DELICIOUS! We shared plates to be able to try multiple menu items and everyones favorite was the Prosciutto, Fig and Goat cheese with arugula on ciabatta was by far the favorite of our group. The sweet tartness of the balsamic fig relish paired very well with the saltiness of the goat cheese and buttery consistency of the prosciutto.We will definitely be back to one of the locations when we are in the area. All of the food was well worth the menu prices. We would definitely recommend coming to anyone who wants a delicious drink and bite to eat.

This is an awesome spot to stop for a quick breakfast. Theres always a line during just-before-business-hours, but they work through it very quickly.

I went there for breakfast Sunday morning and I was the only customer in the store. I had to send my breakfast sandwich back because it was still cold (microwaved egg and sausage). Not even because it wasnt cheap... Why was it still cold? Then the coffee... I had 2 sips and the breakfast sandwich might have been hotter! I was already out the door and it was too late to complain about the coffee too. Dont let there appearance fool you, THIS PLACE SUCKS

Sorelle Seaport is my go-to spot on the weekends. The bakery items and teas are delish. The staff are the absolute best and the reason I keep coming back :)

This is my new favorite spot to grab a latte, and luckily its very close to my office! It really was one of the best espresso drinks I have had in awhile, and the ambiance inside was very nice. I grabbed a delicious prosciutto/mozzarella panini as well.

Staying at the Intercontinental for a weekend getaway and wanted to take a walk and surprise my girlfriend with a morning coffee. I was one of maybe 3 other people in the shop and I was greeted very kindly by the cashier who took my order with no issue. After I ordered about 7-8 more people entered the shop and I slowly watched the staff go into panic mode. The individual (not the cashier) who made my orders was careless and rushing everything he did. He made my gf’s coffee wrong twice, made my coffee wrong once and made multiple coffees that no one had even ordered. I hate being negative, and I generally don’t write reviews, but I placed a very simple order and the level of disarray was almost impressive to watch unfold.

Great little place. Not too busy, but theyve got great food and service. P.S. try one of their breakfast bagel sandwiches with cream cheese. 😉

Was a good place with lots of options for breakfast. Had a good, spacious restroom and good seating area to sit with and work on my laptop.

Sorelle is heavily featured in my FiDi lunchtime rotation. Theyre fast, fresh, and have enough sandwich options to satisfy the pickiest eater. I generally stick with the roasted salmon because it makes me feel better about my complete disregard for healthy eating at every other meal. Pro tip: Keep your receipt handy; sometimes the cashier will call out food by name, and other times by the number printed on the slip.

Not good- only been here once to be fair! Tried to order a lemonade but they told me the guy who made those already went home, this was around 1pm Saturday. Then ordered a mojito spritzer which tasted just like plain seltzer water (no flavor at all).

One of the staff members Ana was super patient with me and super nice ! Loved having lunch there ! I will definitely come back !

The food seems to be very good here. I did however have an extremely rude barista who couldnt have been less interested in helping a coffee newbie decipher the menu. I asked for the coffee with the leaf design in the foam (which I had seen someone sit down with twenty seconds earlier) and apologized for not knowing exactly what it was. I was rudely informed that it was a latte in a tone that both implied and confirmed that I was an idiot, told to choose a milk and THEN told there was only whole and skim, then was handed a puddle of mess in a cup and was told the picture was an ocean. I can barely portray the condescension I received in this passage over not knowing how to order this coffee - it was almost comical. Almost.

Decent place to grab a sandwich if your heading to the waterfront and in a hurry. Reasonably priced.

Standard, run of the mill coffee shop. Tons of seating (that’s why I choose it for work meetings) and friendly staff. Note that there’s really no parking nearby. It’s area workers and tourists walking between downtown and the Children’s Museum. I’d skip the prepared food.

I been going to this cafe for the last four weekends on Saturday and I love how the staff treats my children and I. When you walk in you feel like it’s home they have Disney music playing for the children everytime and the barista Tywanda always have my drink ready and my scone warmed with butter. I was having a bad day today and I walked in with my children like always everything done and prepared for me with no complains. But the young lady notice I was upset and pull me over to the side and asked what was wrong. And said no matter what you are going through you will be ok and it will die over in time. That help me with my morning some positivity. And she even made me a smoothie with a smile drawn on the side saying keep a smile on your face because you are beautiful. That is what customer service is!. This the best place to go to when you want great customer services and good food ! I really recommend this place and this location. Thanks Sorelle for the services!

The cafe looks like a classy cafe, but it’s only seemingly.We had a VERY BAD experience in this Sorelle.We ordered a hot chocolate with vegetal milk, and a Caramel coffee (we are not perfect English speaker).The « barista » apparently did not understand what we ordered and put in front of us a very strange chocolate liquor from a platic bottle, like a cheap chocolate liquor from groceries with bad sugar as first ingredient.She served us that (!), and when we asked her why she did not put the vegetal milk inside, she has become very aggressive and answered us that was not we ordered.She was very nasty, then she finally put a lot of cold vegetal milk with furious movement, until the cup has become a cup of cold milk with few bad chocolate liquorSame misunderstanding for the caramel coffee !We asked for a refund cause it was not drinkable at all, she did not want, and the manager came for refund us.I definitly do NOT recommend this place

This place looks good, but its barely mediocre. The waitstaff was LOUD, and actually YELLING about things that had noting to do with work. The soup I got was bland. The sandwich I purchased was put together in such haste, that it was just a mess. It also featured wilted lettuce, and hard tasteless tomato slices. Hint to sandwich places, adding a little salt and pepper to topping like lettuce and tomato makes a massive difference. I doubt i will be going back, especially considering how expensive this place is.
