Well in the beginning is a good relationship with the gentleman ordering materials for my deck at home.Removing old PT installing Trex decking.I got two estimate from them at a very slow pace. I had to call or email for my quote’s. It took over days to received them. Later I had to add more materials. Man it was like asking for the gold.Email him in the end of June and the first week of July. As of today no email or call about the decking materials. I didn’t even called again or send another email. Very poor communication with clients.And you want to buy local instead of shopping with the big stores.

Extremely Poor Customer service and unprofessional. Would not recommend their service for ordering doors or windows. Extremely slow response time on putting orders together/ sign-off, coupled with unprofessionalism of management.

A little limited in terms of space, but its doable. I maneuver a 290 truck & 48 flat without any problems.The employees are great. Just met with silvana (sp?) To go over my new cabinets. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Cant think of anything better youd want in a customer service representative.Also, a few days ago a John Barrington came by the house to take measurements for my new kitchen. Friendly and punctual. Promised me the design in 1 day and he delivered. Sent me a copy of the design by email as well as to my contractor Sean. Impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. So far, money well spent.

Lumber yard anything u need to build a house .they have a very nice showroom filled with tools .they also sell metal studs.

I bought from them once and no problem, the next time the say they don’t sell over the phone... very poor customer service and obviously they don’t care about doing business.

Really nice to have their offering and expertise so close to downtown!
