This store has a variety of different clothing with very good quality and good deals! Mariah was the very helpful employee that helped me find what I was looking for l. she was also the one who answered any questions I had. I recommend this store 10 out of 10 to my family or friends!!!

Annaliese is a responsible helper who listens and helps customers make fashionable and up-to-date choices. Great deals throughout the store, easy to navigate isles. Clean space. A little too strong on the air freshener though.

This store always has so many different things to choose from that its hard to be in and out quickly got lots of good deals and most of their clothes are pretty well kept some of them arent really worth the price though so watch out but they also have really great cells occasionally where you can buy things for a dollar and theyll buy your clothes for a semi reasonable price

I went there today with my son and toddler daughter. We not greeted and the atmosphere was very intense. My son was watched like he was going to steal something out of the store the whole time that we were there. They gave very poor service and it seems like we were not welcome to shop in this store. This was the first and last time that me and my family ever shop here and I will also be letting other customers , family , and friends know not to shop here.

I am completely and totally shocked by the service i received today from the two teenagers around 5 pm who were handling my buy. they were both completely disrespectful from the moment i walked up to speak with them. i have sold things there before and have gotten top notch service but not today.

My wife and daughter love this place. I dont know what these other reviews are complaining about. They have a great selection and good prices. The only thing I would add is some chairs for the husbands/dads to sit in while the wives and daughters shop for an hour. Lol. Great store.

If you decide to sell your clothes to these people, STAY THERE AND WATCH THEM; DO NOT LEAVE and DO NOT grant them permission to donate what they reject. I completely regret bringing my clothes to them and trusting them to be honest. BIG MISTAKE. I will NEVER do business with them again - buying or selling.

Brought clothes to sell and they took most of them, offering me a fair amount of money for clothes I would have otherwise just donated, so that was a plus. It did not take too long either for them to go through the clothes and price them. But the employee who checked me out after I purchased a pair of jeans did not have a mask on, which was upsetting given the global pandemic. It will definitely make me think twice about going back there!

Heard amazing things about the prices... unfortunately everything I found I really liked was $65 for a pair of tassel boots or $39 for tie-dyed t-shirts!? I did buy a pair of “quay” (😎Australian sunglasses) for $14.99 and a tie-dyed hat for $14.99, but I could have done that at the department store!? To me, the prices just weren’t great especially for 2nd hand items? Ross’s has better deals on new items. Just a thought.

LATER ON I GOT A CALL FROM THEM SAYING MY BUY IS READY AND HOW MUCH. THEY ALSO TOLD ME I HAVE UNTIL MONDAY TO PICK THEM UP. I TOLD HER NO THANK YOU ON THE BUY AND THAT I WOULD JUST TAKE MY STUFF BACK AND SHE SAID OKAY! I SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY AND THE GIRL IS LIKE I DONT KNOW WHO TOLD YOU THAT BUT THATS NOT RIGHT. ONCE YOU CHOOSE DROP OFF YOU CANT CHOOSE IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT BACK OR NOT. SHE ALSO SAID IF YOU READ YOU RECIPT AND WHAT YOU SIGNED FOR IT SAYS THAT. BUT IM THINKING MAYBE IF YOU GUYS WERE BETTER TRAINED AND EXPLAINED THINGS BETTER YOU WOULD NOT HAVE MIX UPS. (THERE ITEMS ARE OVERPRICED FOR BEING IN CONDITION LIKE IT BELONGS IN GOODWILL AND HALF THE STAFF WEARS MASKS.)

They don’t wear masks. There is a global pandemic, and a mandate in place saying, for anyone open to the public, all employees must wear face masks. I didn’t see any employee wearing a mask. Also, they don’t make customers wear masks, which is also required in the mandate. I don’t understand what they’re thinking, but this needs to be addressed.

Way more people should know of this store! Very great men’s selection. Wish they sold blazers/had more in men’s selection. They have so many clothing items, they should get a bigger store. The music fits in with the store, and gives a great vibe. Very great affordable selection to choose from. employees are very nice, and everything is organized nicely. Should put out somewhere what stickers mean though

Cant stand the store over crowded

I gave it two stars because I would still shop in there because they have a lot of nice and cheap stuff. But me and another young lady and we did not come in there together both at separate times. Brought two big black trash bags full of clothes to sell or at least get store credit and they said that they can not buy our items because it was stuff they did not take. Not to mention that the other young lady and I are both black. But an older white lady came in with a white bag half full of clothes and the gave her $110 for her item and she did not have that many items. So if you are black just be mindful that they probably wont buy your items.

Ive lived in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and Bossier City, LA and this is by far the BEST location I have been to. The girls who work there have the CUTEST style and they are so quick to help you find something you are looking for. I never leave this store empty handed! From the boutique- brand-never-worn clothing to even the used clothing - I ALWAYS leave with a bag full of goodies :) Love love love this place!

Great place

We took 3 large boxes of clothes accessories and shoes here. They didn’t buy much stating that they were out of style or not cleaned. Our stuff was almost new & WAY Better than what was on the shelves! Not sure that they even went through it all. My wife did get $110 but for the amount of nice stuff they didn’t want it could have been a lot more. Not very nice people either. They were very preoccupied & didn’t seem to want to be there. We left our stuff because they are SLOW. It may be a ploy because they make you sign an agreement to take whatever you get if you leave your stuff. We did & weren’t real happy. We’re taking the shoes & other stuff to a couple other Resale shops to compare.

Theyll buy clothes, and they have a nice selection of clothes to buy, staff is polite.

Its kinda random on their buying policy, sometimes it depends on how busy they are and who the girl is. And they also seem to buy based on their own personal tastes as well. Ive also been rejected a sale on one shift and turned around and sold the same item to another shift. If its busy it basically has to still have the tag on it and be Nike or Body Armor for the girls to buy it if its mens clothes.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This store is a ripoff. I went in today to sell clothes at a little before 4. I asked the woman at the buy counter how long the wait would be and she said between 20 and 30 minutes. I told her I wanted cash instead of store credit and that I would be back when they called. I came back an hour later (still no call) only to see that they still had not started looking through my stuff. They said mine was the last one to be gone through but that I was next. I left the store again and waited for a call. At 6, they finally called and said that they were taking some items and it would be worth $22 and I had three days to come get it. I told the woman I was going out of town for the weekend, and assumed they would be closed for Memorial Day, so I asked if I could pick it up Tuesday. They told me I needed to come pick it up before then, so I got back in my car and drove to the store for the third time today. When I got there, the woman told me they were buying 8 items for a total of $22. Based on the items I was selling, one of which was a dress I bought for $72 (never been worn, I still have the tag) I knew this was an unfair price so I asked for my items back and was told that because I dropped them off and left the store that the sale was final. When I asked for a receipt for my items, they told me they didnt provide them for bought items. This whole experience lasted nearly 3 hours and I lost probably $100 worth of clothes and all I got was $22. Such a waste. I learned my lesson though. I will not be selling or shopping here again.

We found this looking up thrift stores but this is NOT a thrift store. Although not priced like a thrift store it is a very upscale thrift store. The staff was super friendly, prices were good, very clean store and very very neat. Wish we had one of these in Florida. Loved it. Great find.

Brought in a few things including a brand new, unopened, unused piece of high end makeup. One of the girls opened the box, USED IT, and then put it back in the box to give back to me. It’s their decision whether or not they purchase items- I totally get that. But don’t devalue a product and then give it back to me! Now the item is used and the value is less than half of what it was.

Not only were the girls there extremely rude and dismissive, they checked my purse before trying on clothes. They are over priced, yet pay you near nothing for your clothes. Goodwill is the place to go!

This place is incredible! The staff are super friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to help me out. A young lady helped me find the perfect outfit for my date night based on my personal style!! I am so excited to come back and shop some more (p.s. i got an american eagle shirt and jeans for less than 15$!!)

Great clothes, but as far as the girls who work there, theyre all rude when you go in. If they dont like how you look they wont take the name brand clothes you bring in(even if theyre in 100% mint condition). They were nice to a woman in line before me and instantly turned to me with an attitude. I was not pleased at all and dont think i will be back unless it is to another location. As far as buying clothes, Ill take my business to Ross.

They say they cant my clothes that are name brand clothes. Miss Me jeans, shirts, etc. Theyre computer was down and she said the computer does the prices. So Im sure she was to lazy to hand write my items. I mean really? Not one item!!!! I have Vera Bradley items and guess what?? They dont take them anymore huh ok Ill never be backThank you for the response. So the jeans I had are in great condition. No marks, stains, missing buttons, etc. Miss Me jeans are expensive as you know. Shirts I had were brand new with the tags on it. I even asked about the purses that I have that are in your store and once again cant take them. I dont buy cheap clothes!!! So was she just being lazy because the computer wasnt working?? Because of the computer does the work and pricing then Id like to come back and let the computer do it. She didnt put anything in the computer by hand. Bad business

Sold about 30 pairs of Levis for $75 cash, supper store credit was worth more but opted for the former. Store associate were extremely helpful! Also gave us 10% of our purchases!

I think the employees here need re-training. The only one who was sincere was someone who was new, and nervous. Great clothes, but most employees that have been there a while need re-training on good customer service.

... today I walked in to sell a few things wasnt a lot but I normally bring in brands such as Loft(plus size), old navy, Ralph Lauren(plus size), Talbots, The NorthFace and to be honest In the past I’ve even brought in two pairs of authentic yeezys with the original box. Never the less the only thing they bought from me was my loft stuff and north face items. (Speaking of NorthFace, I tried to sell the same north face items the week before and the buyer said that my north face jackets are styles y’all are not taking. But this time the buyer bought both of my jackets.That really confused me but whatever.)Never the less this what made me feel like I should never sell or buy from here again. I heard a few associates saying “yes we do carry plus size, to be honest we are needing to buy more plus size.” Hearing that, I understand that the store so call “carries a wide range or clothing”. However a size 18 is basically just a XXl in regular sizes, that’s not plus size. If y’all want to be inclusive then start buying clothes in every category in plus size. Every time I come in with good barely used or new clothing the associates dismiss me with me with “ that’s a category we don’t sell plus size in”. That just makes the customer feel like y’all don’t even what us in your store to begin with. I understand it’s corporate policy but y’all could be bringing in more money if you carried TRUE plus size clothing. It’s already hard enough for the average plus-size female to find clothing in stores to begin with. Today made me realize this store is not that friendly nor inclusive.

A couple of the girls are rude, no connection with customer service they said ithey couldnt buy anything from me anymore bc one of the shoe boxes had their donation tag on it, I got those from a friend so I have no idea but then they kept my blue Nikis with the orange check and gave me no money. My friend told me they dont donate slot of their cloths they throw them away.

Nice brand name clothes but too overpriced on some items. I think they need a bigger selection of Jeans , I can never find a great stylish pair of jeans that fit me here, all they ever have are boot cuts or straight leg jeans.

First time visiting the store and I was very disappointed... they took 7 of my best dresses, 3 or 4 brand new with tags and didnt offer much of nothing... this was my first and last time trying a consignment shop of any kind... the employees need customer service training also... :(

The clothing prices are on par with retail, but if you know youre name brands then you can snag a good deal. Overall Im hapy with the clothing selection. I just wish the location in Bossier City had seating available for trying on shoes. There was ONE chair by the dressing room. Thats it. Plenty of mirrors though....perhaps a few more chairs can be added. Thats the only reason Im not giving 5 stars

Good experience and dance dresses are nice prices and I would recommend this to my friends for our homecoming and prom and the only thing is the prices could be lower and there could be different sizes in the same dance dress and different length but with same design
