My department used Ranchland for our uniforms and were very disappointed in our service. The ladies that work there are knowledgeable on their brands and sizing, however simple uniforms take months to come in. A pair of duty pants with hemming on the length took over two months to be ready for pick up. In my line of work, uniforms get damaged while on patrol. We need replacements fairly fast and did not get that from here.

Ive been coming here for nearly a decade now. Ive never had any issues that I can recall at this business. The products carried have been dependable and staffing always helpful. If there are items not in store of a needed size they are ordered. Uniform patches and embroidery are professionally done and placed. No complaints here.

Very very rude would not recommend to anyone. If they don’t have your size it takes weeks to get your stuff. They say they will call back but dont. If you call they will tell you to call back because they are busy and that the store is filled with customers so no one can check the back. Worst customer service ever!

Got fitted for my uniforms here. The lady that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable.

They are very slow with orders, and will not take payment over the phone for a purchase even if you live over a hour away. (At least for me) Very poor customer service along with management. They told me my wife could pick up my uniforms the department had bought me and after a 1.5 hour drive they told my wife she couldn’t get them. I called them back and they agreed once more to let my wife pick them up. Luckily she was in the Shreveport area still and was able to finally get them. Very poor communication! Hopefully our police department will soon get a new uniform supplier. 😩 they have been a nightmare In my experience to deal with.

Excellent service, and the equipment that you need

Well this company will probably be closed within the next year. They make their own schedule apparently, pick and choose which alterations they do (which doesnt include military uniforms anymore for some reason?? Right next to a military base??), and theyre RUDE! Not sure what happened but we, and everyone we know, will not go there ever again. It takes a certain type to disrespect one of our boys in uniform and Im glad I was not there because it would have gotten ugly fast.

They have just about everything youd need. The only real problem is it takes FOREVER to get things sewn on. Names, patches and so on. Otherwise, theyd get 5 stars.

Great selections for all types of work. Rain gear, scrubs and accessories for public and private servants. Its a little expensive for the individual patron but the merchandise is of good quality.

Maybe the most disappointing shopping experience you will ever have. The employees are rude, dont give a care in the world about their job, their customers, or their products. They know essentially nothing at all, and they never have stock in the first place, so why bother. I was told that shoestrings were on back order, then a few weeks later went back and told that they dont even carry them at all. Then I walked five feet to the side and pulled a pack of shoestrings off the rack lol. I usually feel bad about buying online instead of a local store, but I refuse to ever step foot in that rubbish place again.

Occasionally under-staffed but generally pleasant folks to deal with. Moderate selection, but be prepared to order for later pickup if you have a 30 inch waist, as I have never seen that size in stock. All kinds of occupational work attire, worth a look if you are uncomfortable buying online.

Worst shopping experience ever in the Bossier/Shreveport area. I am at a loss for words to describe how how bad these people are. The manager is even worse than the employees. I hate shopping online but I am going to do just that rather than deal with the people at Ranchland again.

Called and was told they had what I needed. I drove from BLANCHARD. They didnt have what I needed and a employee had the handicap parking spot blocked. When I ask about that the lady said...Oh its an employee like thats an excuse ugg!!

Avoid shopping here. Im a former employee. The employees are opinionated about customers once they leave. One gentleman Id helped wasnt happy about his order being backed up, and while I kept quiet they fussed and fussed about his attitude and ranted about past customers body odor. The manager is opinionated and everything has to be her way and she has to be out of there by 4:55. She ingores the phone ringing when shes ready to leave and any customers coming in late get attitude from her. Heaven forbid a first responder ask her to wait just an extra few minutes so they can get something done real quick. This business doesnt hold the respect people think it does. They only care about makeup and how soon 4:55 comes.

I really despise having to deal with Ranchland for my uniforms. They have had the rudest staff for a very long time and they act as if they can treat you very poorly because we have to use them, and we have no choice. I called to ask what time they close because I just got off work, and was coming from 30 mins away, I tried my best to get there. I even called and asked if they could stay for a max of 5 minutes over to help me, and so they could pull my order and have it ready to help expedite, and they told me they absolutely would not because they leave at 5pm exactly. They werent lying because I got there at literally 5:01 and the door was locked with no one in the parking lot. I dont understand why or how anyone would want to spend a dime in there, other than they have no other choice. I would speak to management but Im quite sure they are aware and do not care. Good old fashion customer service is very long gone and I hate that. I cannot wait for the day someone comes into town that truly cares about Every customer, including their department accounts, and they will no doubt make a killing.

I use to get brought here when I was little for those ugly school uniforms! They sell more than that Im sure, but thats all I remember it for. I didnt even know it was still open

Staff is so rude. Tried to return unopened merchandise with receipt and was rudely explained the 30 Days return policy. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
