Absolutely favorite place to get shoes for my daughters. And matching backpacks for school. Friendliest staff that knows the product that they sale. Very trusted salespeople and the manager is awesome!
BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER A PAIR OF VANS RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WATCHED THE GUY CHECK THE SHOES AT CHECK OUT TO MAKE SURE SIZES AND ALL MATCHED. CHRISTMAS MORNING OPENED THE BOX TO FIND BOTH WERE RIGHT SIDE SHOES. NOT TO TERRIBLE AS I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES. HOWEVER, WENT BACK AFTER CHRISTMAS TO HAVE IT CORRECTED. THREE EMPLOYEES STANDING AT THE REGISTER AND NOT ACTING PROFESSIONAL LOOKED TO SEE WHO THE SALESPERSON WAS. IT WAS ONE OF THE GUYS STANDING THERE AND ALL HE SAID WAS MY BAD AND GOT THE CORRECT SHOE. NOBODY APOLOGIZED AND WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISCONTENT THEY JUST LOOKED AT ME AND SMIRKED.
An awesome variety of Vans. Will be back (hopefully before the mall closes permanently) to grab another pair or two
