They are some thieves !!!!!! Left Drivers , Debit card and over $800.00 in my unfoim pocket and only got my debit card back

I always felt they were way too pricey. The company I worked for made us use Cintas. I put in my order about two months in advanced and was getting worried with no word or update in where my shirt was before the employer deadline. Nearly $30 for one freaking shirt plus shipping. Turns out our logo embroider was messed up, but our company approved of us to wear them.

We use Cintas at our business for our rugs, mops, dust mop, soap, and hand paper towels. They come each week to change out everything. However, we have found out what the guy has been doing is bringing one clean rug in, putting it in for the rug in the doorway, taking the one that was in the doorway and just using it to replace the one in front of our cash register and then picking up and shaking off the dirt of the double sized rug in front of our cooler. Out of the 1 clean rug he has been bringing each week, he has been charging us for the 3 clean rugs he was supposed to be bringing and wasnt.For the rest of the items, we have been getting overcharged there as well since the day we started service with them. We only have 1 dust mop, but were being charged for him to change out 2 for some reason. Half the time he would dump the products on the floor, exchange 1 mop head and then pick up everything and walk out as if he had did everything (which meant he didnt change the other mop or the dust mop, check the soap or paper towels). With Cintas, you pay $2 a week for soap and they just fill your soap up when you run completely out. We are being charged for a scrubber mat for outside our business that we have NEVER had!We have talked to our sales representative, talked to this employee,talked to his manager and talked to his district manager and still as of today he is still cheating us on services!! My employees cant always follow him around to make sure he does every little thing because they have to wait on the customers in our store. If he is followed around he will do everything correctly, but if he isnt, he purposely cheats us and charges us for everything!We use this same company for these same services at our other store in another city and state and only had an issue with being over charged for the scrubber mat. However, once we brought that to their attention, they credited our account and we have had no issues since. We just paid our bills for the last couple months, after adding up that they owed us $173 in credit, and then turned around today and found they cheated us again!! We are so sick of this company, we are ready just to cancel their service! It is not worth it! Wastes too much of our time having to watch our cameras back to get the proper credits for our invoice when our employees arent available to follow him to keep from being cheated. Why this employee hasnt been fired for cheating us, the customer, consistently, beats me! If thats how Cintas feels about and treats their customers, Im sure I can find someone who will treat me much better elsewhere!

They dont do what they say charge people for uniforms they havent got also been waiting on some uniforms for almost 2 months shouldnt have to call and complain every week.
