Beverly returned my calls immediately and provided me all the information I needed to complete the transformation of my dining room. Chad and his team did an amazing job with the installation and clean up afterwards. As you can see, the job is pure perfection.

Chad came out to adjust a hinge on my shower door that Shower Door City had installed several years ago. They did a great job back then and Chad did a great job today as well. Wonderful local Family business! From Beverly in the office who patiently worked with my wife on design, and options, to Lance at our house to measure and order, to Chad the lead installer!! (Yes the business is COVID-19 conscience as well) we didn’t just get a superb 100% custom shower enclosure and custom Mirror, We got a whole positive experience. One you honestly don’t often get in our society these days. Our son was welcomed in the show room and befriended the beautiful Shepard’s. We even had a install mishap, I spoke with Beverly the day after install and she set up Chad the lead installer to come out to remedy the next day. The whole process, even with a mistake was effortless! And a pleasure! I cannot say enough positive about this company.Thank you Shower Door City!

I had my Master bathroom remodeled, but needed a glass door installed. I have to say how friendly, professional and courteous this company was.Everything was done on schedule and completely exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

I was impressed when I walked in to the Shower Door City showroom and was met with a very articulate and knowledgeable gentleman named Matthew. I explained the new noise and vibrations I felt from the sliding glass doors.Matthew sent Cory and Chad to work their magic and work their magic they did. They were impeccable in their work set up. Drop cloths, clean hands and careful moving of the doors. They work very well together and the process was smooth and professional.You could not ask for a better prepared team. Thank you.

I walked in and was greeted immediately. They filled my work order while I waited, about 10 minutes. They answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store to who ever reads this.

We refer our clients who want to put 1/4 glass on top of their fine furniture table tops or side tables to protect their items from surface damages such as water glass perspiring. We chose this company b/c the sales person was very helpful and friendly and other reviews gave them good marks. After installation the silicone seal had tile dust stuck underneath it and it looked dreadful. I called to complain and received a tongue lashing from Beverly. The technician returned and was incredibly rude, denied that it was his fault and grudgingly took a razor blade to clean up the mess. Since I was told that they would clean up the old grout before installing the new glass I do not understand how this could have happened nor do I understand why I did not receive one single apology. The final job does not look perfect - as they claimed it would. Buyer beware!!!

If I could give 6 stars I would. First I want to tell you that I made a mistake. I did not listen to the friendly advice that Beverly at Shower Door City was giving me. And believe me the mistake was costly and later I had to get Bevs company to come save me from a bad situation.I thought I was being smart. I was in the process of preparing my home for sale. I knew that my my shower was so dated that it would hold down the resale value of my home. So I went for the quick fix. I spoke to several companies, looked at some examples and then got price quotes. I had it narrowed down to two companies. Shower Door City (Bev) and another company. I really liked Bev but her price was a little higher than the other company. I asked her to step down to match the other price. Bev then explained to me (Or tried to because I evidentially was not listening) that it was important to use quality materials, but also very important to have professional installers. She said warned me of several scenarios... but I felt that they were unlikely and besides the house was going up for sale and I would soon be moving.When the other guys company they showed up in their nice shiny company truck the first day I felt comfortable. Turns out that was a supervisor. A few minutes later a beat up old van showed up (subcontractors) with a crew that barely spoke English. Then the supervisor took off and I was left with strangers in my home.7 months later the house had not sold yet. Oops! There were little problems such as the grout was not done perfectly, the company did not clean up after themselves, etc... but so far none of it was a big problem. When I did get an offer a home inspector came in and pointed out discoloration in the grout in the shower wall where the pipes come in. He said it most likely a leak in the pipes inside the shower walls. He showed me that if he pushed on the wall that instead of being solid it had give which meant it had most likely been absorbing moisture for some time. The long and short is I had to take that wall of the shower down to find and fix the leak. But to add to my misery there was mold. I was desperate to get the house sold and the company that had offered me the low price was giving me a hard time to fix it.I ended up having to call Bev at Shower Door City to get her people to come out and fix it. They were in and out quickly. They were polite. Everyone spoke English. No subcontractors. They did a great high quality job. They kept me informed every step of the way. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived. Loved it. Sold the house.I have moved into my new home where I had Bevs company completely remodel two bathrooms, plus do some fancy glass work with mirrors, etc. It all looks great. Again, they showed up in nice clean company vehicles with their logos on the sides, clean cut and polite staff, quality work, fast and on-time... and they left my home cleaner than when they started.What I learned was dont just look at the price. Listen and ask questions about quality, warranties, how long a company is in business and who is going to clean up when the work is finished.You will love Bev... Her husband Lance is really nice too (Ask him about his Dog Park Story... smile...). I highly recommend them

Very friendly and performed well! After 3 weeks I called and complained about a leak and they came out within in 2 days and fixed the problem! I would highly recommend this company!

I had a problem with my shower door hinge, called every day and was promised a call back with an appointment. After 3 days I was told that they do not know when they could come and that after 7 years of purchase they have no obligation to help me.Very bad service !
