Great company! From the salesman AD who was professional, listened to our needs then offered suggestions and a price that was very good. The installer Sheldon and his coworker were great! They waited out one of our summer rains and worked past 7:00 to get the job completed. The cleaning grew was very good and did a great job. Next the drywall/ stucco repairmen were true craftsmen. When JC and his son Gencarlo were done you could not tell I had any damage at all from the removal of my old windows. The damage was because I changed the style window and not due to New Souths workers. I highly recommend New South not only for the quality product but for their salesman AD and the craftsmen from Sheldon to JC.

The sales associate, David, was patient and thorough and knew his stuff. Paul Small was very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. The installers, Sheldon and Josh, were fantastic. Eric and his team of installers were very hard working, answered all of our questions, cleaned up when done. They were polite and friendly. Jeff our salesperson did a very thorough presentation even though we were sold before he finished. We got 3 quotes and researched windows for a year online and going to 3 Home and Garden shows took in a lot of information but in this case went with the highest quote because New South has the best quality window we saw in our thorough research. They are made in Tampa and their Bonita Springs office is very well run by Rob who is a friendly pleasant manager that talked about the window and door qualities and showed us around the display room and warehouse. It took over 4 months to get our windows installed which was expected. When they came to install the windows they did not have screens for the two sliders that were promised. They also left the covers for the guys to install once the inspection is done. When I called they said the screens would come when they came back to install the caps and covers after inspection. Inspection was done, I had to call them to schedule caps and covers to be installed. The guys came out and didnt have all the covers so they need to come back. They said if I do not hear from someone in the office in a couple of days to call them. Meanwhile they now told me because we got handles on both of the sliders we cannot have screens so they are supposed to let me know what they can do. They also did not bring the caps. As of today I have not gotten a response. I have left two voicemails. I wish I didnt pay them in full. They did do a nice job installing the windows but now very disappointed in the pending items I am still waiting for.

After waiting several months for window delivery & installation, we had to do entire clean up up of debris after installation. We have had to make contact with Sergio several times in an attempt to get simple caulk installed on one window w/o success. It appears that when they get your money, no service after the sale.

Installation crew was great. Quick install. One window was damaged, either in transit or on installation. Was not concerned with the damage at first. We were told our screens would be delivered and window fix would be transferred to service dept. Had to call multiple times to get inspection scheduled and completed. After around 2.5 months since install, and us calling weekly to get updates (since they never call us to update us on anything) we have been brought a few screens, most that dont even fit correctly. Every time that we continue to call on the remaining screens that we still need and the new window that was originally damaged, we are told the wrong amount of screens that they have on order for us and are told another 2 weeks for the window to get fixed. We are told 2 weeks every single time we call. They dont seem to have a sense of urgency for anything. Service dept seems to be poorly managed.

I chose New South for window replacements after several presentations and estimates from others in the area. Factory Rep David Nord is truly one of the most engaging and professional reps that I have dealt with. His thoroughness in presenting his product and patiently answering all of my questions was very much appreciated . Like another reviewer, I was sold before he finished his presentation. It was also a pleasure to speak with Tricia and Monique in the office. I really appreciated their professionalism and amazing customer service skills. Really looking forward all of our new windows.

We recently had our old jalousie windows replaced by New South Window Solutions. What a WONDERFUL JOB! They are gorgeous. The staff were all kind and answered all of our questions and the installation staff were all prompt, cleaned everything and had them all installed by NOON! We were so happy, we called back and are having a sliding door replaced. Highly recommend. I actually cant wait to get my next electric bill, my house is exponentially cooler since I got rid of those old windows and replaced them with these energy efficient windows AND NO NEED FOR HURRICANE SHUTTERS!! On 04/10/2020 we placed an order for 11 picture frame windows and we were told installation would be approx. 12-14 weeks. After many phone calls we finally received only 6 windows for installation on 09/24/2020, 5 and 1/2 months later. At the time on installing they broke 2 of the 6 windows. Again, after no contact and many attempts of emails, phone calls, and lies we finally received what we thought would be the remaining 5 windows we had on order. However, on 10/26/2020 they broke 2 of those 5 windows during the installation process, again. At this time we were told they would replace the 2 broken windows within a few weeks and our job would be completed. After a lot of frustration and our shattered window glass literally falling out on our pool lanai I called multiple times before having anyone return my call, then for them to tell me they would come out to Carpet tape my window, and still had no idea when they would ever be able to replace it. I was told for the past 2 months that one of the broken windows has entered their warehouse to be broken both times and now Im waiting for the third attempt to supposedly receive 1 of the 2 broken/missing windows. Not only is their customer service very lousy and has a problem with the truth, they also want to blame Covid for everything when that clearly is NOT the case as I have purchased these same windows for another house (From a different company of course after this horrible experience) and have already received those windows within 6 weeks of ordering with no excuses of Covid OR glass shortages.

I love my new windows! We had New South Windows replace all the windows in our house with their energy efficient impact windows. These windows are terrific. They have a great look and solid construction. I have already noticed a huge difference in outside noise, these windows have virtually eliminated street noise and other annoying sounds from outside. Our old windows were drafty and offered no energy efficiency at all. With these windows our electric bill is already lower. I look forward to summer to see the difference in those temperatures. The installation crew was very good, prompt, polite, and talented. Our lead installer, Jason, went over and above in completing the installation on some of the windows that offered a significant challenge, and required some additional work to our framing to complete the task. The market segment president, Rob, was personally involved throughout the project to make sure we got what we wanted and to ensure our complete satisfaction. Every detail was attended to. A great job all around.

Windows and doors were installed February 19 and still waiting for final inspections. Now I cant get a return phone call.

Windows were ready for installation in the timeframe that I was told (about 12-16 weeks) You have to keep in mind that these windows are built from scratch, so it does take awhile. If you are an impatient person, that’s on you. Installation was pretty straight forward. The crew was good, worked together and completed job in a few hours. They did a nice job of cleanup at the end. Passed inspection on first shot and they followed this up with a return to finalize install.

When they were finished, they cleaned up everything including washing the windows. All glass and debris were removed, and they were very careful to protect our property. The windows and doors arrived before Paul had estimated for us. They were installed in three days as also stated. Yes there is a lot of dust and small !stucco chips but nothing that was not easily repaired and cleaned. Concerning the work that was involved in removing all the existing windows and doors everything went very smoothly. The first two days we had four hard workers the last day just two. These men worked very diligently and straight through each day. Eric was superb at keeping us informed of the work and follow up that would ensue. Bret, Tony and Craig were superb at doing their job. All glass and debris were removed and they were always conscientious about protecting our property.Not only do the windows and doors look great, it is such a relief to be ready for hurricanes the rest of our lives!

I signed a contract with this company for hurricane glass on my lanai in a condo building. I signed this contract in June. I called the bonfire springs office often to check on status. I was always told the windows were being made and the city permitting was done. It was not until oct 15 that I received a call from the engineer to let me know that their product did not meet the necessary specifications fro the city. I asked why I hadn’t been notified of the issue in July, August, or sept. They did refund my deposit but they held it all that time and have cost me a lot in inconvenience and time.

We are in Cape Coral. New South was okay at the start. However, the day they came out to install the new windows they broke one of the new outer glass panels in our family room. The installer said they will order one for replacement right away. That was well over a month ago to date and still no replacement for a job that was well over 20K.I continue to call with the same reply:Well call you when it comes in. To say the least,I am not impressed.

I called this past Friday to set up an appointment for someone to come out to our home to give an estimate to replace our windows. I set up the appointment for today at 1pm. When I set up the appointment they requested both my wife and I be here and we agreed and gave our address and contact information. At about (Monday), 12:30 I called the same number to confirm the appointment and the person said no one was coming because they had not verified the appointment. I thought we did that Friday. My wife have sat here all day awaiting and “no show”.Surely someone would like some business.😡😡😡😡😡
