Went in to purchase a new phone, mine had an unfortunate accident .dealtvwith Tyler kovensky.very professional and curtious. Made me feel like I was an important customer and not just commission. He even stayed a few minutes late so I could buy a case or my phone. Weve had Verizon for 35 plus years and have never had a bad experience.

I wanted to purchase a new phone tonight and they held it for me because I was after a specific color until I could get off work. Jennifer helped me once I got there this evening! She was very helpful in setting up my new iPhone as well as helping me transfer everything over to my new one! She was very friendly, honest, and like I said very respectful! Since this is not an actual Verizon wireless store they are limited on what they can do or want to do. Also will charge you for things that Verizon would give you for free like Sim cards. $20 at the authorized retailer or free from Verizon.

I worked with Tyler Kovensky and he was the nicest and most professional kid to work with that you could ask for he set the phone all up and then afterwards when I had problems because Im not that computer savvy he fixed everything right up. He called me before the 14 day give back deadline to make sure I was happy with my phone. What a charming and professional young man!!

Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for years, but some bad experiences from the past in some other location had me looking at switching Carriers. To make a long story short, I decided to try Verizon one more time by using the Bolivar Store and wound up talking to Jacklynn Volkmar . Her professionalism and product knowledge convinced me to get 3 phones that day. She is by far the Best Associate I have ever encountered in a Verizon Store. This lady knows Customer Service and took care of every detail to make this purchase pleasant. Later she followed up to make sure we were able to use the phones and offered help if needed. 5 Stars for doing an excellent job Jacklynn.

I absolutely love this location! My family and I are always well taken care of. Never disappointed on any level. Krissy & Josh have always been professional and personable. They continue to go above and beyond. And today was no exception. After three and a half hours of their work and perseverance to get my phone to play nice again, I was invited to share in their Pizza Hut for lunch. Dont change a thing, you guys are awesome!!

The experience that I had with this store was amazing but the personal service was FABULOUS !!! My husband had decide to get a new phone and he was not happy with it at all 😔. We went back to the store and Micah Atwood assisted us in getting him a phone he would not just like but love!!! Micah went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and personal with us. Micah even continued to check in with us days after exchanging the phone to make sure my husband was still happy with the device and continued to check in a couple of weeks later!! I strongly recommend that if you have any needs of a new phone or just need help with something that you go in and ask for Micah. I guarantee she will help you and she will make you love your experience 😉.

Worked with Austin Neal on getting issues on my account bills fixed, and He was extremely helpful. He got me connected with the correct associates to ensure my account bill was accurate and was extremely courteous and helpful during the issues. When a month later the company had still not credited my account, He once again was able to assist me in getting the issue fixed so i would not have to pay charges that were already corrected. 10/10 Customer service.

They were able to lose a customer who didnt even go into the store! I ordered a phone on Verizons website as a in-store pick up so I could have my phone same day. I call this store and was told by Ryan that they didnt have my order and that it wasnt them without even looking into it. I go to Russell Cellular thinking maybe I was mistaken. Neely there called Verizons customer service and she is able to see the remarks in the account that THIS store was the one who the store pick-up was for. The representative calls the store and speaks to Ryan who communicated that he didnt even know that the store did in-store pickup. After that whole fiasco, I cancelled the order because I dont want to deal with the likes of him. EDUCATE YOUR WORKERS OR HIRE COMPETENT ONES PLEASE.

Have had a real good experience with Brook on getting things done for me and very pleased with her work as a Verizon associate. She knows how to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have for her and keeps in touch with you on specials. Great job well done for Brook she is a great person to speak with. Brook and the staff were nothing but awesome in working with me. I was able to switch to a new plan with MORE data and even LESS money! Staff is courteous and patient. I witnessed several staff go way past their job description making sure elderly customers understood their phone and how to use it.

Austin Neal was AMAZING to do business with. My husband and I are new to the area and are used to doing business at a corporate store in the city. We werent too sure about dealing with a retailer.....but needed to make numerous changes to our accounts...line transfers, new phones, accessories, and overall plan. All was more complex than we care to relive, but Austin was honest, friendly, and patient throughout the process, which was very time consuming. In the end....we combined three accounts into one and are saving money with more services :) Thank YOU so much. Would recommend any day!!

By far the easiest switch Ive made concerning phone carriers. The gentleman I had seen earlier in the day to answer some of my questions stayed late to help us make the switch and set up our account. Top notch customer service!

This store is where I always go. The person who waited on me was super! Helped me a lot and did all she could to help. However, this store needs more help. When paying a bill or anything it takes forever to get waited on. It isnt the salespersons fault, there just isnt enough people

To all out there nearby Bolivar or Springfield, MO. Look at the Google reviews and see that this store is the only one in the whole area above 4 stars (at least as of September 20, 2017). We live in Branson, MO and drove up to this store in September and met with John Robertson who gave us EXCEPTIONAL service, hands down!!! He spent hours with us as we changed 4 lines over to Verizon from AT&T and bought phones and made changes along the way. He was more patient than I think we deserved but it sure was nice to be treated kindly!!! In addition, we had more changes within our first month and we called him for his help and he totally provided it and has offered his help at any time. He got all the paperwork and billing done correctly and the numbers he said we would see on our account were exactly what he said. I am one that is so tired of people that dont care to provide excellent service that I knew with this cellular change that we needed to find a good Verizon store and so I was willing to drive to find it. I was shocked that none of the stores in Branson or Springfield had above 4 star ratings. Shame on them! I hope our country can ever get back to truly serving the customer like Chick-Fil-A does regularly and like this Verizon store does. THANK YOU John for taking care of us so very well!! Don & Rachael

Brook is the best!!! Very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything they sell, buuuuut thats only 3 stars at best because, well thats her job and she should know all that. Five stars is for her effort in finding out what I was needing in a new phone as well as a tablet and showing me the devices that were the perfect fit for me and not just her personal preference or even what had the better profit margin for her. She spent more of her own time to find me what i was needing and made less money for herself in doing so. VERY COOL BROOK!!!! I have been in the Verizon store numerous times and there is not a sales associate that is more knowledgeable than Brooke is, and really cares that you know what you need to know before you leave. She makes sure you have your email and gmail accts set up, explains in detail about the phone. She will show you any thing, and answers all your questions. I have dealt with others in there and dont get the service I do with Brooke. She has great people skills, and she is very professional. She is a great asset to Verizon.
