Checked the AT&T website and Google who both said they were open on Sunday (yesterday 8/22), drove to the store and they are closed on Sunday. Came back today, Monday. All I needed to do was drop off my old phone to get my account credit. AT&T websi6and Google both show it is open until six. Got there at 5:47 pm to run my phone in, they were closed. Very frustrated, I drove twice from where I live in a small town to this location only to find them closed.

Unfortunately they only have 1 person working at a time. Long wait times to get service. I will say they take time to answer all questions and dont just rush you out the door.

Marcus took care of us quickly answered all questions and was looking for the best deal at&t could offer us glad I came in...

The new manager is amazing and very helpful. Big difference then a couple years ago. I will definitely be going back!

The employee that helped us was a great person but the company is terrible. Has bad customer service .the nice man that works in the store was even upset over the run around we received and we ended our contract with att and went to verizon .att is a terrible place they are rude and try to intimidate the customer and lie to them 😒 not good business .

Extensive experience and knowledge with products and plans! Hats off to Jeremy Wilson! He is committed, knowledgeable and a joy to work with to reach success. Our products and installation were rural and challenging. We couldnt have been successful without him. We have tried with other AT&T stores, and providers, repeated failure and disappointment. Not this time! We just cant say enough! Bolivar and area, go local - this Manager/Owner is fantastic.

I worked with Jeremy to upgrade my phone last week, he was amazing. He helped explained the difference in the phones I was looking at, made the upgrade transition easy, helped me find a case for it and got me back out of there in time to make it back to work from my lunch break. Thank you so much.I only had one bar of service at home, making it difficult to make and receive calls. I stopped in at tge store in Bolivar and met the store manager, Jeremy. He made some suggestions regarding a cellular signal booster. I went to a Radio Shack, picked up a moderately priced booster. I installed it myself. Then got back intouch with Jeremy. He offered to come to my home and run some test to verify the signal strength.Jeremy, you saved me so much money. I was thinking I needed to go to a different carrier. NOT now!!! Thank you again!

I had purchased a prepaid phone at Walmart but they werent able to set it up. I took it to the AT&T store in Bolivar and Autumn helped to get my account switched to prepaid. Jeremy was able to offer her assistance when she encountered a problem. They were both extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. This was not a phone that I purchased there yet they still got everything switched and were friendly in the process.

Jeremy went above and beyond good service to EXCELLENT! Jeremy was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He demonstrated almost saintly patience while explaining the what, why and how to set up to the internet. He went out of his way to make sure my computers were up and running properly. His demonstration of customer service has me convinced that for any future phone and/or internet needs the Bolivar, Mo store is my go to place.

My family went in to get internet service at our home. Jeremy was so incredibly helpful, he made the process super quick, easy to understand, and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our service. We had to go back a couple days later, and we were in and out of there in minutes. I am very impressed with the customer service.

Amazing service! Thats really even falling short of describing how far above and beyond Jeremy and Autumn are willing to go to make sure you get all the help you need and to make sure you are completely and totally satisfied! first off I kept coming in and coming in before I decided to go ahead and get a new phone and each time Autumn patiently and happily answered all my questions each time. When I finally decided to get my new phone we didnt realize the store closed at 6pm so we showed up 10 minutes before the store closed. We offered to come back the next day but Jeremy wouldnt hear of it. He happily took care of us getting me exactly the phone I wanted. We started the setup and I told him I would take it home to set it up so he could start his drive home, he gave us his personal phone number for us to call if we had any problems getting the phone up and running. Well long story short, by no fault for Jeremys, the phone would not update in start up and therefore would not turn on. Come to find out it was an issue Apple was having. Right away Jeremy offered to immediately drive an hour and a half back to bolivar to meet me at the store so I wouldnt go the rest of the weekend without a phone. I told him Id be fine without a phone and would see him Monday. We thought we had the problem fixed on Monday after Autumn worked and worked with the phone eventually getting it turned on, but when I tried to reset to upload from iCloud I started the process all over again. Finally Tuesday I was able to go into the store, right away Jeremy helped me out out and had done research about why we were having this problem and got the phone turned on and working properly. Not only did they offer to replace the phone if the issue wasnt resolved but they also credited my bill for all the trouble and inconvenience. This by far has been the best experience Ive ever had at an AT&T store, even with all the issues I was having with Apples set up. The customer service is way above what they are required to do, they genuinely care about their customers satisfaction. Jeremy and Autumn are incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. the best AT&T store Ive ever been to and Ive been with AT&T for 10+ years. Great experience! Great people!

Bolivars AT&T Store cant be beat on their Customer Service. They are the best. I had a most competent, knowledgeable, and gracious representative. I also had the opportunity and privilege to observe her boss with comparable qualities work with another customer during the time I was there. Such a blessed experience!

Just walked into the store stood there for a few minutes nobody acknowledged my existence. So I said hi welcome to AT&T Ill be with you in just a minute. Then the tech looks up and says Ill be with you in a minute. So I walked out. I will take my 4 lines to another carrier... There is this thing called customer service. Try it, you might get more than 1.4 stars on your rating.

On a recent visit I sat and waited while the lone person on the floor was trying to find out about a bill. 15 min. later she still didn’t have an answer AND they were chatting about where they each lived, “ is it the yellow house on the corner?” Mean while I’m still sitting there waiting for help. When I finally interrupted to ask a basic question, she did not offer to call the person who was in the back, out to help me, I’d just had enough and left. Long story short don’t go in there unless you have hours of wait time available.

They are literally useless at this store. I stood around for like 10 minutes once I walked in and no one acknowledged me. When I was finally asked what I needed help with they told me there was nothing they could do and I had to call some number even though Ive done the exact same thing four times before and it was always handled in the store and I didnt have to call anyone. Useless.
