Our sales person Jim came out, made the whole process so simple and transparent. After hearing how great these products are coupled with their warranty, this was an impossible deal to pass up. I have been thinking of having my tub/shower upgraded to just a shower and I happened to see an ad in the Chgo Tribune for this company and thought this was the time to see what could be done. Will came to my house and I found him to be both helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their product, so much so in fact, I am now waiting for my new shower to be installed. I will follow up after the work is done to let you know how it goes!!

I love my walk in tub, but getting to that point was a little frustrating … everything went smooth on the sales end and customer service, but when the big day came to install, they came with the wrong size tub so they did the demo and then came back the next day and had the right tub but no drain so they took their tools and left me with a torn up bathroom and came back two days later to finish, but in the meantime I hurt my SI joint in my back because I had to shower in the other tub, which is why I needed the walk in tub and that lasted 2 1/2 months to get back to normal ..I got a new 75 gal hot water heater and now I love my tub… sorry I wrote so much, o by the way, when the installers left, they neglected to plug in my refrigerator in my garage and I didn’t notice it until the next day. Nothing was ruined in the freezer and the refrigerator only has water and pop, luckily !!

Couldn’t be more pleased with of our bath to shower conversation on our bathrooms. Ron H and Jose did an excellent job. Both were prompt, very courteous and professional. Smooth process from beginning to end. Quality work.

1 STAR IS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/management:my complaint is only with the headache and stress it caused us during the waiting period. There were 4 total delays from our “guaranteed 6-8 week install date” with almost ZERO communication from anyone from the company except for last minute text messages and phone calls. If you have your sales team pitch how great the product is for 3 and a half hours to make the sale, maybe train them to be upfront and honest with potential clients about the REALITY of the install time frame, and that there might be product shortages and back orders...??? Pro: because the original tub we ordered was SO backordered, we did receive a deeper tub instead for our “trouble”.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 STARS FOR INSTALLATION TEAM & the FINISHED PRODUCT:Aj, Danny, and Jose. The guys were great, polite and professional. Had our tub looking fabulous within 2 days- the finished product is seriously impressive and do recommend. ***Again, the 1 star has nothing to do with their quality work, in fact the install team seems to be the best part about this company. ***

Comfort Shower and bath installed a tub and enclosure at a rental property of mine. The tenants loved it. It is a good-looking installation. They installed in in a day (actually less than a day) as promised. They left the work site clean; their work was very professional. Cost seemed reasonable considering the one-day installation.

From the consultation to the end of the job they were very professional. My final result I was very satisfied.
